The research included several axes, the first focused on the roots of the US administration’s relations with Libya until 1988 and discussed the historical background of those relations, in order for the reader to understand the dimensions of the US administration’s policy in Libya, while the second axis continued the internationalization of the Lockerbie case in the UN Security Council, and the role of the International Court of Justice In managing discussions and disputes between the two countries on the Lockerbie issue, and the third axis focused on the issue of Libya after the Lockerbie incident until 1998, and the fourth axis reviewed the reasons for the US administration to overthrow the Muammar Gaddafi regime in 2011. The research relied on a variety of sources and references according to the requirements of the research topic.

This research focus on studying the continuous aspect in comparison to the perfect aspect in the verb tense, and studies its application to the Qur’anic text. The continuous verb is not studied as a fourth form of the verb (past, present and imperative), but instead it is applied to all of these forms. Each of these forms can be perfect at times, and continuous at other times, depending on the context in which it is mentioned, as the context is what determines the significance of the verb whether it was perfect or continuous.
In this research, the past tense was chosen only, in order to indicate the aspect of continuity in it and apply it to examples from the Holy Qur’an to indicate the state of transformation in this verb from the supposed perfection to continuity, as well as showing the possible indications that result from the continuous aspect acquired by the verb due to the context in which it came.

One of the concepts that have become popular for women's access to their rights and equality with men is gender, and it examines the image of women and men drawn by society according to inherited customs and traditions away from biological features. The issue of gender is the role of men and women imposed on them by society .
The research is based on tracing this societal vision in the novel "Lions are worthy of you" after presenting the efforts of researchers who studied gender such as :Abdullah Al-Ghadami and Abdullah Ibrahim. And "black benefits you" can be considered a gender text because it shows the relationship of a man and a woman. By extrapolating the text with its linguistic, objective and constructive events and Jokes, it was ensured that the text is in harmony with reality, including male bullying and women's rebellion against reality in order to reach actual equality, not just verbal.

The research deals with the study of the argumentative actors and links in Surat Al-Qasas, relying on the descriptive and analytical method. Through it, it was found that the connections formed a prominent effect on the orbital process, As well as its impact on interconnectedness and harmony. Therefore, the argumentative links have an advantage in linking arguments and results in explanation and removing ambiguity and ambiguity. The study proved that the relationships produced by the orbital connections vary according to the heterogeneity of the links, and this allows for a set of relationships. Among them, the relationship of sequence, causation, perception and explanation. The argumentative factors are based on the fact that they limit the significance of the speech to what the intended intention of the addressee. By directing an intended sign to the addressee, and this direction and restriction leads to the influence and persuasion that is obtained through the expressive means and the linguistic capabilities that the speaker has.

current research aims to know level of teaching practices of mathematics teachers according to skills of the twenty-first century. Researcher followed descriptive approach to achieve the goal of the research, and the community consisted of mathematics teachers and female teachers in middle schools who numbered (156) teachers and schools, including (30) teachers and schools of the basic research sample randomly selected, the research tool represented by the observation card for the skills of the twenty-first century, which consisted of ( 30) items divided into three domains (learning and creativity skills, digital culture skills, life and profession skills), the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed to be applied to the research sample after analyzing the statistical data based on (SPSS), and the results showed:

The current research is concerned with studying (The Formal Combination in the Sculptures of Ahmed Al-Bahrani & Alessandro Calo) and discovering the assembly and synthetic technical skills of their sculptures. Hence, The first chapter included the methodological framework of the research, the research problem that formulated the hypothesis according to the following question (What is the formal combination in the sculptures of (Ahmed Al-Bahrani & Alessandro Calo)? Then, the importance of the research and the need for it, the research objective, the limits of the research, and the definition of terminology, while the theoretical framework included, first: (the concept of philosophical and artistic combination), second: (formal combination in modern and contemporary arts). As for the research procedures, it included, first: the method used in the research, as the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach, then the researcher identified the research community with (60) sculptural works for both sculptors, then the research sample was determined, which was represented by (6) models chosen intentionally, then the researcher reviewed the results and conclusions.

The phenomenon of female spinsterhood is one of the social problems that spread in societies where wars abound and the economic, health and social reality deteriorates, especially in Arab societies in general and the study area in particular.
The research aims to reveal the phenomenon of delayed female marriage in the city of Al-Amarah during the year (2021), and to know the demographic, economic and social characteristics of spinster females. Among the economic, social, health, personal and other reasons contributed to the males’ reluctance to marry and the rise of spinsterhood, and knowing the most important reasons for the delay in female marriage necessitated the development of solutions to them.

This study dealt with the theme of Arabic proverbs because of its great importance. The study focused on a main objective represented in showing the reasons for the agreement of meanings and the difference of constructs, which are due to the multiplicity of human experiences and the difference of environments, social classes, and the differences in cultures and ideas among the individuals of society. Thus, all these factors that were mentioned lead to a difference in expression and a difference in the use of appropriate utterances in specific situations. The results of the study clearly confirmed the existence of this difference by analysing samples of Arab proverbs that this study involved. The significance of this study lies in clarifying the importance of the proverbs and their effective role in daily life throughout the ages, because the proverbs have a great impact for the receiver and the user at the same time.

The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of using Quasnir's segments in teaching mathematics on the achievement of female students Fourth grade of primary school, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher formulated the hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average achievement scores of the experimental group students (who study mathematics using Quasner’s cut-offs) and the average achievement scores of the control group students (who study the same subject in the same way). The current research was limited to fourth grade students in one of the schools in Maysan Governorate for the academic year (2018/2019) , the researcher relied on the experimental design with two groups, experimental and the second control, and the number of sample members was (70) female students. By (35) female students for the experimental group and(35)female students for the control group. The two research groups were rewarded in several variables (pre-knowledge test in mathematics, chronological age calculated by month, previous achievement in mathematics. An achievement test of (20) items was prepared and the validity of the content was verified, and the Kewder-Richardon equation was used to calculate the stability of the achievement test and its value was (0.85) , and the (t-test) was used) for two independent samples for data processing, and the researcher found a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental and control group and in favor of the experimental group in the achievement test, and accordingly the researcher made some recommendations and suggestions .

Urban sprawl against the agricultural lands is considered one of the most important problems resulted from the swift housing growth in the developing states, for the agricultural lands are exposed to pressures and erosion as a result of this sprawl, urbanization process and weakness of deterrent laws. The Amara City had witnessed a noticed growth in averages of housing as a result of development requirements, population in the city rose from 272286 persons in 1997 to 577543 persons in 2020, and consequently caused settlement of numbers of inhabitants in the agricultural zones and changed plenty of land; from agricultural to housing and service ones, the matter that shared in the decrease of agricultural lands in Amara City, the thing that the occupied lands, preoccupied with housing and services amounted to 251 hectares during the five stages in which the city passed.

The subject of the study is the hypocrisy and its reasons and the ways to prohibit it. The author aims in this study to verify the definition of hypocrisy and the linguistic derivation of the hypocrisy Word also verify the idiomatic meaning of it.
In this paper, the concept of hypocrisy has been searched and its prosperities which mentioned by Qur'an and its reasons and the ways to prevent it.
The author confirm that the new material in this study was the verification of the reasons which lead to the hypocrisy and explaining the methods that can prevent the hypocrisy. also the way of dealing with the hypocrisy according the Qur'an's concept. As a result, the author shows that there is a misdemeanant reasons and actional reasons.
