Cardiac hydatid disease is rare, occurring in about 2 % of the patients, the disease usually involves the myocardium and is associated with a wide spectrum of presentations, hence the patients may be asymptomatic or may present with a serious condition like severe valvular dysfunction, congestive heart failure, pulmonary embolism or conductive disturbances. Full histories, a proper examination of the chest, ECG, CXR, Echo – cardiography, cardiac catheterization, CT scan of the chest and immunoblot tests are essential diagnostic tools. Fifteen patients diagnosed preoperatively as having cardiac hydatid cysts were involved in this retrospective study. There was neither sex predilection nor any age limit for the disease. Any part of the heart could be involved; but the Left ventricle was the commonest site. Many patients included in the study were associated with extracardiac involvement especially the liver. Removal of the cyst(s) surgically stay the treatment of choice.

The current study was conducted in the college of science for women during the period from February 2015 to May 2016, study population was involved eighty volunteer women (20-35) years enrolled in this study, fifty women with primary infertility considered as a study group, while the other 30 volunteers parous women considered as a control group. ELISA kit was used to assay the serum level of anti-Mullerian and parathyroid hormone, whereas colorimetric technique was applied to evalute the total calcium, albumin, and inorganic phosphorus serum level, while ionized calcium is achieved by special equation depending on the total calcium and albumin level. Independent T-test analysis was applied to specify any significant variation for investigated parameters between control and study group, linear regression analyses were used to explore the association between ionized calcium and anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level in both control and infertile groups. The results revealed that infertile group have significantly (p<0.001) lower mean serum ionized calcium level(4.31±0.61mg/dl)than the control group(5.57±0.45mg/dl) accompanied by significantly (p<0.001) increase in parathyroid hormone level (49.2±32.2 ng/dl) in a study group in comparison with a control group whose reported (92.1±22.2ng/dl) mean concentration ,infertile women revealed significantly decrease mean level in anti-Mullerian hormone (2.59±1.38ng/d) compared with the control group (3.44±1.00ng/dl), linear regression analyses revealed a significant positive relation between's ionized calcium concentration and AMH level (r=0.58, p=0.000, n=40) in the control group, as well, there was a significant strong positive connection was seen between serum ionized calcium and AMH level for the infertile group (r=0.70, p=0.000, n=50),our conclusion suggested that any physiological process including reproductive ability may need in one way or another to balance in the availability of ionized calcium.

During this search, the polymer poly-aniline hydrochloride (PANI-HCL) was prepared with different weights before and after irradiation in the form of films using the casting method. The films were recorded with the cobalt element(CO60), which sends a gama (1.2) Mev for a period of (72) hours. The structural properties of the (FT-IR) were studied. The results showed that the active groups of the recorded polymer were consistent with the chemical composition and topographic study of the prepared film surfaces. The images showed that the recorded polymer is homogeneous and its color changes after irradiation.
The electrical properties included the measurement of the hall effect and the continuous electrical conductivity and the behavior of the current and voltages where the results showed that the hall coefficient of the polymer mixture recorded before and after the irradiation are carriers of the (n-type) and through the measurement of current- voltages show results that the polymer recorded conduct the behavior of ohmic before irradiation and walk Conduction of a semiconductor after irradiation. In addition, the results of electrical conductivity were shown to be less after irradiation.

This study was conducted in the poultry field that belong to Animal Production Techniques Department / Al musiab Technical College. To investigate the effect of alcohol extracted ginger supplementation in diet on some productive traits of broiler chicken ross strain. Two hundred fifty unsexed broiler chicks were equally divided into the five groups, 50 chicks per group, 2 replicates per group (25 chicks per replicate). Chicks were fed on starter diet (1 day- 3 week) and final diet (4-6 week), diets supplemented with five ratio from alcohol extracted ginger (0, 150, 200, 250, 300 mg/kg), the first group was control but the other represented experimental groups.
Results showed a significantly improve (P≤0.05) of average live body weight, weight gain, feed conversion ratio and dressing percentage in birds supplemented with alcohol extracted ginger as compared with control group at three and six week of birds age. As supplementation of alcohol extracted ginger had significantly (P≤0.05) decreased feed consumption and mortality ratio in experimental groups as compared with control group.

The localization of the iris is the most significant factor in biometrics of the iris, which traditionally assumes strictly controlled environments. The proposed method includes the pupillary and limbic iris boundaries localization. A primary advantage of image arithmetic operations is that the process is straightforward and therefore fast, these characteristics are employed and combined with the morphological operators in the designing of the proposed algorithm. The proposed algorithm takes into account the noise area which is found in various parts of the eye image such as light reflections, focus and small visible iris. The experimental results are conducted on a collection of iris images consist of 756 images belong to Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation (CASIA V-1) and 450 images belong to Multi Media University (MMU V-1) databases. The results indicate a high level of accuracy using the proposed technique. Moreover, the comparison results with the state-of-the-art iris localization algorithms expose considerable improvement in segmentation accuracy while being computationally more efficient.

This study discusses the phenomenon of money laundering and its impact on the financial sector in general and the Iraqi banking sector. The research methodology describes money laundering in detail and the three basic stages of money laundering, placement, layering and integration. How and where money laundering is a key reason to address this problem and what is the role of governments? It also deals with the impact of money laundering on the Iraqi economy, which is the theft of banks, the suspension of industrial projects, terrorism and corruption. The most important recommendations that limit this phenomenon is international cooperation and legal assistance in money laundering investigations. The use of programming and electronic systems to enter the information of owners of real estate and businesses to detect suspicious activities. To reduce this problem requires the establishment of specialized units in the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance, Justice and the security services to apply all laws against money laundering. As for the Iraqi banking sector, it is necessary to verify the identity of the owners of the funds deposited in banks. Inform the competent authorities by the bank's management of any suspicious activity. In addition to confirming the documents proving the legality of the funds deposited.

The spread of insufficiency of vitamin D may expose primary students at hazard for bone development, innate and adaptive immune responses, and increases risk of certain chronic diseases. The study provides an examination of the pervasiveness of 3 levels of sera 25(OH)D (≥30, 29-20, and <20 ng/ml) in students at the age 6 to 13 years. The data highlights that several of children in the Babylon city have levels of 25(OH)D some consider low and that urban girls have a lower record 25(OH)D. The serum is used to estimate the circulating level of vit.D by using microplate technique. Serum level 25(OH)D for children age 6 to 13 years is 28.77 ± 11.51ng/ml. Girls have suboptimal levels of 25(OH)D (25.96±9.95 ng/ml (95% CI:10.39-2.74) in comparison with the boys (32.53±12.44 [95% CI:5.75-2.29). The prevalence of levels at <10 ng/ml is 15%, less 20 ng/ml is 56%, and less 30 ng/ml is 29%. The predominance of sera '25(OH)D levels of <30 ng/ml is higher among boys (43%) in comparison with the girls (32%); urban (45%) in comparison with rural (30%). Based on a delegate test of Babylon kids of primary students, many children have inadequate levels of 25(OH)D.

Manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanopowder has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. MnO2 was annealed at different temperatures (250, 400, 550, 700˚C). The crystal structure and surface morphology of these nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The catalase mimic activity (catalytic activity) of MnO2 against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was studied by using new method and found that 400˚C is the best annealing temperature.

Objective The aim of this study was to detect the arginase Ι (ARG I) enzyme in asthma patients, clarify its role, in addition to examining the relationship of this enzyme with bronchial asthma.
Methods:
Blood samples were collected from 100 patients from Department of Medicine in Rizgary Hospital in Erbil City, in addition to intact 100 volunteers; the introduced questionnaire was filled out on the basis of type-induced asthma, duration of the disease, age of the patients, gender, family history, and allergy condition, Serum was separated to perform Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in Medical Research Center to examine the association of ARGΙ with bronchial asthma. By ARG activity we can measure the conversion of arginine to ornithine and urea. By using a quantitative colorimetric assay at 490 nm, employing a QuantiChrom arginase assay kit (Bioassay Systems).
Results: Our results depicted the association between ARGΙ and bronchial asthma: based on their age, significant elevation of serum arginase level was observed in the patients with ≥81 years old, which mean value (100.16±19.77c), p value (0.000); also the duration of asthma ≥20 years (82.48±38.81c) ,p value (0.01) were remarkably affected; this significance was found in those with types of induced asthma and with allergy condition. But non- significant difference in frequency of abnormal serum arginase level was observed in those patients that have family history of asthma disease and gender of the patients. This finding demonstrated a remarkable association of ARG Ι in the development of asthma at p > 0.05.

Conclusion: The ELISA results indicated that the ARG I and bronchial asthma are remarkably correlated. Patients with asthmatic symptoms have the high level of ARG Ι (> 40 IU/L).

The Lie symmetries and their various generalizations have become an inseparable part of the modern physical description of wide range of phenomena of nature from quantum physics to hydrodynamics. Such success of a purely mathematical theory of continuous groups developed by Lie and Engel in 19th century[8] is explained by the remarkable fact that the overwhelming majority of mathematical models of physical, chemical, and biological processes possess nontrivial Lie symmetry. Symmetries can be applied to reduce the order of an ODE . [9] proposed a generalization of Lie's method called the non-classical method of group-invariant solutions. It is well known that the classical Lie symmetry method of point transformations is often used for reducing the number of independent variables in partial differential equation to obtain ordinary one can obtain partial solutions of the equation under study [1], [2], [3]. For partial differential equations , Lie symmetries are used to reduce the equation to an ODE via appropriate reduction variables. These can lead to the group-invariant solutions [4] of PDEs which are so important today[5],[6].

Some properties of a class of harmonic multivalent functions defined by an integral operator are introduced, like, coefficient estimates, distortion property, extreme points, inclusion results and closure under an integral operator for this class are obtained.

Backgraound: lncRNAs (longnon-codingRNAs), has avarious important molecular and cellular functions and natural antisense transcripts (NATs), complementary to protein-coding or non-coding. RNA sequences are important regulators of gene expression drew a great attention recent years to uncover their importance for diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic purposes; and their dysfunctions leads to diseases including cancer.
Aims:The aim of this study was to investigate important roles of lncNATs TSIX, HAGLR, LMCT1AS and NAV2AS5 genes in several tumorigenic processes in breast cancer.
Materials andMethods: In this study we used ATCC normal cell lines (CRL4010,CRL8798) and cancer cell lines (MCF7,MDA-MB231,CRL2329) that subjected. To examine through RNA isolation,cDNAconversion, semiquantitative (by agarose gel and ImageJ program) and quantitative RT-PCR for gene expression analyses.
Results:Our results have been shown that TSIX, HAGLR, LMCT1AS and NAV2AS5 genes have differential expression pattern in both normal and breast cancer cell lines.
Conclution: from the data of our results we concluded that these genes have important role in biological procesess of breast cancer in addition their impotnace in treatment and therapeutic purpus
