The main aims of thisresearch is to identify the leve of these intrastraction in university students according the two variable gender and specialty study ,where formed a scale to detect the Maladaptive cognitive schema consist of (63) paragraph, and applied on (400) sample (male, female) Babylon university student, where found that the existence of Maladaptive cognitive schema in them, and there is no differences between them due to variable (sex and specialty study), and this mean that the pedagogic methods of parenting and relationships between family members influence the determination of the behavior pattern from which its issued.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the following measures:
1-The measure of the readiness of the hope was formed from (27) paragraph and after verifying its validity and stability using the re-test method, and has reached the coefficient of stability (0.78) Cronbachs alpha.
2-The of self-efficiency beliefs (Tahira 2012)consisting of (45) Paragraph, after verifying its validity and stability using the retest method , and the coefficient of stability (0.83) Cronbach s alpha.
3-The mental driving scale (Kohl 2014), consisting of(47) Paragraph, and after verifying its validity and stability using the re-test method ,and has reached the coefficient of stability (0.86) Cronbach s alpha.
The study reached the following results:
1-The students of secondary school students who are outstanding and their regular peers enjoy a high level of readiness for hope ,self-efficacy beliefs and mental motivation.
2- The level of secondary school students who are outstanding students are higher than their ordinary secondary school in readiness of hope also. the level of (4th,5th)grade are higher than( 5th ) grade ordinary secondary schools in readiness of hope.
3-There is no difference in statistics significance between readiness for hope and self – efficiency beliefs, mental motivation among secondary statistics according to the variables gender (male, female) (4th and 5th)grade and the type of school outstanding, ordinary) among signicance level (0.05).

The conclusions:

The study aims at investigating the emphasis on higher-order thinking skills by university instructors in teaching and assessment of English as a foreign language, at the same time it aims at discovering the students' attitude (positive/negative) to higher-order thinking skills at the Department of English, College of Education, University of Al Qadisiyah .In order to achieve the aims of the study one questionnaire is directed to (24) university instructors and another questionnaire is directed to (60)students, at the university level, in addition to the analysis of (100) questions constructed by the same instructors according to Bloom's(1956)classification of thinking skills. The results obtained indicate that university instructors emphasize the use of higher-order thinking skills in teaching and assessment of English as a foreign language, but they avoid the use of two skills when they test the students, namely, synthesis and evaluation because they think that such skills could be difficult for the students. It is also indicated that the students have a positive attitude to higher-order thinking skills.

The first chapter included the identification of the problem of formal and unplanned morphology and the introduction of the modern forms identified in this method to prevent diseases infected with phosphate. The purpose of the research was also determined:
• Identify the heritage and environment representations in contemporary Iraqi art.
• To reach design indicators inspired by the vocabulary and values of the original heritage to be used in contemporary Iraqi art.

The problem of this research is to identify the patterns and habits of students in the English sections of English-speaking satellite channels in this particular society, which constitutes a specific scientific and social environment. This research sought to answer a number of questions, English at the University of Baghdad for English-language satellite channels ?, What is the exposure behavior of English language students at the University of Baghdad to English-language satellite channels ?, What are the differences between different groups of search variables of the sex of the subjects Yen colleges and their academic levels in the exposure of satellite channels ?, English-speaking and content favored by scholars of students in the departments of English-speaking satellite channels in English..
There are statistically significant differences between the different groups of research variables (sex, college, school stage) and regular exposure to English-speaking satellite channels. The second hypothesis: There are statistically significant differences between different groups of search variables The researcher used the questionnaire tool to conduct a field study on a random sample of (240) respondents, including (141) female students Female and (99) male students studying in the English language departments of the faculties of languages, literature and education at the University of Baghdad, who form the research community.
The research found a number of results, the most important of which were: The absence of a significant relationship between the sex and the exposure to English-language satellite channels. The results of the research showed that 52% (37%) were distributed by (45) female respondents and (23) male respondents. The respondents who watch the English-speaking satellite channels (23) times more than the total number of recurrences The research shows that the English-speaking satellite channels (185) are researched and distributed. The frequency of those who watch them regularly is 12 females and 11 males. The results confirm that MBC, The films in English are the most preferred among the students in the English language departments, in addition to the interest of students in watching English-language news channels. The results showed differences between males and females about the favorite content of the respondents. The results showed that the content preferred by the students in the English language departments at Baghdad University is concentrated on the entertainment and news content, which is consistent with the results of the research regarding the channels of the students' favorite channels. -The sample was chosen purposely, individuals of sample was (40) male and female student, the problem of research was as follows:- What is the extent of aggressive behaviors for the elementary schools pupils in Babel province?
-The important of research has come:- (Educational process is considered as a modifying for the individual's behavior , his trends and his acquaintances) , the need for the research was (The need to a methodical way goes up to ordered steps in designing process of education and learning and then implementing and evaluating them in shed of previous-specified aims for it), Limits of research included (Temporal as (Education year 2017-2018), (Spatial limit by: Republic of Iraq/ Babel) , by subject (Aggressive behavior).
-While aims of the research were :(There is no significant differences with statistical evidence for the aggressive behavior at evidence level of (0.05) between average of scores of two groups ( controlling and experimental groups) about their answers for items of educational design in the before test).

To achieve results of research according to the first zero hypothesis (There is no differences with statistical evidences at level of (0.05) between average scores of pupils of two groups (controlling and experimental groups) for their answers of items of educational designing by after test) , via table no.(2)
Through tab.(2) we noticed the calculated value of (T-test) equals to (1,298) at evidence level of (0.05) with freedom degree of (38) and it is lesser than tabular ( 2,021), means acceptance of the hypothesis, in other words, the pupils of the two groups lie at one starting line before proceeding the experiment.
2- To achieve the results of results according to the second zero hypothesis : There are no differences of statistical evidence at level (0.05) between average degrees of the two groups ( controlling and experimental) about their aggressive behavior up to the evaluation form for the results of after test

The current study aims at investigating the effect of learning by oriented discovery and advanced organizations in the achievements of eleventh grade male students, scientific – sector, in Arabic grammar subject. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher selected randomly Althowra secondary for the boys to apply his experiment, which the search sample amounted to (100) students by (32) students in each of the first experimental and control group, and (36) students in the second experimental group, and then the researcher requite statistically between the three groups in the variables may affect the findings of the experiment and it: the age of students measured in months, their grades in the half-year exam (2010-2011), and academic achievement to parents. Then the researcher put the specification table of the achievements test that he prepared it to the subject six in the specific Arabic language, which marked by valid and reliable, and contains (40) items distributed on five levels of classification of Bloom from type of multiple-choice, and the researcher used the following statistical means: One way analysis of variance, Chi-Squire Test, difficulty and discrimination coefficient, equation of incorrect alternatives, correlation coefficient of Pearson, Coefficient of Spearman-Brown, equation of Kauder Richardson –20, equation of Cronbac, and method of sheffe. After the results analyzing, the researcher found to students of the second experimental group, which studied by the organizations developed way advance on the first experimental group, which studied, by the oriented discovery, and the control group, which studied by the traditional way, and advancement of the first experimental group on the control group in achievement.

The present research sought to study the aesthetic dimensions of the techniques used in the art of graphite according to the works related to the system of constructional, stylistic and technical relations of the aesthetic structure of the kravite visual scene, which witnessed a variety of related materials used in the techniques of showing the image, Its formative of color, line and texture... Etc., which showed the aesthetics of a variety of technical visions, based on the mechanisms of the construction of multiple centers and rational tendencies, adopted by the art of postmodernism, which achieved the aesthetic privacy of the structure of the image, according to a new virtual level away from traditional concepts to relate to the concept of consumer culture or art of advertising design. The research included four chapters. The first chapter concerned the problem of research, which was the question: What are the aesthetic dimensions of the techniques of showing in the art of graphite? It deals with the origin of art and its works according to the concepts of postmodern art, as well as addressing the most prominent techniques used in it. The theoretical framework has resulted in indicators that have been fixed as points of knowledge to support the formulation of the analysis system that was carried out according to the research requirements in the research procedures. The third chapter included (research procedures), including the research community, and the method of selecting the analysis model that was chosen intentionally in proportion to the research objective. Then the reasons for choosing it were identified, and then the research tool was identified and the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted as a method for analyzing the models and then analyzing them according to an analysis system prepared for this purpose.
