I called this research (Abu Ala'a Al-Ma'ari among Arab historians and English
Orientalists); Al-Ma'ari was not immune from the orientalists; he received his share
of them with types of charges; such as disbelief, heresy, atheism, etc., and offended
his belief and literature; these accusations were mentioned by contemporaries to
him, and others added by the later, and after objective study of what Arab historians
have written, we found that most of them came out of envy, ignorance, or blind
fanaticism, without examination or scrutiny; these charges are caught by Orientalists,
as postulate views, so they used them to serve their Orientalist goals; we have refuted
these charges with evidence, in which we tried to adhere to objectivity in terms of
transfer and reason; and we had results that unveiled the poor and stereotype image
of Abu Ala'a.

For companies, a crisis is described as an unexpected disruption of
companies. Therefore, it must take the necessary precautions to avoid
interruptions in its operations and properly manage these urgent situations.
Small and medium enterprises are the foundation of the nation’s economy. Due
to several characteristics, these companies can manage financial crises very
easily, however SMEs can also be completely devastated by financial crises.
The current study used the survey method, the triple Likert scale method was
used, (30) small and medium companies were employed in this study, and the
research sample was chosen from the contracting companies sector operating
in Iraq. The aim of the study is to determine the reasons for the impact of
the financial crisis on the corporate sector. Contracting companies operating
in Iraq, and the results of the study showed that the financial crisis had a very
small impact on the work of the contracting companies sector run by small and
medium companies in Iraq.

The study of the purposes of Islamic law is a legal necessity for every striving to
attain the truth. The knowledge of the purposes is the pillar that protects the mind
from falling into error. Because it includes methodological controls through which
the mufti can reach the truth, and the purposes of the Sharia were and still are the
approved in all the calamities and developments facing the Islamic nation at every
time and place, so the mujtahid must be aware of them.
Hence the importance of the purposes in the fatwa appears, but the fatwa in the
light of the purposes has controls that must be observed by the diligent; In order for
the fatwa to be moderate and undisturbed, and in this research shed light on the
most important of these controls.

This study summarizes the title: “The Impact of Electronic Banking on the
Islamic Bank of Iraq” and it is a prelude to research that encompasses all
elements of research، and it has been advanced to prepare and compose the
study is the researcher “Qahtan Yassin Jasim al-Obaidi”، which included the first
requirement to describe the concepts and types of electronic services، while
ensuring the definition of the Iraqi Islamic Bank، and the second requirement
to indicate the impact of electronic banking services on the Iraqi Islamic Bank،
and individual business services in particular

The jursprudential impact of using the common in its meanings is one of
the important of knowledge، as it governs، and gives him a faculty in controlling
jurisprudential issues، and jursprudence of the family is one of the sciences that must
be taken care of، people need to control their lives according to Sharia، marriage and
divorce are among the most important The provisions of the family because of the
people’s need for it، so it clarified through the research what is meant by marriage
according to the jurists، as well as the issue of the occurrence of forced divorce
according to the jurists، a person may be compelled to utter the divorce، so the
scholars mentioned the issue of his divorce، as it is one of the important issues that
must be examined due to its importance in the Sharia. The Muslim must be aware
of it، sol examined the jurisprudential effect of the difference in the permissibility
of carrying the common word to its meanings، or the inadmissibility of carrying it in
family rulings.

When I decided to collect what was scattered among the folds of books regarding
this topic، I made my study an introduction and three topics: In the first topic، I
mentioned the disagreement that occurred between the moderns and the ancients
in the construction of (actor) in terms of its name and action، and the second topic
is the difference in (yes، bad، favourable، and not favourable). About its verbal and
nominative، and the third topic: In this topic، we gathered several words، namely
(was، its sisters، Kad، and its sisters) in terms of their completeness and imperfection،

of them and the actuality of the other، and there is a difference in the actual and

The research sheds light on the grammatical perspective when one of the
scholars of literature and criticism, Dia al-Din Ibn al-Atheer al-Jazari, died
in the year 637 AH. Usage, and the impact of that use on the semantics of
speech, which is close to the deliberative perspective of grammar, at the same
time that represents a (grammatical discourse) specific to Ibn al-Atheer, and
this perspective was divided into two aspects: the first is the intellectual aspect,
the research tried to investigate what was involved Ibn al-Atheer from
grammatical thinking, and this was done in the first topic. As for the other, he
represented the process of reflecting grammatical thinking on his dealing with
texts in his attempts to reveal the value of grammatical functions in them. The
conclusion included the most important findings of the research.

One of the important things that help a person to know the matter of religion
and this world is the request for knowledge that lights the way for people
and transfers them from ignorance and darkness to knowledge and its light.
The pursuit of knowledge does not come with ease, but rather with diligence,
follow-up, and great patience that accompanies its owner until his death, and

It is also a basis for education, advocacy, science and work. The purpose of
studying the biography is not just to tell stories and events, no, but rather its

his life, meaning that the study of the Prophet’s biography is nothing but an
applied work that aims to embody the religion with its practical reality in its

The lack of legislative development in technology-importing developing
countries is one of the most important reasons for the compliance by these
countries when concluding contracts for technology transfer. When concluding
any technology transfer contract، technology-supplying countries include
restrictions or conditions that restrict the importer of this technology from
exploiting it in a way right for the purpose of achieving political، commercial or
economic goals and functions.
The urgent need for technology in the development process is what made
these countries yield to the supplying authorities and accept such conditions
despite the great arbitrariness in the formulation of these conditions by the
(advanced) supplying countries because they are superior in the field of drafting
contracts as well as negotiating before concluding them، which upsets the
balance in the contract Technology importing countries do not have sufficient
experience in drafting contracts and negotiating before concluding them،
which makes them accept such conditions that inflate production costs and
make them in permanent need and are unable to compete with technology
supplying countries in the future.

The idea of the research is based on the non-acceptance of the saying (that the
word “general” is used for good, and the word “The year” is used for evil at most of
their connotations); The researcher collected the words indicating (The year) in the
Holy Qur’an, which are four, (the Sunnah, the year, the year, and the argument), and
began to study its lexical connotations, then moved on to enumerating them in the
noble verses, then detailing the saying in explaining its implications in the light of the
sayings of the ancients from Interpreters and linguists, then the researcher mentions
his opinion, which he concluded after comparison, reflection and analysis, in the
light of the context, without neglecting the pivotal significance.

The research dealt with the study of two verses from the Book of God Almighty,
an analytical study of the linguistic, syntactic, and rhetorical aspects,
with mention of the readings, the reasons for revelation, the virtues of the surah,
its purposes, the general meaning of the verse, highlighting the benefits,
and so on.
Its nature necessitated that it include an introduction, two chapters, and a
conclusion. The first topic dealt with an analytical study of the term: (sensitivity)
contained in verse: (87) of Surat Yusuf, and it included two requirements.
As for the second topic: I dealt with what is related to (espionage) mentioned
in verse (12) of Surat Al-Hujurat, and it included two requirements, then
I concluded it with a conclusion, and established the sources and references.

hold different or competing positions, while others allow diversity in the matter
within their sects or groupings. In this research, I shed light on the origins of the
Baptists, their beliefs, the most important sects and what distinguishes them from
other Christian sects - ancient and modern - and from God is success.

The title of the research: The noble article on what is obligatory for the one
who professes ، authored by the chief investigator، the mark of the later، the
