The present study in cludes chapter one study identi fication This chapter shows the introduction and important of the study also con tains the problem of the study. and Aims-Hypo theses of the study.chapter three Method and procedures of the syudy :The experimental method was used in this study and the samples inclnde seventeen youth players.Chapter four Result and Discussion :This chapter contains results and discussion to achieve the aims and hypo theses of the study.Chapter five conclusions and Recommendations Conclusions: the method which contains special exercises has agreat effect on the performance of the experimentalgroup.Recommendations: The coaches be interested in using training progeams that include exercises of mussuler strength during training module ., and determined the research sample by the intentional method that included the fourth preparatory students, as exercises were applied during the educational curriculum that lasted for (12) weeks with two units and a time (90 minutes) per unit according to the conceptual fluency using the exercises, After obtaining the raw results, they were statistically treated, and the researcher concluded that the special exercises had a positive and clear effect in developing the most important aspects of attention and training some skills in water polo in the research group.

The aim of the research is to : To prepare an educational program according to the model (POE) (predict - note - interpret) associated with different educational methods and to reveal its effect on teaching some basic skills of volleyball to middle school students The researchers took the experimental approach as a way to solve their problem, The sample was identified as (32) students representing the third intermediate grade in the (Qaraqush) intermediate school for boys for the academic year (2019-2020) distributed into two academic divisions (A and B), equivalent to (age, height, weight, and physical fitness components). And for each group (16) students, and by the method of voting, Division (B) was chosen to become the experimental group, which was studied according to the (POE) model, and Division (A) became a control group which took the usual method by the teacher in teaching it After that, the search experiment was applied and lasted for six weeks, with two educational units per week for each group. To process and analyze the data, the statistical system (SPSS) was used, and the most important conclusion of the study is: The use of the model (predict, note, interpret POE) associated with various educational methods left an evident effect in teaching some basic volleyball skills to middle school students. The phases of implementing the model experiment on the experimental group also contributed to stimulating students\\' creative self-capabilities in forecasting, observing and interpreting the results that favored their progress over the control group. The researchers recommended the necessity of paying attention to student-centered teaching methods by educating teachers about their models and strategies, as they have an impact on improving students\\' knowledge and skills. And more research is being used to model (predict, note, interpret POE) for different academic stages and multiple academic subjects.

The researcher dealt with job satisfaction among leaders working in the directorates of sports and school activity in Baghdad schools by using the job satisfaction measure compared to the practices they perform during career work. 1. Abstract: The first chapter includes the introduction and the importance of the research as the researcher investigate the process of preparing the psychological aspects of the player and its significant impact on his/her performance, in addition to the physical, skill, planning and technical aspects. The research problem is focused on the hypothesis that the psychological state of team players plays an important role in reaching the highest levels of sports that qualify them to play in matches, and this comes through the correct psychological preparation during the training process. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of levels of emotional arousal and psychological security and in addition to determine the nature of the relationship between them for the players of the team of Thi-Qar University in team players games. The second chapter includes the research methodology and field procedures where the researcher used the descriptive approach. The research sample consists of (83) players selected from the players of the Thi- Qar University team for the activities; football, basketball, handball, volleyball and gymnasium and in the academic year (2018-2019). In the fourth chapter we analysis and discuss of the results, and the fifth chapter includes some conclusions and recommendations. Among the most important conclusions, the research sample shows high emotional arousal and states an inverse relationship between emotional arousal and the psychological security.

The research community was determined by the budding of the Basmaya Academy for the academic year 2019-2020, as the sample included (12) players ( female ) who were intentionally chosen from the beginners in teaching performance , controlling and matching the movements of body parts ..After the researcher made sure of the homogeneity of the sample, they were randomly distributed in two equal groups and performed parity in testing and evaluating the performance and kinetic compatibility of body parts in athletic walking. One of the groups represented the experimental group which is its teaching was according to intensive method ,while the other group used distributed method in teaching sport walking movements .The implementation of the main experiment took 5 weeks, with three teaching units per week. After the specified period, the tests and evaluations of the motions under study were re-examined. Statistical treatments were performed using the (spss) program by adopting the two tests (T) for the independent and interrelated samples. Conclusions showed excellence of 2nd group ( with distributed exercise ) and preference over first experimental group ( with intensive exercise ) in terms of teaching and controlling the kinematic compatibility of the movements of the parts of the body walking, and accordingly the recommendations came in the necessities of adopting exercises for the distributed method in teaching young beginners to the movements of athletic walking and controlling their compatibility

The research aims to uncover the following:- Detection of the effect of using exercises in the two styles of confrontation (positional and inclusive) for the experimental group on some physical variables.- The significance of the differences between the two groups of experimental and control research for dimensional tests in some physical variables. To keep pace with the development in the field of kinetic learning, this necessitated researchers and specialists to find modern and innovative means to develop the technical level of the players ’performance in order to improve the players’ levels and achieve the best results.
