Abstract

The aim from this the study effect Phenol compound isolated from Menthe spicata leaves and Nano – Zinc Oxide on Antimicrobial activity antifungal (Candida albicans ) and antibacterial (staphylococcuse aureas and Escherichia coli) , The Menth spicata plant collection from the city of Karbala in 2/9/ 2022 after cleaning and removing soil. As the seed were washed three times with tap water , extraction by using soxhelet apparatus by using methanol (70%) , through 24 hours of and evaporation by rotary evaporation apparatus 40C° for drying, and isolation phenol from Menthe spicata leaves , E. coli and Sta. aureus and C.albicans were obtained from libraries university of karbala , the antimicrobial test against (S.aureas , E.coli and C.albicans) was detected by disc diffusion methods was carried out using phenol extract at concentrations of 0.5, 1, 2, and 13 mg/ml , while Znonanoparticles was performed 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, and 1 mg/ml concentration . indicate the results the inhibition zone of phenol was 17.5 against C.albicans , 13.76 mm against E .coli, 12.87 mm against S. aureus in concentration (0.5) mg/ml. while concentration 1 mg/ml in C.albicans 18.34 , S. aureus 13.98mm , E.coli 14.98mm , while concentration 2mg/ml in C.albicans 19.21mm , S. aureus 14.98mm , E.coli 16.87 mm , concentration 3 mg/ml in C.albicans 21.65mm S. aureus 16.87 mm , E.coli (17.98) mm. While Znonanoparticles' C.albicans inhibition zone was 18.98, , 19.76 mm against E .coli, 20.76 mm against S. aureus in concentration 0.2 mg/ml, while concentration 0.5 mg/ml in C.albicans 19.32 , S. aureus 21.87mm , E.coli 20.54mm , while concentration 0.8mg/ml in C.albicans 21.87mm , S. aureus 22.87 , E.coli 16.87 mm , concentration 1 mg/ml in C.albicans 22.98mm , S. aureus 24.8 mm and E.coli 23.98 mm. The study's finding is that C.albicans was inhibited by phenol compounds at various doses., while the Znonanoparticles with various doses caused the antibacterial activity to be inhibited (S.aureas , E.coli and C.albicans).

الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تأثير مركب الفينول المعزول من أوراق نبات النعناع الشوكي ونانو أكسيد الزنك على النشاط المضاد للميكروبات المضادة للفطريات (Candida albicans) والمضادة للبكتيريا (Staphylococcus aureas و Escherichia coli) ، تم جمع نبات النعناع الشوكي من مدينة كربلاء في 2/9/2022 بعد تنظيف وإزالة التربة ، حيث غسلت البذور ثلاث مرات بماء الصنبور ، واستخلصت باستخدام جهاز سوكسهليت باستخدام الميثانول (70٪) ، خلال 24 ساعة من التبخير بجهاز التبخير الدوار 40 درجة مئوية للتجفيف ، وعزل الفينول من أوراق النعناع الشوكي و E. coli و Sta. تم الحصول على عينات من البكتيريا العنقودية الذهبية والكاسيديا البيضاء من مكتبات جامعة كربلاء وتم الكشف عن اختبار المضادات الحيوية ضد (S.aureas , E.coli وكاسيديا البيضاء) بواسطة طرق الانتشار القرصي باستخدام مستخلص الفينول بتركيزات 0.5 و 1 و 2 و 13 ملغم/مل بينما تم اجراء جسيمات النانو الزنكية بتركيزات 0.2 و 0.5 و 0.8 و 1 ملغم/مل وتشير النتائج الى ان منطقة تثبيط الفينول كانت 17.5 ملم ضد كاسيديا البيضاء و 13.76 ملم ضد E.coli و 12.87 ملم ضد كاسيديا البيضاء بتركيز (0.5) ملغم/مل. بينما كان التركيز 1 ملغ/مل في C.albicans 18.34 ملم، S. aureus 13.98 ملم، E.coli 14.98 ملم، بينما كان التركيز 2 ملغ/مل في C.albicans 19.21 ملم، S. aureus 14.98 ملم، E.coli 16.87 ملم، وكان التركيز 3 ملغ/مل في C.albicans 21.65 ملم، S. aureus 16.87 ملم، E.coli (17.98) ملم. بينما كانت منطقة تثبيط الكانديدا البيضاء في جسيمات الزنونانو 18.98، 19.76 ملم ضد الإشريكية القولونية، 20.76 ملم ضد المكورات العنقودية الذهبية بتركيز 0.2 ملجم/مل، بينما كان التركيز 0.5 ملجم/مل في الكانديدا البيضاء 19.32، المكورات العنقودية الذهبية 21.87 ملم، الإشريكية القولونية 20.54 ملم، بينما كان التركيز 0.8 ملجم/مل في الكانديدا البيضاء 21.87 ملم، المكورات العنقودية الذهبية 22.87 ملم، الإشريكية القولونية 16.87 ملم، والتركيز 1 ملجم/مل في الكانديدا البيضاء 22.98 ملم، المكورات العنقودية الذهبية 24.8 ملم والإشريكية القولونية 23.98 ملم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن C.albicans تم تثبيطها بواسطة مركبات الفينول بجرعات مختلفة، في حين تسببت الجسيمات النانوية Znon بجرعات مختلفة في تثبيط النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا (S.aureas و E.coli و C.albicans).

In the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, a 1,3-dipole and a dipolarophile interact chemically to produce a five-membered ring. The Huisgen cycloaddition occurs when an organic azide and an alkyne unite to form a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition that results in a 1,2,3-triazole. 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is an essential step in the regio- and stereoselective synthesis of five-membered heterocycles and their ring-opened acyclic derivatives. Some of the cycloadducts produced by these reactions were converted into enantiopure precursors known to exist in some biologically active chemicals as well as an active stereoisomer of a pine sawfly sex pheromone. Study the Effect of Tea Black Waste and Disper Vital Compound on The Chemical Qualities, and Growth yield of Zea mays L.

Abstract

The object of this study is knowing the effect of tea black waste and Disper vital compound on the Chemical qualities, the growth and the yield For (of) Zea mays L. In the spring of 2022 , an agricultural experiment was conducted in Kerbala , Alhindia city . Three replications , two factors , and a randomized complete block design ( RCBD ) were used to build up the factorial experiment. The first factor was Disper vital compound spraying ( control , 1.56 2.87 gm L¹ ), the second factor was black tea mixed with soil ( control , 20 , 30 , 40 gm L ' ) . The medicines were administered in two dosages , and after monitoring all growth indicators , the plants were harvested when fully mature . The results refer to the impact of the black tea wastes when mixed with soil of higher significance in increase the NH , N , Na , mg , Ca , Cl and ph of soil from 27.73 mg.kg , 29.23 , 2.78 , 4.87 , 5.91 mm.L¹ 7.99 in control to 29.23 mg kg 3.89 , 3.92 , 5.95 , 6.87 mm L. and 7.36 in treatment ( 40gm / kg ) respectively , as well the black tea wastes of higher significance in increase Zinc , protean , oil percentage and grain yield and Weight of 1000 in treatment ( 40gm / kg ) , As for spraying with Disper vital compound It has a significant effect in increasing the proportion of both Zinc , protean , oil grain yield and Weight of 1000 in treatment ( 2.87 gm L ) .

هدف هذه الدراسة هو معرفة تأثير مخلفات الشاي الأسود ومركب ديسبر الحيوي على الصفات الكيميائية ونمو وحاصل نبات Zea mays L. في ربيع عام 2022 أجريت تجربة زراعية في كربلاء مدينة الهندية . استخدمت ثلاثة مكررات وعاملين وتصميم القطاعات الكاملة العشوائية (RCBD) لبناء التجربة العاملية . العامل الأول كان رش مركب ديسبر الحيوي (الشاهد 1.56 ± 2.87 غم لتر¹) والعامل الثاني كان الشاي الأسود المخلوط بالتربة (الشاهد 20 ، 30 ، 40 غم لتر¹) . تم إعطاء الأدوية على جرعتين وبعد مراقبة جميع مؤشرات النمو تم حصاد النباتات عند نضجها الكامل . وتشير النتائج إلى تأثير مخلفات الشاي الأسود عند خلطها مع التربة بدرجة معنوية عالية في زيادة كل من الأمونيوم والنيتروجين والصوديوم والمغنيسيوم والكالسيوم والكلوريد ودرجة حموضة التربة من 27.73 ملغم/كجم و29.23 و2.78 و4.87 و5.91 ملم/لتر¹ 7.99 في معاملة السيطرة إلى 29.23 ملغم/كجم و3.89 و3.92 و5.95 و6.87 ملم/لتر و7.36 في معاملة (40 غم/كجم) على التوالي، وكذلك مخلفات الشاي الأسود بدرجة معنوية عالية في زيادة نسبة الزنك والبروتين والزيت وحاصل الحبوب ووزن 1000 في معاملة (40 غم/كجم) أما الرش بمركب ديسبر فيتال فقد كان له تأثير معنوي في زيادة نسبة كل من الزنك والبروتين والزيت وحاصل الحبوب ووزن 1000 في معاملة ( 2.87 جرام لتر ) .
