The purpose of this research paper is to demonstrate the interaction of the
words of Imam Ali Alhadi (Peace be upon him) with the holy Quranic discourse.
The connection of the Imam's speech to the Holy Quran in one way or another is
based on a real Islamic spirit which is
rich. The Holy Quranic expressions and contents are able to transmit religious
words that arouse the consciences from the depths. This fertile spirit causes the
emergence of his wisdom in the influential words which are resulted from his
open-minded intellect storing the Quranic masterpieces. These ideas were melted
in his imagination and resulted in a speech that extends to the Quran and the
glorious speech at all levels.
It is not surprising that the imam takes his noble words from the Quran so he
succeeds in convincing the recipients. The Holy Quran represents a great source of
knowledge, because it is rich in all its levels that represent a varied and increasing
knowledge balance with the passage of time.
This research proves the advancement of Imam Ali Alhadi's (Peace be upon
him) thoughts to some who are skeptic about his Imamate, where those who are
acquainted with him will discover that he draws his views from the Quran.

The Imam Alaskari (peace be upon him) has a number of active contributions
in solving the forms of interpretation or semantic difference in identifying the
identity of the subject within the Quranic text. This paper is established and
takes a lot of effort basing on readings of contributions in aware and scientific
reading. This comes and establishes on two hypothesizes.
The first is to monitor the explanatory romances which contributed by Imam
Alaskari (peace be upon him) in solving the interpretative troubles in which the
recipient signed, and he is in the process of determining the identity of a specific
subject of the Quranic text. There is a work on reading these romances deeply
and analyzes every detail of the way to find out about the Imam's creativity in
directing the text without any defect or deficiency.
The second is to trace of explorative cases particularly functioning by the
Imam to move these troubles from the Quranic text to get the perfect meaning.
The Imam's romance has been showing the right meaning of the text. This
must establish on particular explorative cases in understanding that text so it is
compulsory to identify on them. This is because that explorative cases are right
for understanding the Quranic text generally and to be far from the error.

This paper is to discover the graphic expression art in The Imam
Ali Alhadi's speech(peace be upon). This is doing through checking
the graphic expression functioning by the Imam's speech in which the
discovery of features of artistic ability and creative photography and
the performance of his rhetoric language.
Through those approaches, the paper tackles in three areas: Firstly,
it shows The Imam's knowledge and virtues with the discovery of
his character in Muslims' books. Secondly, it shows the landmarks of
photography art in speech. Thirdly, it shows samples from the Imam's
speech with bearing rhetoric and interesting photography.

This paper tackles and support of research that shed light on the
effectiveness of Ahlulbait (peace be upon) in dealing with the struggle
and tribulations that plague the minds of the people from time to time.
The reader of this research touches the position of the Imams and their
importance in fortifying the mind from weakness and deviation.
The interest of this paper reveals how much seduction surrounding
the Askari Imams (PBUH) at the time which as follows:
1 - The case of suspicion the imamate.
2 - Shiite sects which deviated from the right path of the Shiite.
3 - Strictness.
All these tribulations were confronted by the Imams (PBUH).

Samarra is a great city which is an old as well as history therefor Its case is much more clear and not only to be reference in a research or one book. It is a city, home, capital, history, civilization, and every thing that is landmark and lofty like its Imams and holies. Samarra founded in 221 hijri which was to be capital of Alabbasi Caliphate wherein developed and flourished life then it decreased and lost in 279 hijri. It can continue to stand in life and cultivate a rebirth of spirit because of the excellence of holy shrine of two Alaskariyyein imams (peace be upon them)
This paper investigates the interest of Samarra in the books of literature and dictionaries and to identify its poetry and poets and fantastic poems. It shows the tribes, human genealogy and inhabitance families of this beautiful city. The attempt of this paper is to discover the countries books in which reference to city geography, rivers, ground features and architecture. So through this paper, it shows the appearance of society, economy and military
of the city.

Travelers have many writings about the city of Samarra when they passed recorded their descriptions and their insights. These descriptions are very important in uncovering mysteries and landmarks viewing the ancient archeology of this historical city which has glorious and heritable past.
There are also Arab travelers as Ibn Battuta and Ibn Jubair who visited Samarra during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, most notably Vencho and Tavernier. There are also foreign travelers who visited it during the 19th century, most notably Abu Talib Khan, Kinner, and others. These travelers narrated all aspects of the city and gave descriptions of its situations.
Therefore, it is important to see their descriptions that reveal the hallmarks of the old Samarra, which is different from Samarra today, and all these are clarified in this research with Allah willing.

It is essential and important to make statistics about the books and research that have discussed the characteristics of Samarra, the circumstances and everything related to it to be a guarantor in saving researchers time and effort and provides them with the most important sources. So this bibliography came to achieve this purpose, and perhaps it will be special for researchers in this area, and Allah knows best the intention behind one's deeds.

This research presents in details one of Samarra's greatest figures, namely, Syedd Hassan Al-Sadr, Samarrai Heritage of Scientist Mr Hassan Alsadr Alamily Alkadhimy who wrote great books about Samarra. The Samarra heritage means not only the writing of books, but also includes what he wrote of the reports of his teachers' courses in Samarra, what he conveyed of his great figures' books , and what he wrote as footnotes to others. This will be clear in this paper as well.
The nature of this paper is based on two parts: the first presents a comprehensive biography of Mr Hassan Alsadr's personality, his scientific migration to Samarra, his professors in Albahth Alkharij (Advanced Research) and his death and burial. The second part is related to the presentation of his scientific opinions in the accredited Islamic jurisprudence.
His scientific heritage can be classified into four fields: (authorship, reports, recording on the margins of books, replacing).

This study presents selections of Samarra in the Documents of the Ottoman Archives and deals with the translation and study of ten Ottoman documents saving for Samarra city during the last Ottoman period. These documents are kept in the Ottoman archives in Istanbul between 1887 and 1915.
The documents have indicated that the process of appointment of the mayer in the city which required a series of procedures starting with the committee of civilian affiliated to Ministry of the Interior in Istanbul. This committee submitted a report containing the career biography of the deputy who will be appointed to the Minister of Interior. There was a memorandum going to the Prime Minister for the approval and issuing, and then sent report to the Prime Minister of the Commission of civil employers, and the memorandum of the Minister of the Interior to the Ottoman Sultan for the purpose of approval of the appointment and the issuing of the decision for this position.
