The Battle of Mu'tah is one of the most important and greatest invasions that Muslims waged against the Byzantine state, and it took place in the eighth year of the Prophet's migration. The events of this invasion were characterized by wisdom, lessons and lessons.
This study dealt with many researches that were conducted about the Messenger (May the blessings of Allah be upon him) and it was characterized by differences according to the nature of the treatments presented by its authors. In fact, these studies have exhausted the information that found in historical and biographical books, so it has become necessary for us as researchers to explore new information to come up with an original study concerning the Maghazis of the Messenger (May the blessings of Allah be upon him). Therefore, the focus was on the book The Battle of Mu'tah in the Dictionary and the Lexicon of Non-Arabic Terms, Names and Places by Al- Bakri (487 AH / 1094 AD), highlighting everything related to Mu'tah and relying on it as a main source for this study.

There is no doubt that (huruf almaeani) are like the scale through which the sentence is measured , and through which the aesthetics of prose and systems are realized, and their best use is an art of eloquence, and a craftsmanship of making it clear in terms of its interpretation , as inserting it in the wrong place is evidence of the inability of its user, and these letters - huruf almaeani - are the subject of the two books under investigation (rasaf almabani fi sharh huruf almaeani) by Al-Malqi, and (Masbeh Al-Maghani fi Hurouf Al-Ma’ani) by Al-Muwazi. In their two books, the authors dealt with these letters, and explained their meanings and uses. The two books dealt with the etymology of grammar and many of its terms and issues, and among these etymologies was (analogy), and both authors had their own style of using analogy, as will be shown in the folds of this research.

This study aims to demonstrate the natural potentials for sustainable rural development in terms of location, area, geological structure, climate and its components, soil and its types, water resources and their types, and natural plants and their types in the countryside of Muqdadiyah district for 2019. Muqdadiyah is located between latitudes of(33,3o - 35,6o) To the north and between longitudes (44,22o - 45,56o) to the east, and it surrounds the center of the district from all sides. The study under investigation is geologically composed of Injana and Muqdadiyah formation, forming deposits of gypsum and sandstone. As for its climate, it is within the continental tropical climate that is characterized by high temperatures in summer and low in winter and it has a high range during the day and low at night, characterized by fluctuating rains and large solar radiation. The area under investigation has four types of soil, which are river edges, sandy soils, ponds submerged in silts, and windy soils, and river edges predominate over the majority of the study area.
As for water sources, they are surface water and ground water, and Diyala River represents the main resource of surface water of the study area and for Diyalaprovince in general , and Alsadirjoint river in the study area feeds its entire area.
The study area contains abundant quantities of groundwater and the study area contains two types of natural plants, which are natural annual plants and constant plants, these elements have an effective effect in the process of bringing about rural development in any geographical region in the world, including the study area.

The current research deals with (Al-Dhahabi’s Citation Peptic Verses about the Imams of the Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in his book Autobiography of Prominent Figures. In fact, this research focuses on the verses that were said by the imams of Ahl Al-Bayt on the one hand, as well as the poetic verses that were organized for the purpose of praising the imams by the prominent poets for the purpose of lamentation and praise. Further, the study found some verses organized by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and Ali bin Al-Hussein, In addition to a beautiful poem of praise belonging to Al-Farazdaq, it was mentioned in the body of this research.

Omar Ibn Al-Khattab assumed the caliphate after the death of the Caliph Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, in the year 13 AH. The details of these aspects, and the first topic bore the title (Biography of Caliph Omar Ibn Al-Khattab ()), and included (his name, nickname, surname, lineage, birth, mother, brothers and sisters, qualities, Islam and caliphate), and the second topic: which bore the title (Achievements). (military and administrative), and included (his conquests, administrative achievements, the establishment of cities, the establishment of offices, mail, and the martyrdom of the Caliph).

The current research aims to identify the level of psychological crises among secondary school teachers. The researchers, built the scale of psychological crises based on the model of Ehlers and Clark, 2000). The validity and stability of the scale was presented to a group of judges specialized in the field of educational psychology, measurement, evaluation to be verified and extraction of discriminatory force of items, with the sample of research (400 male and female) teachers in different secondary schools and from different districts and areas in Governorate of Diyala. The results of the research showed that the average degree of psychological crisis among the teachers concluded in the survey was (87.6475) with a standard deviation of (25.29175) and when compared to the hypothetical average scale of (96), it is observed to be smaller than the hypothetical average of the scale. When testing the difference between the two averages using the t-test equation for a single sample, it was found to be of moral significance at a level (0.05) and a degree of freedom (399), indicating that the research sample had a low level of psychological crisis. The scheduled value of the T-test is (1,960) at the level (0.05) and the degree of freedom (399) to achieve this goal. This indicates that there are no differences in psychological crises between male and female teachers.

The critical lesson has received the attention of researchers because of its importance in revealing the truth of the linguistic opinion and the extent of its validity. It is known about linguistic criticism that it deals with a language issue. Literary criticism was the same as linguistic criticism because the poet in the past was linguistic and his speech is a source of language, and I thought in this research to study: (Grammatical criticism according to Abi Jaafar Al-Nahhas (T.: 338 AH)) in three sections: criticism in names and criticism in actions and Criticism in letters and tools.

This study aims to present the performance of local governments in Diyala province after 2008 in order to identify the level of government performance and the level of service to citizens. It was found through the research that political factors have the greatest impact on general and local government performance in particular due to partisan consensus and political conflicts between political blocs, which are negatively reflected on the level of achieving citizen requirements, as well as the security factors that played a prominent role in Diyala province, which has suffered from deteriorating of security conditions. Likewise, the administrative and technical factors have an important role in the implementation of the local governing system in the right direction in case of having enough technical and legal cadres and specialists in the field of work and local consultation. However, the reality of local governments in the province is relatively suffering from some administrative and technical problems and failures, especially the phenomenon of corruption. Additionally, the impact of social and economic factors, sub-channels grew after 2003, which contributed to a clear interference in local government work, most notably the tribes, as well as the low level of political culture, not to mention the citizen’s lack of knowledge in the field of decentralization and local governments. In addition to the economic factors, which play a major role in the success of the governorates’ management if they are properly utilized and developed their revenues, especially the development of the governorate’s oil and border revenues (customs). However, the reality of the situation now indicates a great reluctance to invest these resources, support and develop the governorate’s budgets.

The current research aims to modify the attitudes of the normal students towards their peers with special needs through a training guidance system, there are multiple techniques and guidance methods in them with the aim of modifying the trends towards those with special needs from negative to positive
The sample: The sample of the study consisted of 20 children in the late childhood stage, all of them were normal males from Jamal Abdel Nasser Primary School for Boys, one of the schools of integration for the administration of East Shubra Al-Khaimah neighborhood that is integrated into the classes between those with special needs and the poor. They were divided into 10 students as an experimental group and 10 others as a group Control between the ages of (9-12) years and the IQ ranges from 90 -110. The two groups were equal in time, intelligence, social, economic and cultural level.

Results
The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the dimensional measurement on the scale of trends towards people with special needs for the benefit of the experimental group. Stability in the way of re-testing, as the coefficient of reliability of the scale of self-merit reached (0,80), while the coefficient of stability of Fakronbach reached (), as for the tool of gratitude, the researcher built the scale of gratitude according to the theory (Emmons, 2001) after following the scientific steps in its construction The apparent validity was verified, the construction validity was verified, and the stability was verified by the re-test method, as the reliability coefficient reached (0.79), while the stability factor of the tool reached the Cronbach Alpha method () and the two scales were applied to the statistical analysis sample consisting of (400) male and female students selected The random stratified method of four colleges (College of Education for Human Sciences, College of Islamic Sciences, College of Science, and College of Engineering) at the University of Diyala and upon processing the study data statistically using (the T-test for Single soft, Pearson correlation coefficient, Z-test, and multiple regression analysis).
The research reached the following results: -
The population of the research sample has low self-entitlement compared to the theoretical mean of the scale and with a significant difference,The research sample has a high level of gratitude compared to the theoretical average for the scale,There is a weak, non-significant relationship between self-worth and gratitude. In light of the results, the current research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.

In this research, the researchers will present the biography of one of the preachers from the family of Abi Al-Hafiz Al-Hajouri, who had a prominent role in the responsibility of the Tayyibi call in Yemen during the period of his life from its inception until the year 533 A.H. / 1138 A.D, which is the year of his death. The da'i (the Preacher), Sultan al-Khattab, originally belongs to the Hajour tribe of Hamdaniyah, and many writers and researchers touched on this figure, and praised his efforts and various activities in the field of preserving the ideological and scientific heritage of the Ṭayyibi Ismā'īlism faith. This da'i (the Preacher) also contributed to the survival and continuity of the Tayyibi da'wa in Yemen, which is an extension of the Fatimid da'wa until its move to India in 949 AH / 1527 AD.
The da'i (the Preacher) Al-Khattab contributed to enriching the religious library with more various books in the ideological and literary field, which contributed to the defense of the principles of the Ismaili da'wa against the opponents of the Ismaili sect.
This da'i (the Preacher) had a leading role in the procession of the Tayyibi da'wa in Yemen in the field of relations with all segments of society, including sultans, kings, tribal chiefs, and the rest of the community's followers of the Tayyibi da'wa in Yemen, which would preserve and follow the da'wa.
He worked on consolidating the doctrinal aspect on which the idea of religious worship is based among the Ismailis, which is rooted in fixed facts: practical worship (phenomenal world), which is everything related to the religious duties and its pillars, and scientific worship (the science of the esoteric), which includes issues of interpretation and it is from the core Ismaili beliefs.
Through a brief presentation of the biography of the da’i (the Preacher) Sultan Al-Khattab, the researchers will identify the most important aspects of the biography of this personality, who played a prominent role in the Ismaili da’wa (call)in the country of Yemen, and who witnessed the era of the Sulayhid state, especially the period of the rule of Mrs. Arwa al-Sulayhid. We will figure out his name, surname, his father’s name, and his tribal affiliation through what we have of the available evidence, especially what the da’i al-Khattab himself said in some of his poems. Likewise, we find out his lineage, as clarified by the investigator of his Diwan, and we will go through a study of his biography with the date of his birth, which was not precisely given because it was not mentioned in the Fatimid sources that are most interested in such personalities and recording of their biographies .
We will determine the date of his birth approximately , not definitively, through those whom he coexisted with them. We will discuss the family schism of the Al-Khattab family and his disagreement with his brothers, which developed into war and bloody fighting. We will review the characteristics of this preacher and his talents with some brevity, and his scientific position in and how the sciences of the Ismailis da’wah arrived to him. We will know through this research that he was one of the glorified poets in Yemen, and that he was nicknamed with his brother the two sayings of Qahtan, for their eloquence and their poetic and literary talent.
We will also present some of the sayings of scholars and historians about him in order to clarify the extent of the importance that lies in this Tayyibi Islamic personality, who had an important and prominent role in the Tayyibi Ismaili da’wa in Yemen until his death in 533 AH / 1138 AD, as we will point out.

The study aimed to know the geographical factors of population distribution and its patterns in the Gezira State in Sudan during the period (2000-2019). The study used the descriptive and analytical method. Population distribution and concentration were measured by Lawrence's curve and concentration index. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The most important natural factors that played a prominent role in the population distribution in the state of the Gezira are surface manifestations, climate, soil, and water resources that had the greatest impact on population distribution in the state. Also, the administrative factor and economic factors especially agricultural activity, has a role in the distribution of the population in the state’s localities,. As for the industry, it worked on concentrating the population in the greater Medani locality where the state's capital is located and many factories are available. The state is also connected to a transportation network which in turn has contributed to the movement and distribution of the population throughout the state, this worked on developing the state and linking production areas to consumption areas, the percentage of population concentration in the state reached 12.24 for the year 2000, and increased to 25.38 by the year 2019, due to the lack of balance between the area and the population This is exemplified in the eastern locality of the Gezira, where about 12.95% of the population is concentrated in an area of 30.62%. In addition to that, the locality of Greater Wad Medani, we find 11.36% of the population concentrated in an area of 2.71, there are multiple patterns of population distribution in the state of the Gezira, including the concentration pattern represented by the locality of Greater Wad Medani, diffuse pattern Represented by the localities (Al Kamleen, Al Hasahisah, Al Managil, South of the Gezira), the dispersed or (scattered) pattern represented by the two localities (East of the Gezira and Umm Al Qura). Based on this results, the study recommended the following: distributing the various service institutions in the state and not concentrating them in localities and regions without the other, in order to redistribute the population among the localities of the state, and developing the rural areas economically, socially, culturally and healthily, in order to a achieve balanced development throughout the state.

The current study aimed to identify the influence of the ‘Practical Education Course’ delivered at the Special Education Department / Umm Al-Qura University on the students’ attitudes towards the teaching profession. The study’s variables included: (gender, the place of practical application, the distance to school, the respondent’s GPA, and the academic specialization).
The sample of the study, which adopted the descriptive analytical approach, consisted of (40) respondents (student-teachers) divided as follows: (14) male students and (26) female students. The researcher utilized a self-developed questionnaire that is consisted of (54) items including four different areas. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents through two separate stages: the first stage (before their involvement in studying the practical education course) and (after the completion of the practical teaching).
The findings revealed that: there is a statistically significant impact of studying ‘the practical education course’ on the attitudes of UQU students; on the overall scale (including its overall dimensions) due to the GPA variable; there were no significant differences for the overall dimensional scale and its domains due to gender, school distance, and specialization and towards the teaching profession from receiving a practical education course among those whose GPA varies between “excellent” and “very good”; as well as on the total dimensional scale among those whose GPA varies between “good” and “below good”; and finally there were significant differences in terms of the attitudes between the students whose GPA is “excellent” and “good” in favor of those with excellent GPA.

The aim of this research is to uncover the reality of transitional services provided to female students with intellectual disabilities in the secondary stage in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to identify the most prominent obstacles that prevent them from being provided in the required manner, and how to improve the level of transitional services in the secondary stage from the teachers' point of view.The researcher used the qualitative explanatory approach, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher prepared a semi-codified interview card in order to obtain the necessary data to answer the research questions about the reality of the transitional services. In addition, six special education teachers who work in intellectual education programs attached to secondary schools in Taif were interviewed. The results indicated the lack of clarity in the transitional services in terms of the concept and the current practices regarding their provision, and one of the most prominent obstacles that emerged through the analysis of the data, which was represented in the educational field, society and the family. Women with intellectual disabilities in the secondary stage to engage in public life, and the research came out with many recommendations on developing professional competencies, periodic follow-up on planning services, and activating the role of community partnership in the implementation of transitional plans.

The study aimed to identify the positions of the linguistic context in the poetic evidence in the book of Al-Mahr ibn Habib, to identify the most prominent linguistic levels of the linguistic context in the same book, to assess the role of Arabs in the theory of linguistic context, and to identify the extent to which linguistic sciences are linked together through the book of al-Mahr, and the study relied on the descriptive approach. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the diversity of the linguistic context in the book of al-Mahbar, such as: al-Nabr, toning, and deletion, ibn Habib used the linguistic context in his interpretation, as well as the primacy of Arab linguists to say the linguistic context before westerners.

The issue of thermal characteristics of agricultural crops is considered an applied climatic study, as temperatures are one of the climatic elements that play an important role in the growth of the crop, and in each stage of its growth. The research aims to determine the characteristics of minimum and maximum temperatures for wheat and maize crops in Diyala Governorate, and are there rates that decreased or increased from the upper and lower limits of the crop, and the period was determined from 1991 - 2019 AD, and the thermal characteristics of the stages of germination, growth and maturity of the two crops were calculated. The road network is one of the most important pillars and components that concern countries in the modern era because it is the artery that leads to the link and interaction between human settlements through a series of commercial and social activities. This importance appears at the level of Baquba district, especially (Baquba city) because it is the most important administrative center in the governorate There are general directorates of all service departments, hospitals, universities, colleges and institutes, which requires the establishment of a road network that serves this administrative and service site. The study area contains a network of roads, where these roads constitute different types and many types, main, secondary and rural, which serve the area in the process of transportation in various uses and fields and the delivery of various services to all areas. The study dealt with quantitative methods for analyzing the road network in Baquba district with the aim of identifying the characteristics of the transport networks and evaluating their efficiency. Such as the inflection index and the accessibility according to the number of links and the accessibility according to the index of population size and the index of the degree of association.

This study aimed to reveal the degree of the teachers of the primary classes based on the foundations of the knowledge economy from the point of view of the supervisors, and to achieve the objectives of the thesis, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach. On four axes: (academic competencies, professional competencies, personal competencies, technical competencies) and it was applied to the study sample consisting of all the (37) supervisors of the primary classes in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, during the school year (1443-AH-2022AD) and after Data analysis revealed the results of the study that the teaching competencies based on the foundations of the knowledge economy came to a high degree on all areas and the tool as a whole, where the arithmetic mean of the tool as a whole reached (3.79). It also recommended to encourage with The primary classes have contributed to increasing their professional development by enrolling in courses, reviewing research, and following up on developments in the educational arena. The study also emphasized the importance of setting incentives and rewards for primary grade teachers when preparing research related to the field of teaching primary grades. The study also recommended the need to prepare training courses for female teachers, especially primary grades for arithmetic skills, mathematical operations, and the necessary symbols for female teachers.

The stratified random method was adopted in the selection of research sample , the current research sample consisted of (50) female students from AL-khansaa secondary school for girls who lost one of their parents ,the psychometric properties of the two parameters were verified by finding both the validity and the reliability by Alpha cronbach method for the life- stress , the reliability coefficient is (0,80) , and for the ambition level scale , the reliability coefficient (0,82) ,the data were also processed by using the following methods : Alpha cronbach , pearson correlation coefficient , T-test for a single sample .

The results was :
1-The researchs sample was characterized by a low level of life stress events if the calculated T value is smaller than the T-test was lower standard table t-test value .
2-The research sample described the high level of ambitions;level that the calculated T-test value was higher than thestandard T- test value .
3-Positive correlation between stress events and ambitions level .
