Interfaith coexistence is a very popular thing, and one of the most important
things that make world peace in the world. That is why the true Islamic
religion called for the necessity of coexistence between religions. Because of
the benefits it brings at the level of the individual, society and the world. Our
country, Iraq, is distinguished by its religious, cultural and national diversity,
which is something you rarely find in other peoples and countries, and it is
in fact a great blessing, and a great blessing, so coexistence as a concept is
fundamentally means cooperation and it is a concept based on trust and
mutual respect between the owners of different religions, whose goal is It
is the achievement of those goals agreed upon by the two different parties
or even the group of parties that wish to coexist, but that they follow and
implement it out of conviction and full desire and full choice, as many problems
and matters have come to contribute to the occurrence of disputes or conflicts
between people in this era despite The concept of coexistence is a type of
joint and positive cooperation that aims to create those strong foundations
and common ground on which all parties to the different religions agree, and
it is supposed to take place through an internal conviction stemming from
the human beings themselves, but by consent Full and positive of them. And
that many Iraqi youth did not get the opportunity to mix with other people of
other religions and sects, among their partners in this country, so the ordeal
of displacement in Iraq in 2014 was due to the military operations, which led
these young people to meet and mix with others from the Iraqi people, Other
religions are Islamic sects. This experience had positive effects on the young
Iraqi. This will be discussed in the next few pages.

Islam is facing a vicious attack against its rules and nodal origins, A few
days ago, the French President is priding on his country liberty in publishing
abusive images of prophet Mohamed (may god’s peace and be upon him).
These attacks are an extension and a reflection of the old and recent wrong
intellectual believes of a group whose faith is based on the denial of an honest
prophetic “Sunna” to give rise to a malevolent thought of merely the Holy
Koran as the head source of the Islamic religion.
Basically, this thought is an abuse and an attack on the standing of the
Prophet Mohamed. Those are the most dangerous to the “Ummah” because
they deny an established origin of the Islamic faith; The Qur’an came to the
Prophet by “Alwahi” from Allah, and he handed it to us. Those are denying
what was the Prophet said and that would lead to denial the Holy Quran itself.
Those people named themselves “Quraneen “ referring to their devotion to
the Holy Quran as the sole source of Islamic religion, they wouldn’t stop their
attacks until they got the nation out of its faith and out of the way.
In additional; their wrong believes are depend on that the Islamic State
cannot punish someone who commits disobedience which related with liberty,
this will lead to attack on prophet himself and him “Sunna”.
The research will be explaining these wrong believes and correct them

The research addresses the importance of learning the prophetic biography,
studying it and acting according to it, from different aspects; namely, the call
for Islam, the scientific, the social, the political and the military aspects, and
what impact that has on supporting the prophet and defending him against
the repeated offences which target his venerable person, his honourable
biography, his family and his pure and righteous companions, and constitute a
great challenge that confronts Islam and Muslims from time to time.

Talking about atheism has become a common material in the traditional Arab
media and various social media platforms، as talk about it ranges between those
who see it as a widespread phenomenon، and those who see it as individual cases
that abound in some areas and less in others.
In the absence of accurate figures or scientific studies، it is difficult to judge
the extent of atheism in the contemporary Arab-Islamic world or to predict its
future directions، according to the Islamic preacher residing in the United States of
America، Muhammad al-Hayek.
Because of the importance of this phenomenon and the danger it poses to
Arab and Muslim youth in some of our Islamic countries، we decided to study
it and define it in language and convention، and what are the most important
psychological causes and motives leading to it، in order to achieve the objectives
envisaged by this study.

This study aims to highlight the interest provided by Islamic law in jurisprudential
issues and how to deal with them, And the statement of the approach that God
has drawn to address the issues of jurisprudence This is an affirmation and a
report of the most important characteristics that characterized Islamic law in facing
contemporary jurisprudential challenges, namely comprehensiveness, flexibility,
and the validity of its approach for every time and place, This study also aims to
show the most important features of the divine revelation (the Qur’an and the
Sunnah), namely the comprehensiveness of its texts , This allows the mujtahids
the opportunity to address the jurisprudential issues in light of the controls of
the noble text without excessive or negligence, This study is also concerned with
detailing the methodology of the ancient and contemporary scholars of the Ummah
in confronting jurisprudential issues, and explaining its ruling under the banner of
Sharia texts, jurisprudential rules and the established objectives derived from the
eternal constitution of Islamic Sharia, This study also aims to clarify the meaning
of the jurisprudential conditioning of contemporary issues, its importance and
its controls, as it is the approach adopted by the contemporaries in dealing with
contemporary issues, Finally, I mentioned a model from the reality in which we live,
which is the jurisprudential conditioning of deliberately transmitting infection with
the Coronavirus (COVID19).

This research studies the subject of the call to the modernity of Islamic jurisprudence
and how to confront it. It is one of the topics that represent a challenge to Islamic
law in general and Islamic jurisprudence in particular because this call includes

The impact of considering destiny in the advisory opinion of recent occurrences
The first section of this paper involves the definition and proclamation of the consideration
of destiny in idiomatic and linguistic. In addition، it includes the evidences of this
consideration in the advisory opinion voucher of the recent occurrences and events. Thus،
those evidences had been presented (mentioned) in Al-Sunna، Qur'an، and companions'
action. They are too much especially in Al-Sunna and companions' action (May Allah be
pleased with them). Moreover، the researcher has selected، out of those evidences، the ones
which have a close similarity to what happens in our contemporary reality. Furthermore،
this section also showed the extent of compatibility between the conditions of law and
the consideration of destiny. Besides، there is a necessity for the given two standards to
be present in jurist and mufti's mind who is subjected to the introspection of the recent
occurrences and contemporary evolvements.
As far as the second section is concerned، this section devotes the conditions of advisory
opinion. Thus، the first thing indicated in this section is the idiomatic and linguistic definition
of the advisory opinion (Al-Fatwa). As for the second requirement، it showed the conditions
of Al-Mufti and the recommended qualifications that he should have. Furthermore، the
third requirement showed a collection of standards which are diagnosed by Al-Mufti in
understanding of the recent occurrences or events and determining its scope. What is
more، the fourth requirement showed that the consideration of destiny is a base in advisory
opinion (Al-Fatwa) of the recent occurrences and events.
As far as the third section is concerned، this section includes applicational models for
some recent occurrences and events such as; the prevention of holding gatherings and
feasts in mosques and ruling on distancing among worshipers in congregational
prayer during epidemic days.

Jurisprudence and Arabic are two intertwined sciences that complement each other, and
one of them does not separate from the other, it is not possible to achieve jurisprudence if
its world is not able in Arabic, and grammar is the starting point of Arabic and adopted in
explaining its structures and meanings, and whoever does not understand its rules, origins,
structures, system of formation, ties, times, and methods cannot comprehend much of the
rules of jurisprudence Most of them, therefore, were the basis of our work and its starting
point for research, based on an important jurisprudential issue that we coexist with and
fear falling into it because of ignorance of its expressions that are the basis of Arabic
structures and their vocabulary, which is the issue of divorce Therefore, we chose to study
it because it is one of the issues that are completely intertwined between jurisprudence
on the one hand and Arabic on the other hand, especially grammar. Therefore, the Islamic
nation faces great dangers, including the dangers of family fragmentation, which is the
first foundation in building society. Problems related to the acquired rights of the wife,
and its occurrence generates a legal problem that leads to social problems that fragment
and ravage society, and today we are in dire need of cohesion, especially there are those
who lie in wait for our society and our Islamic nation in ruin, and the research is formed
on a number of investigations according to the term divorce and its structures.

Verily the sciences and knowledges are evolving within the space of

become evolved, people need advancement in the understanding of the
words of Allah Almighty in a way that goes along with and harmonizes the

exegesis will not go by without an interpretation that simulates the sciences
and knowledge of that era, and perhaps these efforts could be right Or wrong
according to the rules recognized by the majority of the scholars of the nation,
and in our current era that has been characterized as the era of modernity,
exegesis have appeared that are appropriate for this age from the point of
view of their owners.
What are the exegesis of the modernists? And who are its most prominent
symbols? What are the foundations on which these exegesis are based?
What is the validity of these exegesis compared to what is known as rules of
interpretation?
And In this research we shall try to answer these questions, and we have
categorized it into an introduction, two topics and a conclusion, and in the
entry we will talk about exegesis and the importance of the regulations
governing it, and in the first topic: the modern exegesis will be discussed in
terms of definition, history, and composition, and in the second topic: the
constituents and fundamentals of the curriculum of the Modern exegesis of
the Noble Qur’an will be studied And in conclusion, the validity of this type of
interpretation will be presented according to its origins with the rules adopted
by the interpreters.

The religious text today became the axis of the work of many Arab modernists,
such as Arkoun, Jabri, Abu Zeid and Abdul Majeed Al Sharafi... and others, which
resulted in what is known as the modernist readings of the religious text, which
sees the standards of our era and the needs of the Arab individual demand
moving from the Court of duplication to resort to the court of reason. From the
culture of certainty to the culture of questioning and doubt, and from the culture
of absolute truth to the culture of relativity, and out of this idea, the modernists
began their view of the Holy Qur’an as a narrative product that can be reproduced
and read in accordance with the various literary criticisms in the study of literary
and historical texts. such as methods of the human and social sciences and the
comparative history of religions. Which contributes to the destabilization of all the
buildings of the sanctuary built by the traditional theological mind, and thus works
to empty the religion from its ideological content and determine its area within
the framework of secular systematic.The reading of the text accordingly becomes
a cultural linguistic event and therefore there is no absolute historical fact because
the absolutism deviates from the will of man the prospects for this theory remain
limited in practice. These contemporary readings have benefited from the Western
approaches applied in human texts, philosophical and literary.

The research aims to study a claim from the challenges of modernity، It is a claim to reread
the text in understanding the Arabic language and formulating its rules and meanings،
By Dr.Abdel-Sabour Shaheen in his book “The Phonetic Approach to the Arabic Structure،

The difference in the understanding of the Qur’anic text had a great significance in
reaching out to know what is meant by the text and this problem raised by the researcher in
this research and then follow this problem another problem which is the modern reading of
the Qur’anic text, which makes the Qur’anic text an unholy text as a historical literary text,
a reading found by those who know today modernists, modernists or Enlightenmentand
their way in their view of the holy text is based on the realization of pure interests and
keeping pace with the times and keeping pace with the evolution, the problem of research
and its importance is based on the To decide what is important in accepting the text and its
reply, there are those who look at the texts to guide them and walk behind them, and there
are those who think outside it and do not come to it the task of getting rid of them. Here, two
