Moreover, to act on the other side to prepare the basic requirements to salable the operation of developing the information systems to be capable of furnishing infrastructure to put the specialized information programs in the guided range to work towards manage and regulate the information as well as to use it high adequacy by managents revenue

The area of wireless communications has experienced recent explosive growth because of advantages such as the callers need not be tied to a particular location because they use mobile terminals. Also the medium unlike wires, fiber, or coaxial cable, is simply air which is free.
The quality of service (QoS) has become an important research issue since it reflects user satisfaction. QoS is affected by the interference power and it is inversely proportional to interference to Signal Ratio (ISR).
The power of base and mobiles stations has been an important effect on the value of ISR. Thus, it is necessary to control this power so that it can be used in an optimal manner.
In this paper, a nonlinear programming model was built for the optimal allocation of the power of the base and mobile stations in an Ad-Hoc mobile communication network in order to obtain an optimal Interference to Signal Ratio (ISR) subject to Quality of Service (QoS) constraints.

Modeling procedure is proposed to determine impulsive tensile response of a flexible composite of polymer base (resin) and sine-shaped glass fibers. A certain elastic model is adopted and developed in order to determine important mechanical parameters to be used in impulsive response determination in the present procedure.

The scope of this work is to focus on the work injuries caused by long time computer uses and to elaborate the tasks of ergonomics related to personnel’s activities. Consequently, to minimize the defects emanate due to the long period computer usage. Furthermore, this research is aiming to identify and analyze the relationship between ergonomics and shoulders, neck, backbone and eyes pains for the computer centers personnel

Many conclusions have been drawn based on the outcomes of this research. Mainly, inconsistency in the technical specification between the computer centers and the standards of ergonomics, besides the weakness of the administration system in realizing the personnel’s suffer due to this type of effectives.
Finally, the author recommends to afford the suitable environment by the responsible positions based on the ergonomics standard and to encourage the personnel to acclimatize with those bases.

The state practices diplomatic protection for their citizens’ s if they are exposed to damages and cannot obtain Compensation by the normal way in this case the state interferes to obtain suitable compensations from the responsible state . the fundamental basis in diplomatic protection is that it’s practiced by diplomats after making certain that the basic conditions for protection like nationality, exhausting legal procedures and the plaintiff’s proper conduct but the consular officer only protect citizens of his state in certain case, and with certain right like entrance and leaving the country, the personal right and financial right.

The world nowadays is an increasingly interconnected society where the information & communications technologies has witnessed a great improvement in efficiency &customer service that’s why the electronic government try to have a great role in offering services to citizens by the integration of communications technologies in the process of governance to help the citizens to get service 24 hours aday, 7 days in a week.
The aim of this research is to clarify the concept, benefits, objectives & the challenges of e-government and all so to present a proposal system design for the implementation of e-government in the public retirement directorate. Finally the research reached a set of conclusions & recommendations.
