Abstract
The importance of guardianship lies in the fact that it represents a turning point
in the fate of the Islamic unity in terms of religious interests, scientific and intellectual transformations, and political trends. Thus, the guardianship is a matter of belief before it is a matter of jurisprudence. Sometimes it is within the realm of legislation because it is a legal position granted by God Almighty whereby a person can manage social, political and economic matters for the people in general. Because Islam and the laws of organization and affairs it brought about are based on government and guardianship, both of which are woven into Islam. There are provisions related to the ruler and the Sultan, as well as the chapters on judiciary, borders, enjoining good and forbidding what is wrong, and holding Friday, groups and primary jihad, whether that is dependent on the infallible or otherwise, especially among the public. It is known that the establishment of the Hudud is delegated to the Imam of Islam who was appointed by God Almighty, and accordingly it is a mandate given by the holy street to the Prophet O - or the infallible Imam after him. There is no doubt that it depends on the subjective or acquired qualifications and is not given randomly, and the other in the world of formation and existence, which is the authority in the world of existence. And it is one of the esoteric matters and psychological powers that a person who is full of the Prophet or Imam Ali can possess and deal with - so that his will becomes ruling over the world of formation

Abstract
تكمن أهمية الولاية في كونها تمثل نقطة تحول في مصير الأمة الإسلامية من حيث المصالح الدينية والتحولات العلمية والفكرية والاتجاهات السياسية، وبهذا تكون الولاية أمراً اعتقادياً قبل أن تكون أمراً فقهياً، فهي تارة تكون في نطاق عالم التشريع لأنها منصب قانوني يُمنح من قبل الله سبحانه وتعالى، يستطيع الشخص بموجبه أن يدبر الأمور الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية للناس عامة لأن الإسلام وما جاء به من قوانين لتنظيم شؤون المجتمع الإنساني مبنيّ على أساس الحكومة والولاية، فكلاهما من نسج الإسلام، فهناك أحكام مرتبطة بالحاكم والوالي والسلطان، فضلاً عن أبواب القضاء والحدود والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، وإقامة الجمعة والجماعات والجهاد الابتدائي سواء كان ذلك مرهوناً بالمعصوم أم غيره ولا سيما عند العامة، ومعلوم أنّ إقامة الحدود مفوضة إلى إمام الإسلام الذي نصّب من قبل الله سبحانه وتعالى، وعلى هذا فهي ولاية موهوبة من قبل الشارع المقدس إلى النبي (صلى الله عليه واله) أو الإمام المعصوم من بعده، ومما لا شك فيه أنها تعتمد على المؤهلات الذاتية أو الاكتسابية ولا تعطى لأحد جزافاً، وأخرى في عالم التكوين والوجود، وهي عبارة عن السلطة في عالم الوجود، وهي من الأمور الباطنية والقوى النفسية التي يمكن لإنسان كامل كالنبي (صلى الله عليه واله) أو الإمام (عليه السلام) أن يمتلكها ويتناولها بحيث تصبح إرادته حاكمة على عالم التكوين والوجود، ومن هنا، جاءت دراستنا لترصد أبعاد الولاية في التفسير المنسوب للإمام الحسن العسكري(عليه السلام).
