Abstract
The Iraqi Academics are considered the most enthusiastic
segment to spread dialogue and tolerance culture ever since the
establishment of the Iraqi State in 1921. Number of factors have led
to this such as the nature of cultural composition and the social
variation of this class , in addition to the influence of cultural
sources. Therefore, boosting them has become an urgent need and
that can be done via many ways. Freedom of expression,
appropriate legislations to support their scientific efforts as well as
financial help could be one way. While documenting their
productions and activating the UNSCO suggestion to find Higher
Education Academy in Iraq could be even a better one.
