The current research aims to analyze the five Dimensions personality of the employees according to the Model (FFM), and disclose to what extent their impact on the self-belief, and to what extent they believe in values, ideas and principles. Making a test as to know and to identify the type and level of relationship correlation and impact for the research variables Represented by personality dimensions as an independent variable, and self-beliefs package as a dependent variable, the research comes to contribute to knowing and understanding behaviors of Individuals employees and predicting them. The Ministry of Science and Technology was a research community to apply the practical aspect. The results of the first hypothesis indicated (that there is a positive, significant correlation between the total five personality dimensions and the self-belief package as a whole). The second hypothesis showed (a positive impact relationship for the five personality dimensions on the overall level in the self-beliefs package as a whole). The conclusions came to confirm that (the organization in question) possesses a good percentage of workers who have the ability to open up to others to increase knowledge and develop capabilities, and therefore the dimension of openness to experience is the most closely related dimension among the five personality dimensions to the package of self-beliefs.

The significance of the relation between the Central Bank and Islamic banks comes from the role that is played by the financial system in financing the projects in the country. It also comes from the missions and responsibilities of the Central Bank in issuing, keeping, canceling, replacing and destruction of the paper money within the so called (cash offer). As a governmental bank that is described as the 'father' of all banks, the Central Bank is in charge of keeping the value of the national currency inside and outside the country. The Central Bank has another mission that is to fix the price of the local currency against the foreign ones. It also has to determine and control the models of banking system (private and governmental) by imposing a certain percentage on legal cash reserves. In light of this surveillance by the Central Bank, this paper comes to the conclusion that it becomes so necessary to revise that percentage within the relations between the Central Bank and Islamic banks so as to ensure that the majority of the money is invested.

The research aims to demonstrate the success of the information system and its role in improving the entrepreneurship of the Duhok Polytechnic University, an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of the university organizations in the center of the Duhok city. and the researchers relied on this to adopt a basic problem: What is the role of the success of the management information system in developing the entrepreneurial characteristics in the Technical College of Administration and the Technical Institute of Administration in Dohuk, and the researchers adopted a main hypothesis: The process of success of management information systems plays a key role in improving the entrepreneurial characteristics of the organizations surveyed. The researchers also relied on the descriptive survey method for the opinions of a sample of human resources working in the sample surveyed, numbering (42) individuals, by designing a questionnaire that included questions describing the independent variable (the success of the Management Information Systems) and the number of questions about it (16 questions), while the number of questions related to the dependent variable (Entrepreneurial Characteristics) reached 10 questions. The researchers also relied, in describing and diagnosing research variables, and analyzing the results on some indicators and statistical methods, including percentages, weighted mean, deviation standard, correlation coefficient and straight regression equation, the research reached a main result: the success of the management information system affects the entrepreneurial characteristics by 0.396 times, according to the value of the coefficient of determination.

This research aims to highlight the role and impact of the applications of electronic management of human resources E-HRM in improving the performance of the Algerian public economic companies. The field study included a sample of Algerian public economic companies, where we distributed 33 questionnaires in order to know the degree of integration of digitization in human resource management and the extent of its impact on organizational performance, through achieving efficiency and creating added value, and improving its competitiveness in the markets. We also used (SPSS/V21), (PLS/v3) and (Excel 2010) in the general consistency test of the study tool, the statistical analysis of its axes, and the research hypothesis test. According to the results of our study, we can say that the integration of digitization into human resource management practices at the level of public companies is limited only to the electronic management of documents and wages, and is not commensurate with the developments in terms of technology, the requirements of modernity and the intensity of competition in the markets.

is well known that the banking sector has witnessed dramatic changes due to bank competition, globalization and technologies included. Consequently, many new terms and conditions are invented and then applied; banking marketing mix is among these. The present study examines theoretically the seven parameters of this new procedure, and then compared with its field nature. The field case study held in North Bank in Iraq, where interviews and questionnaire are used as measurement tools for managers and employees, respectively. Both have confirmed the fact that supporting the banking services is the most important parameter on this mix. Therefore, the study recommends establishing a unique management for banking services, which in turn expectedly to enhance the services of banks as a whole.

يقدم هذا البحث دراسة مختبريه حول سلوك التربة الانتفاخية قبل وبعد المعالجة. ولتمثيل سلوك التربة المنتفخة، تم تحضير التربة في المختبر بخلط التربة الطبيعية مع البنتونايت بنسبة 1:1 . البرنامج المختبري بدا بتصنيف التربة المحضرة بواسطة عدة فحوصات منها التحليل المنخلي والتحليل باستخدام المكثاف للإيجاد نسبة الحصى والرمل والغرين والطين بالإضافة الى حدود اتربرك ( حد اللدونة وحد السيولة ومؤشر اللدونة). تم اعتماد فحص بروكتر القياسي لإيجاد الكثافة الجافة المختبرية والمحتوى الرطوبي الامثل للتربة الاصلية ( بدون مضاف). استخدم جهاز هبوط الانضمام للإيجاد جهد الانتفاخ وضغط الانتفاخ للرتبة الاصلية. تم استخدام البلاستر الاصطناعي لتحسين الخصائص الهندسية للتربة المستخدمة في الدراسة. وهو يستخدم عادة كمادة لاصقة للبلاط . تم استخدام نسب مختلفة من المادة المضافة تراوحت بين 0، 2.5، 5.0، 7.5 ، 10.0 % من الوزن الجاف للتربة. تم اعادة الفحوصات أنفة الذكر للتربة بعد خلطها مع المضاف لكل نسبة من النسب المضافة. وقد لوحظ نقصان واضح بمؤشر اللدونة للتربة ويزدان النقصان بشكل متناسب مع نسبة المضاف وهذه النتيجة مؤشر واضح على التحسن بسلوك التربة من الناحية الانتفاخية . من جانب اخر فان التربة شهدت تزايدا تدريجيا بالكثافة الجافة العظمى مع نسبة المضاف لحد ما مقداره 5.0% بعدها تتناقص هذا الكثافة مع الزيادة بمحتوى المضاف. اما الرطوبة المثلى فعلى العكس من الكثافة فانها تتناقص مع زيادة محتوى المضاف لحد نسبة 5% وتزداد لاحقا مع زيادته. اظهرت النتائج انخفاض ا كبير ا في سلوك انتفاخ التربة المعالجة حيث ان جهد الانتفاخ انخفض بمقدار من 170% للتربة الغير معالجة ليصل الى 68% للتربة المعالجة بمحتوى مضاف مقداره 10% وكذلك ضغط الانتفاخ انخفض من 143 كيلوباسكال الى حوالي 84 كيلوباسكال لنفس نسبة المضافة انفة الذكر.

The study aimed to clarify the link and influence between customer relationship management and the quality of municipal service within a theoretical and practical framework that was conducted in the municipality of Dora. Through the pilot study, it was noted that the municipality contains an administrative structure specialized in managing customer relations in the form of a specialized department, as well as divisions that are not linked to divisions, but they require an increase in the development of their human resources specialized in providing services to citizens because of their impact on the quality of municipal service. Thus, a number of research questions were developed about the existence of a clear perception for workers in various technical and administrative disciplines regarding strategies for managing customer relations, the quality of municipal service, and the relationship and influence between them. The hypotheses were formulated within a hypothetical model in order to verify the correlation and effect between the explanatory variable (customer relationship management) and the interactive variable (service quality) in the study model. The study sample consisted of (194) working individuals (technical and administrative) in the municipality. After analyzing the data using the statistical program (SPSS V.24), the study concluded a number of conclusions that indicated the existence of a significant correlation between the study variables based on it. The results also showed a significant effect of customer relationship management on the quality of municipality service. Based on the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations.

The aim of the research is to diagnose the career plateau in the General Directorate of Cherry 1. To that end, the functional plateau variant was measured in four sub-dimensions (structural plateau, job content plateau, occupational plateau, The personal collection of the research sample (the general manager, his assistants, department heads and directors of divisions and units at the directorate and division levels) was intentionally represented by a community represented by the General Directorate of Baghdad Education, the first Karkh, and all its departments in the city of Baghdad. The researcher distributed (282) questionnaires to the research community. The data were collected from (275) respondents using the resolution that included 28 paragraphs, and included them with interviews and field observations as helpful tools in promoting them. The research program (SPSS V.28) was adopted with statistical methods descriptive, and the research came up with a set of results, the most important of which is a clear and moderately career plateau

Computer experts, programmers, and other researchers often make their software programs free and available online. The designers of these programs can tell if their programs make a valuable contribution within or outside academia using an appropriate indicator, such as the number of downloads. Accordingly, the number of downloads, citations and licenses for the software hosted in Google Web Engine Code and cited in Scopus repository are first counted; Then, the correlation of downloads with Web of Science citations is analyzed; and then distributions of both are compared, finally, popular software tags and licenses are identified. It has been found that downloads correlate positively and significantly with Scopas citations. However, the correlation is weak (0.3) because some programs have a large normal audience outside of academia. There is disagreement about the best licenses used with shared software, with no license selected by more than five projects. The most common language labels are JAVA with a percentage of 20%. Excluding general computing terms, the most common subject labels are Google with a percentage of 5%, security with the percentage of (3%) and important and basic information with the percentage of (3%). In Conclusion, the number of downloads can provide evidence of broader non-academic uses of the software programs. However, those that are not primarily designed for research but have been cited by academics can also attract many downloads. Generally speaking, the number of downloads can be used as an indicator of an academic value, depending on the purpose of the programs.

Modern buildings have a lot of ducts and pipelines because they need to have services like air conditioning, electricity, and the phone. These services can be put in place through openings in the webs of concrete beams. One of the problems faced by buildings is exposure to high temperatures. Therefore, adequate structural fire resistance should be provided to resist this situation, or at least allow residents time to escape before stability fails. Very little research has been done regarding reinforced concrete RC beams containing web openings under the impact of high temperatures. The present paper aims to compile this state of work on the performance of RC beams with openings under high temperatures. There are many different topics that will be covered and emphasized like the classification of openings, the behavior of reinforced concrete beams with openings, steel bars and concrete mechanical properties at high temperature, and the performance of reinforced concrete beams subjected to high temperature. Finally, suggestions are made for future studies based on the gaps shown in the existing body of work.
