Throughout the history period, and the novels of Islamic books and literature, there have been attempts to absent the truth, and forgery of many incidents of biography of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) and his year, and even with regard to some of the life of Islamic peoples, perhaps the most prominent of these reasons, and the most serious of which are political authoritarianism, and the imposition of authoritarian terrorism official history in line with the will of the ruler and his doctrine and direction in life. Although the political reason was not the only reason for the course of history in this way, the procedures of forced policy, including preventing the writing and writing of history, and even preventing the recording of the prophetic hadith and speaking from the first days of his death, have had the greatest and most prominent effect in this historical process that has been associated with the truth. The historian's doctrine and his political and ideological orientation also intervened frequently in the recording of history after the orders were issued, and recorded the facts and fabricated events that distorted the truth.
All of this has led to a major distortion in religious and historical texts to serve political purposes, and bigotry played a prominent role in determining the transfers and the position of the relevant history documents in the course of the nation and its thinking.
The seriousness of these attempts, which distorted intellectual and historical realities and tried to make them a year for future generations, lies in their reflection on the intellectual and political situation of Muslims that generations receive.
The research in its entirety addresses these ideas and presents historical and religious texts that have been distorted for political reasons based on texts and hadiths that have been studied in accordance with their presentation to the Qur'an, sunnah, reason and common sense.

God Almighty has bestowed upon man the mind and distinguished him with it from all other creatures that share with him the rest of the advantages. Thus, man has become God’s successor on earth, and has subjugated to him what is on land and sea, and through it he has entrusted him to worship and obey Him, so he has become the basis and foundation of entrustment.

Color is a poetic means that is important in creating semantic shift. It is a tool that contributes to suggestion and insinuation and then deepening the meanings of texts. Therefore, it can be considered a starting point for reading texts in an interpretive manner. To confirm this idea, it was necessary to choose a text that colored its images and enhanced their implications through it.

This study seeks to reveal, first of all, the distinctive place, a central theme in the creative text and a “concentrating” and “cognitive” axis in those texts.
Our study is biased toward revealing the dimensions of humanism in the selected poetic texts, and by this term we mean humanization in modern terminology, we mean humanization in modern terminology, which reveals the importance of place, especially a “cognitive” reader in the text, and an indicative code in it, and not just a container or content for events. In addressing and touching the human self.

The concept of strength and weakness in the characteristics of Arabic sounds is one of the rare phonetic topics in terms of tabulation and study, so we tried to shed light on it publicly and contribute to its clarification and statement, taking from the opinions of Ibn Al-Jazari in his two books: Publishing in the Ten Readings and Introduction to the Science of Tajweed, as a ground for applying the concept of strength and weakness. In sounds, and there is no doubt that knowing the verbal, auditory and functional aspects of speech and giving the sounds their due, starting with their pronunciation from the sound instrument, then receiving them in the hearing instrument and then interpreting their meanings to the recipient, has an impact on the analysis of the speech achievement both acoustically and informatively, because the strength of the sound is in its audio clarity and the degree of its length. The intensity of its strength and its disparity with other sounds in terms of strength and weakness in the phonemic interaction inside and outside the context, is of great importance in the interpretation of vocal phenomena and the verbal event.

Because agricultural land is of great importance in all countries due to its role in human life in economic and social terms, therefore legislation, including Iraq and Egypt, is keen to restrict the actions of individuals, so it has to be exploited for purposes consistent with its nature, i.e. cultivating it and not leaving it without legitimate excuse, and to ensure that legislation gives powers to the administration to control the actions of individuals, as the administration exercises its supervisory role by monitoring the abandoned land and alerting its owners to the need to exploit them and otherwise the necessary punishment is imposed. This varies according to the legislation, in Egypt it has been sanctioned by criminal sanctions, yet the administration contributes to notifying the competent courts, while the Iraqi legislator adopted the administrative penalty, which is the dissolution of the land, whether it is owned by the persons or burdened with the rights of the persons, the cancellation of the distribution for the distributed land, and the avoidance of contracts for agricultural contracts to which the administration is a party.

The Mauritanian legislative structure has been fluctuating between Bicameralism and Unicameralism since the first constitution the country ever experienced. When checking back the two constitutions the country experienced in 1959 and 1961, it can be noticed that both were unicameral (National Assembly). Whereas the 1991 constitution, (the authentic version) was a bicameral one before it was remodeled to its original form, unicameral, due to the third constitutional review in 2017, after it had shaped the parliamentary life for more than 25 years. This was due to several factors that had been supported by the very tense political context at the time. Whatever the form of the parliament takes, the creation and adoption of the legislation will remain its traditional function.
In this context, this study aims to shed light in the main mechanisms of the parliament reasonability that has been adopted from the French constitution in 1958, when the main aspects of the mechanism lie in the identification of the law filed- that is the attribution of the parliament. Additionally, the constitutionalization of the dispositions makes the government a major participant in the practice of the legislation in the law filed via the group of mechanisms that are fixed by the constitution text.
This study resumes that the propositional role in the field of legislation of the parliament institution in Mauritania ( as in most of the countries that have adopted the mechanism of the parliament reasonability ) has been recessing and degrading due to various legal, personal and internal factors to an extent where it can be said that the National Assembly has become just a space to the registration and approbation of the suggested laws projects instead of being a legislative institution that practices the different powers related to law creation process.

Solid household waste has multiple environmental impacts,The strength of influences depends on the ways in which they are dealt with by the cycles of affliction and the prevailing population culture.The research came to clarify the mechanism of dealing with this waste in the city of umm Qaser and the inability to remove it and the reasons for that deficit,Then he focused on the environmental effects resulting from the problem of accumulation and spread of waste in the city, represented by the spread of unpeasant odors,insects, rodents,stray animals,visual pollution and its impact on the psychological state and mood of the population.Then an assessment of the environmetal quality of life in the city of Umm Qaser,The extent of residents desire and preference to live in the city.Finally he suggested some recommendations to deal with these purees and reduce their environmental impacts.

The social effects are a reflection of the problem of slums in the city of Safwan,where the research gave a definition of the concept of random housing and the reasons that led to its emergence then sympathize with its types.Then between the social effects of begging ,child labor,quarrels and loss of privacy.Finally ,give some recommendatios to address the problems resulting from slums in the city

Abstract
This study aims to examine the strategies adopted by three different translators of “They came to Baghdad,” by Agatha Christie. What are the strategies used when translating culture-specific items in a text. The analysis describes the various translation procedures and methods used in the rendering of the chosen data. We understand how and why some translators did not render a text or the meaning of a word in the colloquial Iraqi dialect. The study shows that translators resorted to various strategies in rendering specific phrases and cultural expressions.
