In this research we indicate the meanings carried by the Quranic verses that guide us to good sense and achieve the objective of the research we followed in its study the method of objective interpretation of the Quran as we have explained the meaning of good sense in the language and terminology, and then we mentioned the difference between good sense and sin, in addition to the way of good sense and the way of sin. Then we followed the meaning of good sense in the Glorious Quran.
The research shows that the Quranic vocabulary can not be carried on one meaning, but that the expansion of the in trepanation of the vocabulary for number of meanings is primary. This is evident in the term good sense in the Glorious Quran.

One of the methods used by our ancestors was the method used to write in a footnote way. It is a method known in the composition of many previous scholars. It is similar to the system of margins used by most researchers these days, and these footnotes and comments are valuable encyclopedias, which contain many different sciences, and there is no doubt that the mobilization of these multiple sources was a strong scientific tributary in various sciences, Including the science of interpretation, and the interpretation of Al-Baydawee won the largest amount of footnotes that were written on it, until some researchers brought it to (333) a footnote or an automated commentary, For several reasons, hence the idea of research came to study two types of such footnotes, one of which is Al-Suyuti, which represents the archaeological direction of the Margins writers , and the second by Sheikh Zadeh, who represents the direction of the people of opinion, with a comparison between them in the first part of the holy Quran.

The Quranic discourse is characterized by internationality as it addresses people no matter the gender, color, faith and race they belong to. It is not addressed only to Muslims but also to non-Muslims. It does not differentiate between people from creation principle. Men and women are all created without depending on bias. The Holy Quran is universal in that its discourse addressed to prophets, messengers, polytheists, Christians and Jews, believers and non-believers, and human beings and Jinns. Its verses keep addressing humanity for fourteen centuries until now, call for maintaining co-existence between people, emphasizing the bounds of brotherhood, equality, maintaining human beings dignity. Universality of Quranic discourse is one of the most important necessities of religion and a proof of the good legislations the Holy Quran has for every time and place
.The research highlights the universality of the Holy Quran and proofs on that by showing how it implies all aspects of life: social, economic, political, and educational.
The study tries to answer many questions such as : what is universality? What are the proofs that shows the universality of the Quranic discourse?
The researcher, in her study, uses objective interpretation by making use of investigation and examination of relevant qur’anic and linguistic materials, collecting corpus from the Quran verses written with vocalized letters as they are in Hafs reading from Al-Shamela library. For the framework of the research, it consists of two parts: the first one refers to the definition of qur’anic discourse and in its turn is subdivided into three parts: the definition of universality, the definition of discourse, and characteristics of qur’anic discourse. As for second part, it studies the terminology that refers to universality through four parts : people, the whole, nation, and humanity.
The most important findings the researcher concludes is that the message Islam conveys is universal and comprehensive. In addition, it is not addressed to certain century, generation, or people but it is a message for all no matter the time or place and the Quran uses many terms to convey the message to all people through discourse

this thematic study is a summary of ten hadiths To the roots of those causes that its has intellectual dimention and psychological motives reflectedon the behavioral manifestations of those causes and types.

Democracy is a very important subject before human thought of all ages. It got more attention in the last century because of the revolution of communication means. Its religious valuecan be traced in the quranic term "Shuura". This research included the definition of both terms "democracy" and "shuura" in the most important sources. Regarding "shuura", I studied the term in the Holy Quran through its commentators and its interpretation literature. How did the Muslim society commit to this value during the prophetic and the orthothux caliphs era. The research get special use of the Siratul Nabi of Ibn Ishaq among many sources. Its been divided into four chapters, the first includes the definition of the methodology; the second includes the Shuura in the Quran and its commentaries; the thierd traced the value usage in the prophet's biography, and the Rashideen (Orthothox) Califs era; Last chapter is about the status of Shuura in the Islamic doctrine and jurisprudence. The conclusion includes a summary of the most important results this research has found. Those results include the etymology of the term democracy and its development as a concept sice its Greek original usage; Why did the Holy Quran pay more attention to the Shuura considering it a high value, and Prophet Mohammed May Allah bless him have use it in his life and educated his followers to use it; The status of shuura in Islamic jurisprudence is that it is obligatory that every muslim should commit to using it. Finally the bibliography includes all sources this research get use of, directly or indirectly. The research is about thirty pages.

3- The promise between the human beings: which made God Almighty covers all areas of human life. A sincere Muslim must fulfill the covenant that he has taken upon himself with God Almighty by adhering to Islamic teachings and enjoining and forbidding.
Since the fulfillment of the promise had good effects on individuals and groups in this life and in the life of the resurrection, the abrogation of alliances was the devastating effects of destruction on individuals and groups with the shameful consequences of the Day of Resurrection.

Islamic law prohibited injustice all of kinds and closed every door leads to injustice of man himself or other one. may imagine -in some situation- that the human being could be unjust to other one but he don't know circumstances that make him don't judge on case properly.
One of those situations -is to imagine that the man is not unjust but the opposite is true- when he refrained from aid and help who was about to perish (e.g drowned and burned) and the matter is he possess some reasons that prevent who seeks help and from his death but he refrain for personal or external reasons with misperception that he is not a guarantor.
The research discussed the truth of abstention from jurisprudence viewpoint and statement of its rule and effect on abstainer that ends up he is a guarantor snd he is between punishment or payment the ransom as this will clear through this research also the research expands the issue of abstention to in which made it includes diverse events and incidents from day reality and constitution of fatwa in order to complete the issue both perceptin and judgement and participate with bigger and wider studies and also to be a guide for law that taking from the track of this research addresses so that converts the detained law (among court's wall just for adversaries) into system for nation and people sharing rights and duties.

The statement is one of the most important issues of fundamentalism that the fundamentalists dealt with in their books, so they expanded by talking about it through their talk about its sections and its types and the surrounding clues and so on, because they sensed the importance of the topic because of its strong connection with the book and the Sunnah of the Prophet, so they have no understanding except through it .

The interest of every dominating islamic power is to govern Hijaz duct the existence of holy sacred sites . It represents a major support for the rulers to be as defenders of the tow holy sites in front of all muslims . All these disputes came for the benefit of Mamaliks mostly .

This research deals with the biography of the Arab historian, Al-Erbili, Al-Mosuli, son of Al-Khabbaz (Ibn-Al-Khabbaz)-(589 AH/1193 AD), with his works. He was born in Mosul and lived there. He sought knowledge until he became a scholar of Mosul. He lived in the Atabek era. By his passion for literature and literature even became one of the most famous grammarians and writers.
