Iraq is one of the most affected countries in Middle East concerning of dust storms events. They have several environmental effects on the climate. This study summarized the simulation of severe dust storm using Regional Climate Model version 4 (RegCM4) and then examine its application to estimate the total amount of dust (dust load), Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) and dust radiative forcing. As a result, RegCM4 reproduced the selected case of severe dust storm occurred in 03 May 2005. The spatial distribution of values of dust load, AOD and radiative forcing are achieved at every three hours. During the dust storms AOD reaches their maximum values. It shows that the highest value of average concentration for the dust in this case is larger than 200 mg / m2.

The aim of the present study was attempted to assess the levels of total testosterone, follicular- stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin and estradiol in type 2 diabetes mellitus men. The current study included forty-five with diabetes type 2 and fifteen health's individuals as control. The diabetes patients divided into 3 groups according to ages first (30-39 year), second (40-49) and third group (50-59). As well as divided into 3 group according to period of injury first (1-5 year), second (6-10 year) and third group (11-15 year). The results of current study showed the following: fasting Blood Glucose (F.B.G) and Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) showed increased significantly (P<0.05) in all groups diabetes compared to control. Follicular stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and Total testosterone (TT) decreased significantly (P<0.05) in all groups of diabetes compared to control. While Prolactin (PRL) and Estradiol (E2) increased significantly (P<0.05) in all groups of diabetes compared to control according to age and duration. According to the results of the present study concluded decreased levels of TT, FSH and LH in type 2 diabetes mellitus men.

In this paper a new algorithm is used which depending on ranking function for conclusion an optimal solution when transportation cost, sources to destination are fuzzy and were represented by abnormal triangular fuzzy numbers. A numerical example is given to display the efficiency of this algorithm.

A notion of the Hollow-Lifting-Quasi-Discrete modules can constitute avery important situation in the module theory. In this paper we will present a key role in some properties and characterizations of Hollow-Lifting-Quasi-Discrete Modules, also we study characterization the relation between lifting property and Hollow-Lifting-Quasi-Discrete Modules. We introduced and study the concept of Hollow-Lifting-Quasi-Discrete Modules a generalization of Hollow-Quasi-Discrete Modules. In this work, we introduce and study classes of concepts which are extremities of Hollow-lifting-Quasi-Discrete modules. We call an R-module M Hollow-Lifting-Quasi-Discrete, if every submodule N of M with ???????? hollow-lifting module, there exists a stable direct summand K of M such that ????≤???????????? in M. we have the following proper implication:
Hollow-Lifting → Hollow-Lifting-Discrete → Hollow-Lifting-Quasi-Discrete Module.

This study was carried out with the aim of examining the fungal contamination and identifying Aspergillus species. Five spices were collected from the local market at the district of Khalis. The spices were turmeric (Curcuma longa), cumin (Cuminum cyminum), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), and ginger (Zingiber officinale). The findings showed that the samples of ginger were the most contaminated with fungi. It recorded the highest value of total fungal counts and the highest number of fungal isolates which were (3.33 × 10-3 and 20 fungal isolates). As for turmeric and cinnamon, they recorded the lowest level of fungal contamination as the total fungal count and number of fungal isolates were (0.33 × 10-3 and 2 fungal isolates).
Likewise, out of 61 fungal isolates 29 isolates were identified as Aspergillus. Namely, the species were 25 of A.niger isolates, 2 isolates for each of A.terreus and A.ochracus. However, A. niger recorded the highest frequency and prevalence compared with the rest of the isolates of the same species which were (86.2 and 60 %), respectively.

One Hundred fifty-two sample of catheters and urinary tracts from patients in the Urology Unit at Baquba Teaching Hospital for the period from 15/ 7/ 2018 to 30/ 9/ 2018 for different age groups ranging from 1-80 years for both sexes, were collected. Fifteen isolates from Escherichia coli were subjected to microscopic and biochemical tests and the diagnosis was confirmed by using the Vitek 2 compact system the results of the detection of some virulence factors of the selected E. coli. The percentage of the ability of the bacteria to produce hemolycin enzyme was 53.33%, The ability of the isolates to form the biofilm was detected by Congo Red method and it was 40%. Resistance of the selected isolates to 7 antibiotics which belong to the Beta lactam group including Cefoxitin, Amoxicillin, Ephalexin, Ceftazidiume, Augmentin, Cefotaxime and Impinem. The ratios of antibiotic resistance were 86.7%, 73.3%, 60%, 73.3%,
40%, 40% and 66.7%, respectively.
The poly chain reaction (PCR) was conducted for the detection of DNA of (8) E.coli isolates that showed resistance to the beta lactam antibiotics using primers of the genes bla SHV, CTX-M and bla TEM. The results showed that all isolates were 100% found carriers of these genes.

The spread of Internet and social media led to be sentiment analysis an open research area. Social media is used so the people can be state their opinions and attitudes on blogs, Tweets, and forums. Sentiment analysis deals with identifying and extracting people's opinions and attitudes from texts on the internet. The classification of the text which is based upon sentiment is differ from topical text classification because it has recognition based on an opinion on a topic. This research studying the ability to apply TF-IDF feature selection approach for sentiment analysis and examines the performance for classification by 4 machine learning methods (naïve Bayes, KNN, J48, and logistic regression) with regard to recall, precision and F1-measure. This research included a comparison between the selected ML methods. The results show the naïve Bayes over performed on other classification methods with precision about 94.0%.

The goal of study was to evaluate the activity, partial purification of LOX enzyme and the evaluation of GGT activity in serum of prostate cancer patients in Baghdad after having been diagnosed with prostate cancer through CT scans or MRI and a biopsy in the Oncology hospital for the period 19-02-2018 to 28-02-2019. The study included 50 samples of men with prostate cancer. Also, the study comprise 50 men samples (control) As a comparative group. The results showed that serum LOX activity was significantly increased in prostate cancer patients compared to the control. The serum enzyme LOX of prostate cancer was purified by following step: precipitate serum protein (40% ammonium sulfate), dialysed against a buffer solution, The gel filtration technique was use to separation the enzyme from other proteins (Sephadex G.100), we can obtained one peak in this step with purity 6.732 fold and yield27.77 %. The study also included determination the molecular weight of enzyme by electrophoresis technique with polyacrylamide gel, its molecular weight was 70 KD.Also, the results showed a significant increase GGT activity in patients (P ≤ 0.000) compared to control. These blood samples were obtained from the Oncology Hospital - city Medicine - Baghdad

In this paper, special schema has been proposed for long message transmission which has been encrypted in efficient manner that is called (parallel multi-resolution like) encryption approach, that means multiple levels or sub-image represented in a matrix contains data of long message, each level of this matrix related with classical encryption methods with a secret keys that
generated by (Diffie–Hellman) key exchange protocol that utilized in our cryptosystem. The statistical analysis that applied on encrypted data indicates that cipher text passed in each
statistical test. Moreover, this cryptosystem removed an important problem which is (Man in the middle attack) in that protocol and (Brute force attack). Then efficiency of data transfer security has been increased when using the hash function (SHA256) and separating number of characters, the proposed method has improved the mechanism of protocol (D-H), making it possible to send long messages more confidentially.

We know properties and structure of topological spaces are very important. In this case, one of the powerful tool which help us to figure out structure of topological spaces is (Leray- Serre) spectral sequence. One of the special spaces is Eilenberg-Maclane space which plays an important role in topology. Then finding cohomology groups of this space can be useful for classifying of structure of this space as a topological space. In this paper, we want to compute cohomology groups of Eilenberg-Maclane space K (Z, 4).
