This research begins with the title, where the details of the components of the research title are clarified. Then, a general summary of the research follows, followed by a summary of the subject of the research. Next, the introduction of the research is provided, highlighting the importance of the topic, reasons for its selection, previous studies, and the overall research plan. After this, a brief biography of Sheikh Ibn Asim (may God have mercy on him), the author of the poem, is presented, followed by a brief overview of the poem itself. Hypothetical jurisprudence falls under contemporary ijtihad, and deducing legal rulings from new developments, events, and facts that have not occurred, or that are expected to occur, in order to know the ruling before it occurs. The first part of the research covered the concept of hypothetical jurisprudence, its legitimacy from the Qur’an and Sunnah, and its origins and development. The researcher based the hypothetical jurisprudence on a fundamental legal, jurisprudential basis from the Qur’an and Sunnah, commenting on the aspects of significance and deduction from the verses and hadiths mentioned in the research, and linking it with the hypothetical jurisprudence.
As for the last part of the research, it is about the areas of hypothetical jurisprudence, with a reminder of contemporary jurisprudential models and questions in order to prove the permissibility of asking hypothetical ques-tions, and the necessity of paying attention to answering such questions so as not to leave a void in the mind of the questioner.

The numerous and recurring events, developments, and unprecedented issues emphasize the need to focus on the objectives (maqasid) of Sharia, as they assist scholars in deriving legal rulings. Neglecting the maqasid narrows the scope of research and deduction. For this reason, the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) considered the maqasid in their legal judgments. They were among the best at understanding the purposes of Sharia, especially Umar bin al-Khattab and Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with them).
Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) was known for his innovative solutions to complex issues. He applied a rational methodology in deriving legal rulings by engaging with texts, attempting to understand them, and deducing principles from them. In all of this, his aim was to achieve benefit in both the short and long term. This is evident in the juristic applications attributed to him.
This research focuses on the daruriyyat (necessities) rather than the complementary (kamaliyyat) or non-essential (hajiyyat) needs, as the da-ruriyyat are the most significant and prioritized in cases of conflict. Even within the daruriyyat, not all objectives hold the same weight, as they vary in importance. Therefore, stronger necessities are prioritized over lesser ones when conflicts arise. The researcher has provided definitions of the daruriyyat based on his understanding of the discussions by Usul scholars.

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and after: When the influence of accents spread among the Arabs and non-Arabs who embraced Islam, people's tongues became mixed, and this quickly became evident in the recitation of the Quran. The accents and in-clinations in its recitation became clear, leading to a sense of protectiveness over the religion to preserve its proper recitation. Scholars thus began to provide explanations related to grammar and language sciences in general. Each scholar had their own style of explanation and argumentation, leading to the emergence of a style known as "the style of al-fanqalah", which is considered one of the strongest methods of response and argumentation, and of firmly establishing the information in the mind of the recipient. This style involves a precise problem followed by a well-researched answer. This style is evident in Nazir Al-Jaysh in his book: " Tmhid Al-Qawaeid Bisharh Tshil Al-Fawaeid " ,as almost every section or chapter includes this style, represented by conditional clauses and the phrase "if it is said". Therefore, the focus of this study is on this style in general, and its specific usage by Nazir al-Jaysh in the meanings and characteristics of letters. Hence, the re-search is titled " The Grammatical Fanqlat In Some Meanings Of Letters And Their Characteristics According To Nazir Al-Jaysh (d.778 AH) In His Book: " Tmhid Al-Qawaeid Bisharh Tshil Al-Fawaeid ", in order to demon-strate Nazir al-Jaysh's use of this style in posing and answering questions, or in responding to any problem or doubter

The idea of this research can be summarized in explaining the concept of causality, and inferring from factual, philosophical, and scientific evidence that causality is a necessary knowledge prior to experience. Proving that causality is the basis of all rational, human, and experimental sciences and all scientific theories. Proving that causality is a general law of existence, and proving that all beings and all incidents need a cause. This research attempted to present the doubts of modern and ancient materialist intellectual schools of thought about the principle of causality, then describe and analyze those doubts, reveal their flaws, and point out their contradictions. And inferring the rational, philosophical and scientific evidence of the impossibility of the emergence of beings by random chance.

Before I enter into this research, it is necessary to clarify the founda-tions on which I relied in this research and its purpose, with the aim of this research, with some jurisprudential issues with two sides in the one school of thought, a selection of jurisprudential issues in the chapter on the description of ablution from the book of Al-Bayan by Al-Amrani - may God Almighty have mercy on him - and the weighting between them On the issue of the obligation to wipe the head, the issue of wiping loose hair, and the issue of wiping the skin under the hair. The method of my study was based on presenting the issue at the beginning, then mentioning the first saying, which is the first aspect of the Shafi’is, then mentioning the schools that agree with this saying, and then mentioning the second saying, which is the second aspect of the Shafi’is. In conclusion, I recommend researchers and students of science to pay attention to the study of the jurisprudential aspects because they are among the jurisprudential effects.

Imam Al-Omrani - may Allah have mercy on him - is a Shafi’i scholar, and his book: (Al-Bayan fi the Doctrine of Imam Al-Shafi’i) is one of the approved books in Shafi’i jurisprudence, so my choice fell on a selection of jurisprudential issues in which he refers to custom and habit through his book Al-Bayan, so I wanted to elaborate from these. The issues to be stud-ied are a scientific methodological study on the four schools of thought: This is done by documenting it, defining its vocabulary, and explaining its evidence, and it is proven throughout the research.

This research aims to study the issues related to women's direct in-volvement according to the Shafi'i school, while reviewing the opinions of jurists from other schools and determining the most valid among them, af-ter gathering evidence and presenting various views. Given the numerous opinions within our Imam Al-Shafi'i’s school, it has become essential to have multiple perspectives based on differing viewpoints regarding the evi-dence in each issue. One of the pioneering books that addressed this matter is "Al-Bayan" by Imam Al-‘Amrani. I have been guided to an important topic that addresses contemporary issues, thanks to Allah, and I have chosen it to be the subject of my research. This study will be a comparative jurisprudential analysis with other schools, thus opening a door for contemporary scholars to keep pace with modern issues in order to arrive at appropriate rulings that align with current developments. The diversity of opinions and the multitude of perspectives reflect an expansion of the horizons of ijtihad and contribute to the rich jurisprudential heritage of the Islamic legal school.

This study aims to introduce Imam Al-Imrani, a prominent Yemeni Shafi’i scholar who passed away in 558 AH and was considered one of the leading figures of the Shafi’i school in his time. The research also examines his renowned book, Al-Bayan, which is regarded as one of the most important works in Shafi’i jurisprudence. The paper focuses on certain jurisprudential issues with two differing opinions among the Shafi’i scholars, specifically those related to sales involving properties and water, as discussed in Al-Bayan. The study highlights the scholars’ views and provides reasoned preferences. May Allah grant success.

This research talks about the two aspects in the book Al-Bayan in the doctrine of Imam Shafi’i (may God have mercy on them), and it is one of the most important Shafi’i books as it specializes in mentioning the aspects. Imam Al-Omrani (may God have mercy on him) took care of this work and scrutinized its expressions, as it is a Shafi’i book, and I will mention in this research the issues. The controversy in the Book of Sacrifice consists of three issues. The research included: the introduction and two sections. In the first section, the life of Imam Al-Omrani (may God have mercy on him) was mentioned briefly and his approach in the book. This research aims to collect the jurisprudential issues that have two opinions among Shafi’i scholars in the book “Al-Bayan” by Imam Al-Omrani (may Allah have mercy on him) concerning the (fidya) for commit-ting prohibitions during Ihram. It conducts a comparative study among the eight jurisprudential schools: Hanafi, Shafi’i, Hanbali, Maliki, Zahiri, Imami, Zaydi, and Ibadi, presenting their views and evidence. Following this, the research identifies the most valid opinion. The importance of this topic lies in highlighting the rich jurisprudential heritage of the Islamic schools of thought. The research is divided into an introduction, two chap-ters, and a conclusion. The first chapter provides a biography of Imam Al-Omrani (may Allah have mercy on him), while the second chapter addresses the jurisprudential issues with two opinions. The conclusion summarizes the research findings.

Imam Al-Imrani (may Allah have mercy on him) is considered one of the prominent scholars of the Shafi’i school of jurisprudence, known for his extensive knowledge in jurisprudence, its principles, grammar, and theolo-gy. His school of thought (may Allah have mercy on him) is well-recognized and followed in Iraq. Al-Imrani, a Yemeni by birth and origin, is among Yemen’s renowned scholars. He authored several works in Islamic jurispru-dence, most notably Al-Bayan, which is esteemed among students of knowledge.

This book is one of the significant references in the Shafi’i school, where Al-Imrani (may Allah have mercy on him) presented various aspects, including opinions categorized as “two views.” It is important to note the distinction between a “view” (wajh) and a “saying” (qawl). A view represents the opinions of Imam Al-Shafi’i’s disciples, derived and built upon his prin-ciples and methodology. Sometimes, these views are personal judgments of his disciples and may not align directly with Al-Shafi’i’s foundational prin-ciples, thus not attributed to him personally. In contrast, a saying (qawl) is the statement of Imam Al-Shafi’i himself, which is divided into two categories: the “new” and the “old” sayings.

The book Al-Jawhara al-Nayyirah on Mukhtasar al-Quduri by Al-Haddadi Al-‘Abbadi is one of the significant works in the Hanafi school of thought. It is a commentary on Mukhtasar al-Quduri, the renowned and essential book in the Hanafi school authored by Imam Abu al-Hasan al-Quduri (d. 428 AH). This research aims to study the issues of Zahir al-Riwayah (the apparent narrations) in the chapter on fasting, conducting a comparative analysis with the rulings of the other seven Islamic schools of thought.
The study is organized into an introduction and two main chapters. The first chapter highlights the life of Imam Al-Haddadi and his scholarly contributions. The second chapter is divided into two sections:
(The testimony for the sighting of the Ramadan crescent , The sight-ing of the Ramadan crescent when there are no obstructions in the sky).

In this research, the researcher aims to first clarify that this paper is part of a larger work, which was my master’s thesis titled “The Grammatical Bitta in Al-Maqasid al-Shafiya - In the Explanation of Al-Khulasah al-Kafiya by Al-Shatibi (d. 790 AH) from the Parts of Speech to the Chapters on Naskh.” Therefore, the content here is excerpted due to the nature of the overall research. The following are the key points derived from this work, as outlined:
The term bitta means “cut off” or “absolutely not.” When we say “this will not happen bitta” it means “it will definitely never happen.” This is a style used in the classical Arabic of the early periods. The term bitta is used by grammarians within the scope of grammatical rulings on usage phenomena, and it has been in use since the early grammatical periods. Al-Shatibi’s use of the term bitta was not a novelty by him, as many grammarians preceded him in its usage, and he followed this approach after scrutiny, although he has specific rulings on bitta outlined in the research. The subject and predicate work together in the usage of eloquent Arabic speech; one cannot be used without the other except in cases of interpretation, omission, or estimation. The grammatical ruling cannot be accepted unless it is based on the intended meaning of the sentence, as derived from the context of the speech. Therefore, what may appear to be a single word, when placed in context, becomes a sentence

People differ in their understanding of the concept of dreams (ru’ya). Some disregard their significance, whether scientific or symbolic, and may even mock those who attach importance to them, considering it a form of superstition. Conversely, others overestimate the significance of dreams, allowing them to dictate the course of their natural affairs or decisions that might require experience and consultation. Such individuals become para-lyzed by their dreams, unable to act.
Both extremes require rectification, as everyone experiences dreams and returns to reality carrying psychological and spiritual effects—some positive and others negative—resulting from experiences in that vast dream world.
This study aims to clarify the principles of proper interaction with dreams, focusing on addressing the negative impacts while harnessing the positive effects they leave on the soul and spirit. These principles are derived from Prophetic teachings found in Hadith, supported by relevant Quranic concepts that help establish a foundation for this understanding

Our study entitled the fair and supportive stances of the Prophet (may God bless him and his family and grant them peace) and his call from the people of the Dhimmah (Jews and Christians) came to clarify those stances that stemmed from the truth of the belief in the hearts of his prophecy (may God bless him and grant him peace). May God bless him and his family and grant them peace) or saying the truth and fairness about it, and that was the result of his keenness to call them to Islam, as well as his (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) stances with them by accepting their presence in Medina, and he wrote in the Medina’s constitution guaranteeing all types of rights, so these great stances influenced their souls. And their hearts, so they were fair to him (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family).
