Throughout its long history, the city of Mosul was known to be a city of science where many ulama became prominent. One of them is Professor Doctor Hashim Al-Mallah whose fingerprints are still be seen in the Islamic Arab Civilization study by means of his different research papers and works , which related topics and objectives in addition to his important Scientific desertations which concentrated on the contents of accumulating knowledge of historical events. This is an evidence of the heritage depth of Mosul. During the time when the Iraqi Scientific Complex great scientific achievements in studying and verification of Islamic Arabic heritage, Doctor Hashem Al-Malah was one of the pioneers in the complex concerning the prophetic biography study in addition to his products in philosophy and its approaches, together with other contributions related to the publications of the complex. The paper tackles all that was mentioned above depending on the primary sources that are relevant to the complex and on his unpunished personal diaries and the frequent interviews with him during period in which the paper was done

This research paper aims to read the journalistic effort of the creative writer Abdul Wahab al-Nu'aimi throughout his articles that have taken the city of Mosul as its main topic, including customs, traditions and folklore, in addition to its most prominent pioneers in all fields. research paper also tackled the nature of its social life, its ancient morphological constructions and its historical depth plus pages of its cultural, literary and artistic history in different historical periods

The aim of the study is to shed light on some Mosuli personalities, that have had an obvious impacts and influence on the Iraq's internal and external affairs during the first part of the twentieth century. Because those personalities which are mentioned in the British Official Documents and reports during that period are too many, the research focuses only on some of the them who have more impacts than others.
The research paper has reached to the conclusion that the British officials had praised of the above-mentioned personalities for their administrative, political and occupational activities. The study revealed also that there were so many information and biographies in the British documents for the then well-known Mosuli personalities during the second part of the twentieth century

The Mosuli folk heritage, with the rules, proverbs, stories and popular songs it contains, is a home full of various forms of social, ethical and religious values, and we think that it is worthy of study and attention because it reflects the cultural and social history of the Mosuli community. This appears clearly in its folk heritage in its various forms, shapes and styles, and this is what we find mentioned in the folds of aproverb or folds of a tale of its folk tales that in their entirety carry high social values which the Mosul community has tried to establish in the minds of its generations throughout the ages, and this is what we aim to clarify in our research .The research includes three chapters:The first includes the theoretical farmework of the resarch in terms of its topic, importance, objectives and concepts.The second chapter is under the title of '' Models of Mosule Folk Tales'' and it includes two topics, the first is under the title of '' The Folk Story, its Importance and Function and Elements'', and the Second Studies the social vlues included in some Mosul folk tales,then a final chapter that includes a conclusion and the most important Findings and recommendations reached in the research. This research sheds light on the culture of consumption in Iraqi society based on the concept and mechanisms of globalization. The culture of consumption has been influencing the economic, social, cultural, and political transformations in our society. The image and nature of consumption has changed due to many circumstances, including market fluctuations in prices or the absence of some goods or the financial and economic crises. Added to that the extent of the appearance and flaunt of goods and the rapid change and modernization of the goods in many Iraqi houses within the Iraqi society.

At a time when educational institutions seek to develop many positive characteristics for student’s personality,including the two characteristics of scientific curiosity and understanding the nature of science, to increase his ambition and readiness for later educational stages, the current research has reached a low result in the two levels of these two characteristics of the research sample represented by For middle class second-grade students from Mosul city schools.
Two tools (scientific curiosity and understanding the nature of science) were applied after verifying their psychometric properties on a sample of (482) male and female students, and in light of this result, the two researchers reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which is that the reason for this decline may be due to the inefficiency of the science curriculum. Which is taught in the second intermediate grade, as it is the subject most concerned with developing scientific curiosity and understanding the nature of science from other subjects because it consists of three subjects (chemistry, physics and biology), and therefore the researchers presented a number of recommendations and proposals related to this result.

The emergence of epidemics and their spread in the world is considered as one of the issues that hinder life progress in which people revolve. Probably, one of the most important aspects of life that is disrupted by such emergence is the field of education; we noticed this when COVID-19 appeared and spread rapidly which caused cases to increased. One of the most noticeable areas affected by the emergence of this epidemic is the field of education in Mosul where schools were closed due to this critical conditions and pupils were set away from continuing their education in addition to the difficulty of communicating with the educational and teaching staff. This prompted the institutions responsible for education in Mosul to find alternatives for sustainability learning, and in support of students' aspirations, I hastened to use online distance education via the internet. For all of the above, I decided to write on this topic, as I wrote a paper entitled "The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Educational Process in Mosul and the Most Effective Ways to Handle its Negative Effects
