This research aims to identify the educational, devotional, and moral connotations of some jurisprudential rules. To achieve this goal, the research used the descriptive approach according to the deductive approach. Six jurisprudential rules have been identified to derive these connotations: the rule of "warding off evil ahead of bringing interests," the rule of "harm is still like it," the rule of "the realization of speech is the first of neglect," and the rule of "the installer is ahead of the negative." The rule of "forgivable in the means of what is unforgivable in the purposes" and the rule of "hastened the thing before its time punished by depriving it" The research found that the most important of them are: Islamic education is based on the sources of legislation and distinguishes its characteristics and the diversity of its methods, as the research revealed the educational connotations of devotional in some jurisprudential rules, including submission to the orders of God, charity, patience, and keeping the tongue. Then, revealing the moral educational connotations in some jurisprudential rules, most notably: the significance of conviction, the significance of identification and verification, and the significance of honesty.

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on active learning strategies in developing the teaching performance of faculty members in the College of Science at Northern Border University. The study adopted an experimental approach based on a quasi-experimental design for one group with two applications (pre- and post-). The study materials and tools were: a proposed training program based on active learning strategies and a questionnaire to develop the teaching performance of faculty members in the three dimensions (planning, implementation, and evaluation); After ensuring their validity and reliability, The program and tool were applied to the study sample of 30 faculty members in the two departments (Physics and Chemistry) of the total study population (37). The results showed statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average scores of the sample members in the pre- and post-applications of the teaching performance questionnaire, in favor of the post-application. The effect size of the proposed training program was large in the total score and in each dimension separately. There were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members due to the variables gender, specialization, and years of experience. Among the most prominent recommendations of the study was establishing a specialized training center to support the teaching practices of faculty members in aspects (planning, implementation, and evaluation) and holding periodic meetings for members of the same specialty to determine their necessary training needs and develop their teaching performance

The research aims to identify the most important training needs for Arabic language teachers in private and public sector schools in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as measure the differences in training needs of Arabic language teachers regarding gender, school affiliation, and number of years of experience. The research adopted the descriptive-analytical method. The research sample consisted of 189 Arabic language school teachers in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher developed a questionnaire for measuring the training needs based on Arabic language teachers' perspectives, which included 60 items. The research concluded that the level of training needs in the total score of the questionnaire was medium, with a mean score of 3.32. Evaluation competencies came in first place, followed by educational competencies. The third place is occupied by the lesson implementation competencies. As for competencies in preparing for the lesson, they took the last place. There are statistically significant differences between male and female teachers in training needs in favor of male teachers. There are no statistically significant differences according to school affiliation and years of experience.

The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of five domains, each of which included eight items, and was applied to a sample of 26 teachers at the school. The results showed a high degree of tolerance among the sample members in the domains of the questionnaire as a whole, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample members in all domains of the study.

The research aims to identify the impact of a proposed training program based on artificial intelligence applications to develop digital skills among science teachers at the primary stage and its impact on developing future thinking among their students. To achieve this goal, two approaches were used: the descriptive and analytical approaches, which were used to identify the training needs necessary to develop digital skills among science teachers in the primary stage and to prepare a list of artificial intelligence applications and a list of digital skills. The experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design, which reached 20 science teachers in the primary stage in the city of Buraidah, affiliated with the General Administration of Education in the Qassim region, and the same pre-post measurement for the experimental and control groups of the student sample, which reached 120 students from the sixth grade of primary school in the city of Buraidah, were divided into two groups: 60 students as the experimental group and 60 students as the control group. The results of the search revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the pre- and post-application. This is for the observation card of digital skills for science teachers at the primary stage, in favor of the post-application. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the pre- and post-application of the digital skills test for science teachers at the primary stage, in favor of the post-application, as well as statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the experimental and control groups in the post-application of testing future thinking skills among primary school students, in favor of the experimental group. In light of these results, some recommendations and suggestions were presented.

The current research aims to identify social cohesion and its relation to health awareness among female students in the kindergarten department. The researcher developed two scales for each of social cohesion, consisting of 25 items, and health awareness, consisting of 24 items. The study sample consisted of 200 female students from the kindergarten department. The results concluded that female kindergarteners have social cohesion and health awareness. There is a correlation and significant contribution between social cohesion and health awareness among students

The present study aimed to identify the level of awareness of primary school mathematics teachers in the city of Arar of the characteristics of professional learning communities, the degree of contemplative practices, and the degree of self-efficacy of their teaching, and to identify the relationship between the level of awareness of mathematics teachers of the primary stage with the characteristics of professional learning communities and each of the "degree of contemplative practices", "the degree of self-efficacy of teaching". The tow researchers used the descriptive survey method in their studies, and the study sample consisted from (163) mathematics teachers who teach at the primary level in public and private schools for boys in the city of Arar. The tow researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. after making sure of all the scientific transactions of the questionnaire and its application to the study sample, and data collection and their statistical processing, many results were reached, the most important of these findings are as follows: The level of awareness of mathematics teachers for the primary stage with the characteristics of professional learning communities in the city of Arar displayed a general (high) indicator. The degree of contemplative practices of mathematics teachers for the primary stage in the city of Arar showed a general (high) indicator. The degree of teaching self-efficacy among mathematics teachers for the primary stage in the city of Arar manifested a general (high) indicator. There is a direct (positive) correlation between "the level of awareness of mathematics teachers for the primary stage of the characteristics of professional learning communities in the city of Arar" and "the degree of contemplative practices" .There is a direct (positive) correlation between "the level of awareness of mathematics teachers for the primary stage of the characteristics of professional learning communities in the city of Arar" and "the degree of self-efficacy of teaching

The current research aims to find out historical empathy and its relationship to the achievement of history among sixth-grade high school students. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive method. The population is limited to sixth-grade high school students in schools affiliated with the General Directorate of Education of Baghdad Governorate, Al-Rusafa/First, for the academic year 2022-2023, which is 9195 in number. The study sample consisted of 200 male and female students. As for the study tool, the researcher developed a scale of 40 items to measure historical empathy. To analyze and interpret the data, the researcher used the Statistical Portfolio for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that sixth-grade students have a high level of historical empathy. There are statistically significant differences between males and females, in favor of males. There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the two variables. This means that the greater the historical sympathy, the greater the achievement. In light of the above results, the researcher came up with several recommendations and suggestions

To achieve the objective of the research, the researchers adopted the descriptive research method. To measure pivotal thinking skills, the researcher developed a scale consisting of 40 items with three alternatives (always, sometimes, and never) administered to a sample of 50 students. The result of the t-test for one sample showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the real averages of 102.18% degrees, which is greater than the hypothetical mean of 60 degrees. This indicates that the students in the research sample possess pivotal thinking skills. Students need programs aimed at developing thinking skills. The recommendations indicated the need to focus on raising the motivation of female students to develop their scientific curiosity and directing the equipment unit in the Directorate of Education to supply school laboratories with everything new whenever possible

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of the active learning transfer strategy on the achievement of physics among female students in the second intermediate year. The research is limited to the female students of the second intermediate grade at That Al Salasil Girls’ Middle School, affiliated with the third Rusafa Education Directorate, for the academic year 2023-2024. The physics book for the second intermediate grade was chosen. The researchers selected two classes out of six to conduct the experiment, which included 32 female students as the experimental group and 32 female students as the control group. The researchers developed a set of teaching plans after preparing the steps of the strategy and ensuring the extent of their application to female students. The researchers also developed an achievement test consisting of 40 items with multiple choices. The experiment was held for twelve weeks, with two classes per day. The data was processed using the statistical package SPSS. The results showed a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in favor of the experimental group

The current research aims to identify the effect of the 4H strategy on the achievement of female students in the second intermediate year in physics through the following hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average grades of the female students in the experimental group that will be taught according to the 4H strategy and the average grades of the control group that will study the same subject according to the traditional method of achievement. The research is limited to the female students of the second intermediate grade in Al-Shams Girls’ Middle School affiliated with the General Directorate of Education of Baghdad/AAl-Karkh II for the academic year 2023-2024. The first three chapters of the physics book for the second intermediate grade were included, and two classes were randomly selected out of six classes, representing the experimental group and the control group. The research sample was distributed as follows: 32 female students for the experimental group and 32 female students for the control group. The achievement test consists of 40 items. The process necessitated twelve weeks, with two sessions for each group. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in the achievement test. Based on these research results, the researchers presented several recommendations and suggestions.

The research aims to identify the academic flow among graduate students at the University of Baghdad. The research is limited to male and female students in scientific and humanities specializations for the academic year 2022-2023. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers developed a scale of 34 items to measure the academic flow. It was administered to a sample of 356 male and female postgraduate students. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Portfolio for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that postgraduate students have an academic flow. The research came out with several recommendations, including urging postgraduate students to carry out scientific activities outside of the curriculum and holding scientific forums and conferences to increase the spirit of competition

Leadership is a vital element for the success of institutions in achieving their goals, including security institutions that are responsible for providing security and internal peace for individuals in society, which depends on the applied leadership style. The research problem crystallizes in the nature and size of the challenges facing societal peace and what the network of social relations is exposed to in light of the state of political and institutional instability. The study aims to evaluate the security environment, the possibility of activating the role of security leaders in promoting community peace building and studying ways and mechanisms to achieve it, and the extent of the impact of transformational leadership in building societal peace as a modern leadership style and method. The security institutions (Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, and National Security Service) were chosen as a population for the study. 200 managers, leaders, and experts were chosen as the research sample. A questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data, which was designed, judged, and analyzed for validity, reliability, and analysis based on SPSS Ver.24.

Thinking certainly has negatives as well as positives in the lives of students, especially its role in raising the academic level of students. It may have a negative effect on academic determination if a certain style is used. Therefore, the current research aims to find out the most significant pattern in the sample and whether it correlates with academic determination. This required the use of Sternberg's scale (1991) in addition to Duckworth and Quinn's determination scale (2009), which was translated by Mahmoud in 2023. The results indicated the significance of the monarchy, hierarchical, minority, and anarchic styles, respectively. When comparing the patterns according to gender, it was found that the patterns are not significant except for the minority and in favor of females, and there is no difference between married and unmarried people in the patterns. In addition to the significance of determination for the sample and in favor of males, there is no difference between married and unmarried people, in addition to the existence of a correlation between the patterns with determination, except for the hierarchical pattern. Based on these results, several recommendations and suggestions were made

The current research aims to identify kinetic intelligence and the significance of the difference in kinetic intelligence between males and females. To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher adopted the kinetic intelligence test from Al-Jubouri (2011), which was applied to a sample of 150 male and female students selected randomly from public kindergartens for the academic year 2022-2023. The researcher adopted the scale of Al-Jubouri (2011) for measuring kinetic intelligence, which consisted of three items. The results revealed that kindergarten children have a high level of kinetic intelligence. There is no significant difference between males and females. In light of these results, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions.

he research aims to identify the level of harmonious passion among university students. The research sample consisted of 400 male and female students who were chosen randomly from the scientific and humanities colleges at the University of Baghdad for the academic year 2023-2024. The researcher used the Harmonious Passion Scale, which consists of 23 items. The researcher used the Statistical Portfolio for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data. The results showed university students have a high level of harmonious passion.

The research aims to identify the effect of the Crest program on reducing the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (TPTSD). To achieve this objective, a sample of 10 individuals exposed to psychological trauma and not suffering from prior psychological illnesses, as well as a group of people visiting the Gian Foundation for Human Rights/Baghdad Branch (which is concerned with treating victims of psychological trauma), whose average age is 35 years, The researchers adopted the post-traumatic stress disorder scale that was developed by the Gian Foundation for Human Rights based on the criteria of the Diagnostic Manual of the Fifth Revision of the American Psychiatric Association, which consists of 20 items. The program was implemented starting in the seventh month of 2023 and includes eight treatment sessions with a duration of 60–90 minutes for each session. The results of the current research showed that there were statistically significant differences (0.05) through the evaluative indicators that were adopted in evaluating the program. In light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations and suggestions was developed.

The current research aims to identify the degree of inclusion and distribution of indicators of multiple intelligences in the science book for the primary stage, represented by units of analysis (scientific material and activities together). To achieve the objective of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was used, the method of content analysis. The research sample consisted of the science books for the first three grades (the first primary, the second primary, and the third primary). The results of the research showed the inclusion of the two bits of intelligence (visual, spatial, and linguistic) was more than expected, while intelligence (logical, mathematical, physical, kinesthetic, natural, environmental, social, personal, and musical) was less than expected and was distributed in a way that disrupted their balance in the science book for the first three grades, except for not including intelligence musical in the science book for the second grade and also not including the two intelligences (social and musical) in the science book for the third grade. The current research has come up with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

The research aims to identify goal orientation, cognitive refinement, and cognitive stability among middle school students. The research sample consists of 300 third-year middle school students in morning study for the academic year 2023-2024. The researcher adopted the scale of goal orientation developed by Al-Zuhairi (2013), consisting of 32 items, and developed a scale of 20 items to measure cognitive refinement and stability. The researcher used SPSS to analyze the data. The search results showed middle school students have weaknesses in goal orientations compared to the hypothesized average of the scale. In middle school, students use cognitive skills (refinement and stability) in their academic lives. There is a significant positive correlation between goal orientation and cognitive refinement for middle school students. The researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions.

The study aims to determine faculty members' perceptions and expectations of the quality of administrative and academic services provided by heads of departments at the Jordanian universities and whether there are any significant differences based on faculty affiliation. Data was collected from a random sample of 215 faculty members (28% of the population) using a questionnaire with 26 items related to administrative and academic services. The results indicated there are no significant differences based on faculty affiliation in the perceptions and expectations of the department heads' performance. Faculty members' expectations were found to be very high, while the perceptions of the quality of administrative and academic services provided by heads of departments were moderate. Furthermore, there is a noticeable gap between perceptions and expectations of the quality of administrative and academic services. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the effectiveness of department heads be improved to meet the needs and expectations of faculty members. Additionally, department heads should be granted appropriate authority commensurate with their duties and roles to ensure high standards of quality in academic departments at Jordanian universities

Communication skills refer to the abilities and competencies that enable individuals to effectively convey and receive information, ideas, thoughts, and feelings. These skills are essential for effective interpersonal interactions, both in personal and professional settings. Various teaching approaches can help students enhance their communication skills. This study seeks to investigate the effects of project-based learning (PBL) on university-level English language students’ communication skills in Dhofar governorate in Oman. The study utilized quantitative research methods to answer the question regarding the effectiveness of using the PBL approach to foster students’ communicative skills. A group of 20 level-four students from Salalah Vocational College participated in this study. A descriptive analysis was implemented to test the research hypothesis. A 4-Likert scale self-report questionnaire was adopted from a study conducted by Noviana, Abdurrahman, Rosidin, and Herlina (2019) to measure the communication skills of the participants. SPSS was used for analyzing collected data. After comparing the scores of the pretest and the posttest, it was found that most students feel that they acquired their communicative skills as a result of the implementation of the PBL method. Additionally, some limitations have also been explored. based on these results, some recommendations have been suggested.
