The historical accounts related to the biography of Nur al-Din Mahmoud bin Zangi, which was transmitted by the historian Abu Shama al-Maqdisi (d. 665 AH / 1267 AD) through his book (Al-Rawdatain fi Akhbar Al-Dawlat Al-Nuriya wa Al-Salihiyah) are among the most important of what was reported on the biography of this Mujahid, as it included many historical accounts that varied between Narratives about his life and upbringing in terms of his name and lineage, his most important personal characteristics, and between accounts that refer to his jihad, his conquests, his management, and his various achievements, including urban and economic, and many other such achievements
The aim of the research was to highlight those many achievements that were celebrated in the life of Nur al-Din Mahmoud bin Zangi and his role in leading the nation in a period of time that witnessed the height of the Islamic Crusade conflict and to establish a future stage that can be called the stage of conquest, victory and the unity of the Arab and Islamic nation.
The research also dealt with a brief summary of the life of Abu Shama al-Maqdisi and his efforts in writing history and the historical resources and sources that he relied on in mentioning his various novels on the biography of Nur al-Din Mahmoud Zangi, which is one of the most extensive books that chronicled the state of Nur al-Din Mahmoud, and its achievements and state-building despite his struggle and wars With the Crusaders at a time when the conflict was most intense.

This research deals with the serious efforts of the Mosul mutasarrif in cordination with government departments and institutions with its governmental al departments and institutions in particular the mutasarrifiyya office, the municipality of Mosul ,the Directorate of Health and some of Military sectors inside sub-districts and even villages to reduce the spread of cholera which outbroke in city of Mosul and its dependencies, During the period 1966-1967.

Professor AlJum'aa is considered on of the pioneer professors at Mosul University, who mastered the specialization of history and Islamic archeological studies, especially the Mosuli ones. he has apparent fingerprints in terms of the excavations works and the field work in the remains of the Islamic archeological sites in the old city of Mosul, documenting the architectural and artistic elements including the minarets, domes, vaults, entrances, mihrabs, windows, porthole, columns, ornamental and writing ribbons, memorial boards, gravestones and their caskets using a professional and academic approaches by means of making about two thousand engineering sketches and artistic painting in addition to hundreds of photos of ruins which were erased mostly and therefore they became an important source to study those ruins.

The research aims to shed light on this pandemic that has swept the world, the Arab world and Iraq, including Mosul. The research has found that the Corona pandemic has negative effects on the city of Mosul in all aspects of life, whether social, economic, psychological or religious. Many precautionary measures are taken by official authorities, including the Crisis Cell in the city of Mosul

In recent times, private schools have spread throughout all parts of Iraq, and advertisements for them have become very large, so that people's turnout for them as a result of these crowded ads on the sidewalks of streets has increased very much, especially for families with good income. With regard to the teacher's performance of his duty with all sincerity and dedication, private schools were distinguished by the direct connection between the school and the parents of the students, which in fact constituted a great embarrassment for government education, as these schools attracted qualified teachers by applying to retirement before the legal date.

This study attempts to highlight the efforts of Nargis and Warkah Al- jawadi in teaching the holy Koran and explaining it to older and younger women from 1959 to the present day, and despite the difficult family conditions that we ,ve been through, as well as the fact that the government has narrowed down any public religious activity, However they were not discouraged from doing their advocacy and continuing to teach the holy Koran at their homes, then expanded it after increasing the number of female students by opening the Quran school and running its classes, At a time when Iraq was not widely accustomed to such women's koranic schools, so their councils saw a high turnout from all age groups.

The research was based on the concept of the textual orbit as envisaged by Umberto Eco. According to this concept, our perspective is formed to read the novel (The Tenth qiran).The critical process moved the concept with a semiotic horizon that extends to an interpretive activity that is achieved through the interactive relationship between the text and the reader.The research seeks through this methodology to activate the analytical process based on the narrative, artistic and cultural phenomena that are included in the text texture.This perception allows critical reading to go further in the worlds of the novel to reach the construction of a productive interpretive consistency within the path that the text opens to the reader.

The aim of the research is to identify the level of ego and social intelligence among Mosul University students, as well as to identify the relationship between the efficacy of the ego and the social intelligence.
The research sample involved (550) male and female students from the second year of medical, engineering, scientific and humanitarian colleges. To achieve the goals of the research, the two researchers built the Ego Effectiveness Scale consists of (40) paragraphs and used the Social Intelligence Scale prepared by (Al-Taie and others) to measure social intelligence and after extracting apparent honesty, construction, content and discrimination of the two scales and making sure of the stability of the two scales through a re-test method. The two researchers used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to process the data statistically, and the two researchers reached the results that the Students have enjoyed a good level of ego effectiveness and social intelligence, and statistically, there is a statistically significant relationship between ego effectiveness and social intelligence. A number of recommendations and proposals have been formulated.
