Time management organization is one of the most important things in our daily lives. The loss of time with most of the members of the Sub sports federations of volleyball in matters not related to administrative ones negatively affect the performance of leadership of the organization and administrative programs.
Therefore, the problem of the research is that there is a weakness in time management by most of the members of the Sub federations of volleyball and training in Iraq, and non-use of time as it is regarded as one of resources available In addition, there is no tool to measure time management. According to the information, the researchers did not find the intake of this variable in a previous study in Sub sports federations at all.
The study aims to build time management measure of the members of the Sub sports federations’ of volleyball in Iraq, and also to identify the level of time management to members of the Sub sports federations volleyball in Iraq.
The Methodology of the study, the researcher used descriptive survey method, and the sample selected was members of the Sub sports federations of volleyball in Iraq, and the study was conducted within the Sporting seasons ( 2013 – 2014)

The research aims to identify the psychological level of hesitation and the relationship between the two variables with the students of the Faculty of Physical Education - Wasit University for the academic year 2013 -2014
So, the two researchers hypothesize that psychological hesitation has an effect on the performance of the snatch with the first stage students of the College of Physical Education, University of Wasit.
The researchers used the descriptive approach, survey manner and connectivity relations for their suitability to the nature of the research. The research students community was identified, the first stage of the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Wasit .They represent the community and the research sample. The sample stability and sample reconnaissance and specialists in the game were excluded, thus, the number is (80) students who were chosen randomly, and tools used in the research measurements of psychological hesitation.
The researchers used statistical processing and statistical methods used are: percentage and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient Pearson, and the researchers concluded that students have psychological hesitation when performing the snatch despite varying their levels for so many reasons to be explained in Search. The researchers recommended that the constant psychological preparation of students and the treatment of psychological problems through following the psychological aspect of their attention and increase the confidence of the students to do the skill required.

Research problem is crystallized in investing the number of educational modules allocated to the activity of the long jump in raising the amount of applied and cognitive learning and using the program (Hypermedia).
The objectives of the research are:
1. Prepare an educational program using ultra-media overlap of the activity of the long jump.
2. Identify the effect of the proposed tutorial using ultra-interference in the media to learn and retain the activity of the long jump
(Technical performance and achievement) of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education.
As for research procedures where the research sample of the first stage students of the Faculty of Physical Education / University of Maysan and the steps for setting up super overlap modes as well as e technical performance and achievement tests. Thus, the researcher used the experimental method design (equal groups) as well as the use of statistical methods, and the most important test was Levin Test (t) of the samples associated with Test (t) for independent samples.
Finally researcher reached several conclusions such as :
1. The prepared program achieved (high overlap modes) moral improvement in the level of technical performance and achievement in the long jump in the activity of the experimental group.
2. The prepared program achieved (high overlap modes) are well-preserved among the experimental group.

The research aims to identify the psychological characteristics of the players beach volleyball and indoor halls and learn about the differences between some of the psychological characteristics of the players beach volleyball and indoor halls if the researcher has used the descriptive manner survey including a sample of 8 players of beach volleyball and 8 players from the closed halls as a questionnaire composed of scale psychological traits has been prepared earlier after making some modifications to fit the research sample, which consists of 54 paragraph. After that, the researcher used statistical package ( spss) to process the results of her research . The researcher has concluded that there are differences between the sample in favor of volleyball players for indoor halls.

The research aims to identify the relationship between the organizational culture and the evaluation of the performance of the preparatory female teachers. As the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the sample search included teachers of AlRisalaa intermediate school of girls totaling (40) School in Al Karkh Educational Directorate. They were chosen randomly as the percentage of the sample (72.7%), as a questionnaire has been prepared of scale (Organizational culture) prepared previously after making some modifications to fit the school environment. As for the performance evaluation, the researcher has adopted a class set by the Director of the teachers to assess the performance (teaching) for each school of the sample in order to find the relationship, then the researcher used statistical package of Social Sciences (spss) to deal with the results of her research, the researcher has found the existence of a significant correlation between organizational culture and performance evaluation of preparatory teachers.

Testing and measurement are considered one of the most basic and essential topics in all fields especially in physical education. Tests are a way to collect data and information to show the behavior or performance in a particular athletic stance. The task of the tests is to reach athletes to the highest levels and achievements which elevate their level to achieve high athletic level. so ,scientists are trying to devise tests and means to benefit athletes in particular, for making them reach the highest advanced levels .Therefore, the researcher aims to study and determine the best and most appropriate period of time for the tests through the replay time after 7 days and again after 14 days of two groups of young players, and know the difference between these two groups in the time period for re-testing because the reliability coefficient refers to the accuracy and thoroughness and consistency . The method used to evaluate the mistakes when the test is applied twice for different time periods, and the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of young players of Volleyball whose number is 12. The sample was divided randomly by lot to the first two sets - re-test after 7 days and the second - the retest after 14 days and after a tribal tests and then later re-test on the two groups. The researcher has found that the first group is better than the second set because of the spacing of the period. In the short period of time, the player has to remember the test because it is a short period compared to the period of 14 days.

The research aims to identify the social support for female students as well as to identify the nature of the relationship between social support and academic achievement, and the two researchers talked about the theoretical side for social support and academic achievement. The researchers used descriptive approach of survey method. The sample was selected randomly from the real research community whose number is (27) female students from the fourth stage , College of Education for Girls, Department of Physical Education for the academic year 2012-2013. 20 girls have responded of the real research community .The two researchers used the measure of the social support in 20 items, and after data collection and sorting of data, the researchers used statistical methods appropriate to address the findings, and then data presented , analyzed and discussed.
In light of the findings, the researchers reached a range of responses such that students enjoy social support, and there is significant correlation relationship between social support and academic achievement, and in light of that, the researchers recommended set of recommendations such as the adoption of social support scale by those who work in the field sports, an emphasis on providing support and assistance by family, friends and the teachers to raise their achievement.

The study aimed identify the quality of management within the physical education departments in colleges of basic education in Iraq. The sample of the study consisted of 79 male and female teaching staff, and it has been taken randomly in Physical Education departments in the faculties of basic education in Iraq. The researcher used a questionnaire evaluating academic performance of sports leaders. The Findings of the study have resulted that gender affect the objectivity of the evaluation process and stability in the educational fields. Moreover, the length of service on the objectivity and the stability of the evaluation process in educational fields. In addition, certificate affects on the objectivity and the stability of the evaluation process in educational fields.
The researcher recommended the need to work on strengthening the principle of focusing on the beneficiary student because they form the basic axis in total quality management. It can be done by continuing to listen to them to learn more about their needs and expectations and fulfill them. Also, the researcher recommends conducting a prospective study on the faculties and departments of physical education from the point of view of the students and the community

Physical Education is one of the important institutions that supply the national teams and clubs with male and female players and they are regarded as foundation stone of mature teachers, so a teacher of physical education must be fit enough to apply the skills and activities that need physical qualities and a abilities to perform them well. In a serious attempt, the researcher aims to study the effect of the practical side of fitness for developing female students in the second stage of the Faculty of Physical Education of Babylon to avoid weaknesses and stand on the standard of the students and develop appropriate solutions mechanism of acceptance in the future. The research aims to identify the impact of the practical lessons on fitness for the students of the second stage in the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Babylon in 2014. So, we have assumed that the practical lessons have an impact on the physical fitness of female students of research sample. The researcher used the experimental method to solve the problem of the research. The community and the research sample of female students was selected in the second stage of the Faculty of Physical Education whose number (9) students. The researcher has used the appropriate tools and means to resolve the problem of research. The standardized tests were selected as data for tests of classification and dimensionality, and the use of appropriate statistical processing and discuss the tables that have been obtained from Tests using statistical package (spss). The researcher concluded that the practical lessons positively influenced in raising the fitness of the female students, and also concluded that the share practical methodology for lessons at this stage is not enough to raise the fitness as required and prepare students for the next stage, especially that most of the students are not engaged in physical activity in summer vacation. The researcher has recommended that the need to increase the emphasis on fitness classes for the second stage of the Faculty of Physical Education as well as increasing outdoor activities and events and encourage students to participate in the external events which increases interest in the development of fitness for events.

The objective of the study is to identify the impact of the use of certain aiding rubber suspension ropes on learning the skill of handstand and switch between them on the table device ground movements.
The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of 40 students from the third stage in the Faculty of Physical Education, and were divided into experimental and control into two group by (20) students per group. The main findings of the research is that the effectiveness of the use of aids in teaching skill handstand and switch between them on the table device of ground movements which helps in learning the skill is better and has had a positive impact in raising the level of performance of this skill.

Building scale which measures the phenomenon of causal attribution in the sports field with players of Muthanna University teams
The research aims to:
1. Building a scale of causal attribution for some intramural sports teams (basketball, volleyball, handball, football) teams in Muthanna University.
2. Identify the significance of the differences between the causal attribution of players of intramural sports teams (basketball, plane, hands, football) University of Muthanna.
The researchers hypothesis
- There were no significant differences among the players of intramural sports teams differences
(Basketball, plane, hands, football) in the phenomenon of causal attribution.
The researchers used descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of research conducted on the players in Muthanna University teams totaling 120 players. The sample was selected randomly and by (80) players. The scale has been built on this sample. Researchers depended in the process of construction on practical procedures in the construction process. They used the method of internal consistency in construction, then extracted validity and reliability of search tool. Data was processed statistically using appropriate statistical methods, including samples t-test and the coefficient of correlation and analysis of variance and Shaivism test

The sport has entered to the world in recent years and has a broad place in everyday life if people practice it as a hobby, or in the form of games in the competition. Track and field are considered to be dynamic motivating factor to the overall physical development because they represent the backbone underpinning other sports
The study of relationship between the explosive power of the throwing arm, the time of the performance and the level of achievement in the discus activity is an important aspect and effective for the continuation and improving performance since researchers went through scientific sources and researches as well as the existence of recent studies which examine the follow-up performance of the female students to this explosive activity of the throwing arm and its impact on the completion of throwing . In addition, the lack of information in the event made the researchers to study the relationship of performance time and level of achievement of throwing discus for the female students in order to improve the level of performance in the activity of the discus.

Psychological trends vary widely among sports community in terms of the different segments, due to the multiplicity of stimuli, importance of identifying these trends moved from the main base upon which the meaning of trends based that it is general tendency acquired, relatively constant, charged emotionally, affect the motivation and orientation behavior, to emphasis on social knowledge that lead to social interaction or restrict it.
The emergence of new methods of teaching has provoked a lot of researchers to study and research in the details and methods, including the researcher. The most important of these methods is the subject of mental training and methods of use of thermoplastic by the teachers who achieved success that led naturally to be used in the learning process. The research problem regards psychological trends as topics that gained the attention of many researchers and theorists since the period of time is considerable. The mental training may form a new course in teaching sports and through the use of mental capabilities and feedback basic axes in the teaching process. Thus, it has entered strongly in the curricula of many Sports Universities. The direction of teachers for training mental is important for new researchers to determine the nature and role in achieving the best athletic achievement.
The research aims to identify the relationship between the psycho-cognitive trend towards mental training and location control of faculty in physical education.

The qualifying exercises are regarded as one of the methods of physical therapy that significantly affect the rehabilitation of sports injuries process. In addition, the qualifying exercises reduce the incidence of convulsions and muscle cramps that affect in the incidence of chronic sports injuries, which hinder the development of sport since the injury is a physical and psychological barrier hindering access to higher levels
Therefore, the research aims to prepare the rehabilitation exercises to relieve the degree of knee joint pain of footballers.
The research problem is based on the fact that the degree of pain that afflicts football players to the extent that the player cannot play, so it needs to rehabilitative exercises to relieve and remove knee pain resulting from muscle tension and contraction or injury to the knee joint, which is produced through the wrong training and effort of the football players.

Using exercises backing the front and rear balls in the development of some of the individual skills of the attack football
Turning Researchers to the importance of the use of exercises backing the front and rear football universe research problem Tterczfa neglect this aspect by most coaches youth teams for ages 17-19 years in football and research aims to find out the impact of this exercise on the Researchers sample, which consisted of 20 players representing Youth police Club football was divided the sample into two experimental applied by the exercises developed by Researchers for a period of eight weeks, with three training modules has been to focus attention on the main section of the unit training officer working with the angel training for the Police Club was used tests attack the individual (test scoring) and test (run with the ball ) and test (Shuffle) through tribal and dimensional tests and the conclusions show that exercise developed by Researchers significantly affected in the post tests of the experimental group that used the research topic and exercises recommended Researchers using these exercises with different age groups of football in Iraq

To achieve the goal of research on building a global measure of the most important physical parameters enjoyed by basketball young players in Babil province, the researchers identified the research community players, belonging to the centers and sports clubs and forums throughout the province of Babylon, totaling 58 players, were subjected to measurements group ,which represents the physical limitations, totaling (50) compared physically representing (length, weight, diameters and physical symptoms of and thickness of skin folds) in multiple parts of the body. 16 physical measurements were selected, which is good work. Then, the researchers confirmed statistically analyzed Using test (Ca 2) for good conformity.
Afterwards, the final statistical processing of the results of candidate measurements for analysis (16) is measured using factor analysis in a way of the basic components and rounding orthogonal. The analysis process produced to accept the four factors, which represents a group of physical measurements. The first factor, including diameters and symptoms of physical means, and the second factor is lengths and widths, the third factor is partial lengths of the body, and the fourth one is thick folds of skin.
