The research aims to determine the CAMELS rating system role as one of uniform Banks evaluation systems with its sixth elements in verifying financial soundness in banks which become one of the significant subject which has an academic and bankers interest all the same through the dynamics and complexity Financial and Banking Environment, and what this environment faces from crises influence on banking and financial sector in deferent countries.
As ample was chosen from private banks in Iraq to verify the research aim, the research concluded that there is a relation between Camels rating system results and financial Soundness in banks measured by Finical performance indicators, and the research recommended the necessity which the central bank has to determine the mechanism for supervising the bank which have a bad evaluation to preserve the financial soundness of the financial system.

Estimation of moving objects in image sequence is a central matter in video code, as well as for a variety of tasks in image analysis, motion estimation is exploit the sequential correlation existing in video sequences. Block matching algorithm (BMA) is a technique used for estimating motion vectors in image sequence. It is manipulation divide each frame into block (rectangular or square) then according to spatial search strategy compare between block in reference farm and current frame. Proposed a new motion estimation algorithm multi-pattern search algorithm (MPSA) by considering companied matching criteria and exploit the relationship between the motion models and frames difference of each block, according to motion model choosing suitable pattern, search pattern changing the search area shape to improve motion estimation, while reducing computational complexity. The proposed algorithm is compared with common, simple implemented one which is a full search (FS) algorithm it requires very heavy computational complexity, three step algorithm (TSS), TSS traps into local minimum also these method sacrifice accurate motion estimation to reduce computation. The results show that the proposed algorithm is better according to the computational complexity and accuracy. MPSA check less number of pixel less than FS in (70%) and (30.18%) than TSS and less run time than FS in (65.62%) and (50%) than TSS.

Image segmentation is very important task in many image
analysis or computer vision applications. In this paper a texture
image segmentation method using Gabor filter, anisotropic filter,
and k-mean clustering algorithm was proposed. The Gabor filter
was used as a multi-channels filter to analyze the texture in the
image. The extraction and enhancement of the texture features
obtained using anisotropic diffusion filter. Then the k-mean
algorithm used to cluster pixels into number of clusters
representing the texture regions. The quality of segmentation
using this method was evaluated using Ultimate Measurement
Accuracy (UMA) metric. The experiments show that the
performance of this method is effective, accurate and gives better
results as compared with the Seo method from the view of quality
of segmentation, the number of run times, the execution time and
the capability of separating a large number of textures, and of
segmented real images, random mosaics texture images, area of
roofs and ground images, and to distinguish objects from
background.

Using modern technology has its impact on improving and developing the libraries and information centers. This has achieved progress in all the work of the library including the selection, preparing and recovery, a core business by the libraries of different kinds.
It achieved quickness and accuracy through giving all the facilities to access information, after there were only specific points of access to reach the computerized index, which came as a result of rapid developments in modern technology, where it found with the use of computers in libraries.
The Central Library of the University of Technology was able, through the completion of the requirements of computerizing index by using Winisis system, to establish the database for thesis and papers of university graduates since 1977 until 2008 and make these databases available to the users of the Central Library.

The researcher used the modern system ‘Genisis’, issued by UNESCO in foreign languages, and he became able of adapting the system to work in Arabic, due to the fact that many of theses are in Arabic. He used the system through the Internet, which allows receiving data stored on the Winisis system. It supports special searching engine that is easy to use and supports research on the content of the full text using the Bauliyani logic. This is done after taking the necessary steps to build the database in the search described in detail and composing a digital library.
One of the goals of modern libraries is to deliver information to the users easily and quickly to take advantage of digital libraries. It eliminates the problems they currently face when searching, the site of the University of Technology, the database that the researcher put experimentally of retrieving by the title only, where as, now it is possible to use the digital library on the site of the university by using Genisis system in searching and retrieving, and through the well-known searching engines; Google and Yahoo

This paper demonstrates the application of genetic algorithms (GA) in array synthesis. This approach directly represents the array excitation weighting vectors as real number chromosomes. This approach has some advantages, such as giving a clearer and simpler representation of the problem, simplifying chromosome construction, and totally avoiding binary encoding and decoding so as to simplify software programming.

In Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN) deployment, there are several criterions that should be addressed prior to any in-depth planning and implementation. The capacity, the coverage area and the network performance are impacted by several interacting factors that must be considered to meet the requirements of high availability, high performance, and mission critical environment.
This paper discusses how practically optimizing WLAN networks based on methodologies stages for planning, designing, implementing, operating and then using modern techniques for testing WLAN to reach an optimized performance and services of a variety of wireless networks for indoor and outdoor applications by providing appropriate coverage and data throughput to all end users while keeping interference to minimum to insure the successful and efficient deployment of wireless local area networks

This paper is concerned with estimation of Reliability function of Pareto distribution with two parameters. A suggested methods for estimating the two parameters of distribution and its Reliability function and then a program will be presented here, also an empirical study depends on simulated observations with different parameter's values and sample's sizes for Pareto distribution of first kind was conducted, to compare between different methods depends on their mean square error and to show practically the effectiveness of that methods in estimation of Reliability function. It is shown that the first suggested method is the best method in the case of all sample's sizes and parameter's values used.

As we all know Internet is a very widely used network, containing different types of multimedia, documents, programs and websites, for that reason it is difficult to maintain it as a malicious-free environment, these malicious codes are embedded into an innocent looking website, these websites in turn are very wide spread sites. An important feature a malicious code depends on reaching to as many users as it can get.
This paper implemented generally to find and detect a malicious code in Internet websites, because of the wide spread of vandal users and malicious programs, the need for that tool has become a flat fact. A targeted website is analyzed for existing code and if that code is does not exist then its links are followed individually to check whether or not there is an indirect malicious code, this approach is useful in rapidly growing websites.
The application is run on the server and when the client makes its request to load a website this request is sent first to the server then the system follows that on line to internet by (URL) and checks the contents of its website and follows all its sub-links in that website then if the website is clean (malicious free) then the client is granted access to that site, otherwise the system prints a warning message to the user containing the type of the malicious code and the time required to detect the infection.

In this paper, we introduce and discuss the existence and uniqueness of the solution of discrete-time Sylvester and Lyapunov operator equations. And, we study the nature of these operator equations for special types of operators.
