The title of this research is: (The Creativity of the Hadith Scholars in Cre-ating Scientific Introductions: The Introduction to Sahih Muslim as a Model). This research addresses an important aspect of the creativity of Hadith scholars in authorship and methodological thinking, in which they were pioneers. I have chosen one of the most important books of Hadith, Sahih Muslim, due to its significant scholarly status and its influential role in the foundations of Hadith scholarship, which established the methodological thought among Muslim scholars. The importance of this topic lies in highlighting the distinctiveness of Hadith scholars in the methodology of scientific research in writing "introduc-tions" and their methodological perspective in scientific research methods. It attempts to refute the idea that the West was ahead in methodological studies over Muslims, an idea perpetuated by Orientalists in modern times. The re-search plan, following the preface and introduction, is divided into two chapters containing seven sections, followed by the conclusion which includes the main findings and recommendations

This study summarizes the impact of Sibawayh’s opinions on the grammatical guidance of letters in the book (The Parsing of the Qur’an) by Al-Baquli, and seeks to explain Al-Baquli’s guidance on these issues using the grammatical opinions mentioned by Sibawayh, as we find that he agrees with him on most issues and hardly disagrees with him except in a few issues, as The study sought to clarify the position of scholars on these issues, and Al-Baquli rejected the opinions of grammarians, citing Sibawayh’s opinion. In this study, we tried to compare Al-Baquli’s guidance, which was influenced by Sibawayh’s opinion, with the opinions of other scholars, and to give preference to what we consider to be the soundest of these aspects, supported by the argument.

The nature of the research required that it consist of two sections, preceded by an introduction and a preface: In the introduction, we mentioned a brief overview of Al-Baquli’s life and his writings. As for the first section, we studied the addition in the letters, and it included two issues. The first issue was entitled: The addition of (what) between the agent and the object, and the second issue was entitled : The addition of (fa) in the predicate of the subject. As for the second section, we dealt with: the significance of the letters, and it included two issues. The first was titled: (Lama meaning except), and the second issue was titled: (An meaning any), then a conclusion that included the most prominent results of this research

The research examines the impact of deviation (anomaly) on the read-er’s experience in the short story collection Beautiful Women of May. The phenomenon of deviation revolves around departing from the traditional and familiar patterns in language and literary expression. It is one of the rhetorical and linguistic artistic techniques used by writers to stimulate and engage the reader’s imagination. The study explores how deviation is em-ployed within the narrative and how it affects the reader’s experience, per-ception of the text, and understanding of its meaning.
It also investigates how the phenomenon of deviation influences the reader’s interaction with the text and their ability to interpret the symbols and their multiple dimensions, as well as the various connotations presented by the text. This enhances the reader’s understanding and perception of characters and events. Selected texts from the short story collection Beautiful Women of May will be analyzed to identify the aspects of semantic and structural deviation, and how they are used to create a unique, interactive reading experience. Additionally, the study will examine how deviation strengthens the reader’s role in interpreting the literary text by shaping their expectations and reshaping their experience with the narrative

This research encompasses an economic study linked to the concept of expiations (kafarat) in Islamic jurisprudence and their role in achieving food security. It focuses on Islam’s legislation of various types of expiations, such as: (Expiation for a binding oath, expiation for hunting in the sanctuary, expiation for sexual intercourse during Ramadan, expiation for zihar (a form of unlawful separation), expiation for accidental killing, and expiation for shaving the head during Hajj). While each type of expiation has specific characteristics, such as quantity and scope, they share common elements that highlight their importance in providing food and supporting the poor and needy, making them a vital contributor to food security.
This study focuses on the most comprehensive and commonly prac-ticed expiations that significantly aid in meeting the needs of the poor, particularly the expiation for a binding oath (kafarat al-yamin), used here as a model. The research begins by defining the expiation for a binding oath and outlining its rulings from a jurisprudential perspective. It also examines the expiation for sexual intercourse during the daytime in Ramadan, given its higher magnitude compared to the expiation for a binding oath, and references the expiation for zihar due to its similar levels of impact.
The study is divided into two sections: the first addresses the rulings of expiation for a binding oath and sexual intercourse during Ramadan, along with the benefits of expiations, while the second explores the concept of food security and its relationship with Islamic legislation.

This research explores the sensory imagery patterns in the poetry of Mahmoud Farhan Hamadi from the perspective of the senses (sight, hearing, smell), which played a distinctive role in portraying the poet's im-age. These images intertwined with rhetorical devices, leading to a clear impact on words and evoking emotions in the reader. The researcher em-ployed a descriptive-analytical approach to extract the various patterns and meanings related to poetic imagery, contributing to a deeper understand-ing. The study concluded that poetic imagery has a unique way of expres-sion in Mahmoud Farhan's work, drawing inspiration from elements of knowledge that enhance its meaning and impact on the reader.

This study examined important aspects in the study of science of meanings, taking these tools as a mirror that reflects the efforts exerted by scholars and researchers, who only found a dark phenomenon and uncovered its veil of ambiguity and obscurity. The focus of the study was focused on Methods of semantics such as introduction, delay, deletion, mention, and circumvention, and an explanation of their impact on the study of texts. The phenomenon of the Hamzah (glottal stop) has significantly en-gaged the attention of linguists and Quranic recitation scholars due to its profound impact on phonetic and linguistic studies. This phenomenon has been a subject of great interest and focus in their writings, which are replete with discussions on this linguistic feature. The realization and easing of the Hamzah are linguistic traits found in Arab dialects. The realization of the Hamzah was a characteristic of some Arab tribes, such as the Tamim tribe and, more generally, the people of Najd, though it is specifically associated with the Tamim dialect. In contrast, the easing of the Hamzah is associated with the dialect of the Hijaz.
This research focuses on the easing of the Hamzah and is titled: Easing of the Hamzah by Quranic Reciters in the Book Al-Shifa fi ‘Ilal al-Qira’at by Abu al-Fadl Ahmad bin Muhammad al-Hariri (a scholar of the 7th century AH). The study is divided into an introduction, followed by an exploration of the four types of Hamzah easing and their occurrences in Al-Shifa. It concludes with a summary of the key findings. The multiplicity of grammatical aspects and manifestations of differing opinions played a role in the emergence of the phenomenon of preponderance in Arabic grammar. This was also helped by the prevailing approach among grammarians that their grammatical statements are unstable rules and subject to change, and that Arabic speech is subject to context, status, and the strength of words and meanings in its grammatical work.
This research deals with some issues of grammatical weighting according to Abbas Hassan in the binary letters in his book Al-Nahhu Al-Wafi. The re-search method was based on induction, analysis and comparison, and it is an approach from the specific to the general. And rooting the issue from him, then followed by mentioning the opinions of ancient grammarians between agreeing and opposing, then comparing the opinions and choosing the most correct ac-cording to the evidence according to Abbas Hassan, then after the discussion choosing the most correct opinion.

This research discusses the concept of intention (niyyah) and its signifi-cance in actions, particularly acts of worship, as covered in this brief study. It focuses on key issues that are frequently questioned, such as combining inten-tions in ghusl for major impurity (janabah) and the Friday bath (ghusl al-jumu’ah), highlighting the differences among scholars (may Allah have mercy on them). The study also addresses combining intentions in zakat and oath ex-piation (kaffarat al-yamin), exploring scholarly agreements and disagreements on their permissibility. Furthermore, it examines combining fasting intentions for missed obligatory fasts and expiation, analyzing the scholarly debates on this matter. The final issue discussed is combining intentions in Hajj and voluntary acts of worship. May Allah guide us to the correct path. This research aims to illustrate the role of linguistic guidance in dispelling the illusion of contradiction in the verses of the Book of Allah, as presented in the book \"Dispelling the Illusion of Discrepancy in the Verses of the Quran\" by Al-Shanqeeti. This work has been one of the prominent foundations in addressing the doubts raised by contemporary skeptics. The significance of this topic lies in refuting any perceived contradictions that a reader may find in the verses of the Book of Allah.
I have divided this research into an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion. In the first section, I discuss the biography of Al-Shanqeeti, may Allah have mercy on him. In the second section, I address some issues related to nouns (adjectives and genitive constructions). Finally, the conclusion presents the findings of the research.

This research highlights the importance of renewal in Islamic sciences in re-sponse to contemporary challenges. Just as early Muslim scholars pioneered the es-tablishment of the foundations and scientific methodology for the study of compara-tive religion, modern Islamic scholarship has also witnessed the emergence of scholars who have significantly contributed to revitalizing this field. This study focuses on an important aspect of these efforts by examining the contributions of the Islamic thinker Ismail Al-Faruqi (may Allah have mercy on him), who authored works of substantial intellectual value in the field of comparative religion and the history of religions. This research focuses on examining the texts of the Prophetic Hadith through a modern approach based on pragmatic theories. These theories delve deeply into se-mantic and linguistic studies while highlighting the importance of the Hadith as the second source of Islamic legislation. The study analyzes Hadith texts by applying all aspects of pragmatics, including intentionality, performativity, informativity, and speech segments. These aspects play a significant role in contemporary studies and allow for their application to a variety of Islamic texts.

The present paper is entitled in (A manual in People Actions for Imam Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Mustafa bin Othman al-Khadimi – May Allah almighty have mercy on him – (died 1176 AH): Study and Investigation). It includes two parts: the first part is about the author’s life, the manuscript study and the followed methodology in investigating this study; and the second part deals with the investigated context as the author decided which comprises talking about Islamic Sharia scholars’ opinions regarding the issue of creating the people actions.

The research aims to study the correct and most correct according to Al-Khudari in his commentary on Ibn Aqeel’s explanation. He has adopted a specific methodology in dealing with grammatical issues, as he applies the terms (the correct and the most correct) to some of Ibn Aqeel’s phrases that explain Ibn Malik’s Alfiyya, and he may review the opinions of some grammatical scholars who preceded him in the course of his circulation. On the issue that was ruled valid.
We divided the study into two sections. The first section dealt with nominative nouns, and it included two issues. The first issue: The permissi-bility of the predicate occurring as a subjunctive or constructional sentence. The other issue: The ruling on a sentence before a specific one with praise or blame. The second section dealt with accusative nouns, and it included two issues: The first issue: The permissibility of presenting the predicate. On the negated copyist. The other issue is the permissibility of the adverb being defined verbally. In this research, I adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The research aims to find out the reasons for describing the grammatical ruling as correct or more correct, and did it have origins and rules or were they individual diligences? Then we concluded this research with a conclusion by presenting the most important results that we reached, and God grant us success.

This research presents a meticulous reading of the poetry collection (Diwan) of Shihab al-Din al-Tilafari, accompanied by a rhetorical analysis of its verses to identify a rhetorical topic for study. The result is this research titled: The Imagery of Metonymy in the Poetry Collection of Shihab al-Din al-Tilafari (d. 675 AH).
To the best of my knowledge, this topic has not been previously stud-ied in the Diwan of al-Tilafari. The goal of the research is to highlight the metonymical imagery that emerged from the poet’s creativity and to showcase the aesthetic aspects of his figurative metonymical expressions.
Metonymy is considered one of the major branches of rhetoric, heavily relied upon by writers and rhetoricians due to its significant role in constructing literary imagery and embodying emotions and human feelings. A careful reflection on the concept of metonymy reveals a distinction between its meaning and its wording, yet there is a connection between the two through the conceptual elements of the metonymical style
