Broken links in a Web site is common problem on the Internet today. It
inconvenience visitors, inhibits proper navigation of a site, prohibit access to
Web site content and reduce the productivity of Web professionals.
Furthermore, as our society becomes more dependent upon the Internet,
ensuring that links are accurately, efficiently and timely maintained will
assume a heightened priority.
The aim of this paper is to find a method that test all website pages links,
and gives a detailed report about all found broken links, whether these links
were text links or image links.

Control of institutional operations are carried out by representatives of stakeholders to provide supervision of risk management and control risks of the organization and the emphasis on the adequacy of controls to avoid these risks, which leads to the direct contribution in the achievement of goals and increase the value of the organization, and perhaps is the question "of these actors that contribute to risk management based on rules of institutional control? And to identify the extent of the commitment of both boards of directors and the internal auditor and external auditor and audit committees the requirements of corporate governance in risk management in the Arab Bank and Chkhies the negative and positive aspects of practical applications for risk management and submission of proposals that would increase the effectiveness of risk management in Aalpennek The results showed that there is a recognition great importance to these agencies for their role in risk management but differentiated one from the other and to promote this awareness is necessary to adhere to the principles and standards of the International Auditing and amending legislation related to the duties of these entities and the holding of training courses, continuing all management levels to familiarize them with the elements of corporate governance and effective role in risk management.

A multi-agents system (MAS) is a system composed of multiple interacting agents. MAS is used to solve difficult and impossible for an individual agent or monolithic system to solve. Usually these problems are decomposable to sub-problems, each one will be the duty of one or more agents.
In this paper a new approach for the search engine is proposed depending on a MAS. The main functional subsystems of the engine such as crawler, indexer, updater, and query builder are implemented as agents. The proposed search engine based on multi-agents system, SEMAS, is designed to provide full text, up to date database, query builder, and general search engine web application. The agents in SEMAS are communicating via simple syntax agent-communication facts (ACF). SEMAS was tested by a population of web documents of 1000 web sites of various subjects. The results show that SEMAS provide accurate ranking depending on the visual effect of the page, the up to date database, and ease of query tuning obtained by the query builder. Furthermore many software agent features are attained such as reusability, distributed problem solving (DPS), distributed artificial intelligence (DAI), and parallelism.

In this research ,we compare between the Information Criteria (Akaike, Final Prediction Error, Schwarz, Hannan-Quinn and the Akaike's information corrected criterion which developed by Hurvish and Tsai in 1989).In order to determine which criterion can be used to determine the probability of picking up the true lag for Autoregressive model for the data generating process from several Autoregressive models, when the error term for Autoregressive model is normally distributed and when the error term has ARCH(q) model with q=1,2 and also under structural break for error term .We obtained the results for different sample sizes by using simulation.

A number of haptic devices have been developed that give one the sensation
of touching something literally... while it is basically a mechanical or digital
control mechanism that relays tactile sensations between the toucher and the
touched object. This technology will allow blind people to be able to touch
the scene or object displayed on the screen, using a matrix of steel rods to
represent each bit of information displayed on the screen to be a physically
touchable object instead of virtual information can only be seen on the
screen. One to explore a number of avenues with tactile feedback
mechanisms they will allow us to feel things we have never felt. It also is
going to make dramatic changes in education, medical practice, surgery,
training in various disciplines.

This work presented parametric linear estimation techniques for dynamic
modelling of an extremely nonlinear flexible plate system for the
development of active vibration control. In this research, a simulation study
using Finite Difference method (FDM) was developed to create the vibration
data of flexible rectangular plate structure with all edges clamped (C-C-C-C)
boundary conditions. A finite duration step input force was then applied to
excite the system at excitation point and the dynamic responses of the
system at detection and observation points were investigated. An
autoregressive with exogenous inputs (ARX) model with the order of 10 was
proposed as a suitable model and the corresponding parameters were
predicted using Genetic Algorithm (GA). The algorithm attained a suitable
mean square error of 0.00028 in the 117th generation. Finally, the validity
of the obtained model was investigated using prediction and statistical
measurements. The parametric identification algorithm thus developed forms
a suitable platform for the development of an active vibration control
strategy for vibration suppression in the future work.

This Study Deals With one important subject in organization’s success, develop and the organization capability to competitors with the other organizations for growth and continues, we study knowledge effect on grouping work improvement. It’s used as one of styles work in the many organizations.
The applied side of this study contains survey study to opinion for simple of the workers in state company of the iron roads. The data collect by questioner, this contents 20 questions to evaluate the knowledge effect in grouping work improving and analyze this data by using SPSS. Well introduce some results and recommendations to improving the grouping work

As we all know Internet is a very widely used network, containing
different types of multimedia, documents, programs and websites, for that
reason it is difficult to maintain it as a malicious-free environment, these
malicious codes are embedded into an innocent looking website, these
websites in turn are very wide spread sites. An important feature a malicious
code depends on reaching to as many users as it can get.
The proposed system is implemented generally to find and detect a malicious
code in Internet websites, because of the wide spread of vandal users and
malicious programs, the need for that tool has become a flat fact. A targeted
website is analyzed for existing code and if that code is does not exist then
its links are followed individually to check whether or not there is an indirect
malicious code, this approach is useful in rapidly growing websites.
The system is run on the server and when the client makes its
request to load a website this request is sent first to the server then the
system follows that on line to internet by (URL) and checks the contents of
its website and follows all its sub-links in that website then if the website is
clean (malicious free) then the client is granted access to that site, otherwise
if it detects a malicious code and its type it prepares a report to the user
about the infections and type of malicious code as a warning message check
result area. This system has been implemented by using Visual Basic (VB)
language version 6.0.

Through the changes that the world has witnessed in the past few years, and as a result of suffering from the negative effects of the phenomenon of corruption, which has escalated according to those changes.

The synchronizing and damping torque coefficients in the range of the
electromechanical oscillation frequencies provide a measure of the
generators' contribution towards power system stability under small
deviations, and may be taken as stability indices even for multi machine
systems, although their interpretation is rather complex in this case. This
paper presents the effect of Power System Stabilizer (PSS) on the
synchronizing and damping torque coefficients for a synchronous generator
connected to an infinite busbar through impedance; it explicitly includes the
effects of its Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) and of the additional
stabilizer signal derived from the rotor speed. .
Results obtained were compared with the conventional (AVR) using
MATLAB 7 programming language.

The exploitation of technological advances in learning has result in an
exponential progress in this field through e-learning applications in the last
decade, and currently through the emergence of a new concept called mlearning.
M-learning is defined as the use of mobile technologies for
learning; m-learning must benefit from e-learning technological advances in
order to avoid reinventing the wheel. Nevertheless, M-learning, which is
characterized by the use of mobile devices, permits, for example, the
learners' mobility during their learning, and, as opposed to e-learning, allows
a continuous change of the context.
Moreover, m-learning faces some constraints caused by the use of its mobile
technologies such as the limited screen size, reduced energy, resolution
capacity and location change during an activity. Yet, there is an agreement
among most research laboratories interested in e- and m- learning on the
parallel use of these two learning environments.
The utilization of standards can offer pedagogical contents some structures
which facilitate the interchangeability between e- and m- learning. In order
to ensure the interoperability between E- and –M learning platforms and to
take into account the specificities of m-learning, we have adopted the
already existing standard LOM (Learning Object Metadata) and the
specification IMS LD (Interoperability Media Standards –Level Design).

Price support policy considered as one of the most important manner in which government intervention application in most developed and under developed countries. A hope was given from this policy to improve and increase agricultural production and provide food for major population with fixed price levels which enable consumer with low income to pay for his commodities, and to participate in providing capital accumulation, which is very important in developing process .the question here is if this price policy achieved its goals or not?
