This study uses the Natural Variation decomposition technique, which is a great tool for solving fractional biological population equations. The fractional derivatives are described in terms of the Caputo's operator sense. A series of variation components that converge to the exact solution of the problem are used to describe the outcome of the suggested technique. Examples are provided to demonstrate how the suggested technique can be used.

This study describes the statistical characteristics of new probability distribution called Double Weighted Exponentiated Rayleigh Distribution, including probability, cumulative, reliability, hazard and reverse hazard functions, moments and the moment generating function, some important coefficients and others. The unknown scale parameter for this distribution estimated using two different styles which are the moments and the maximum likelihood estimation methods. Later, a simulation study employing the mean square errors criteria is carried out in order to determine which of these two estimators is the most accurate. The moment estimator has been determined to be the most effective for all sample sizes.

Statins are among the most commonly used drugs to lower cholesterol, and rosuvastatin is one of the most important statins, as it inhibits the HMG-CoA enzyme and targets the liver more than other statins. Elderly patients usually receive these drugs to prevent cardiovascular disease. It is known that exposure to drugs for a long time can lead to disorders in some organs, so the study current aimed to find out the effect of rosuvastatin treatment on liver tissues and to what extent it affects biochemical indicators of liver function in albino rats, serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and gamma-glutamyltransferase (GGT) were determined.

In this paper we study the second moment in stochastic differential equation when this equation
contains colored noise and white noise . In order to solve this equation we use several steps and
derivations when we get the results, we will have several equations that we solved in numerical ways
through MATLAB, then we give assumed values for the parameters and we make a table for the
second moment with the proposed values, In the second part we find a probability density function
(pdf), and we take a maximum likelihood to this pdf and find result the posterior to colored noise
from proposed function.

The mobile adhoc network is highly dependent on the energy parameter of the mobile
nodes, it suffers from different threats wich target the service performance of thed network. The
packets transferred through intermediate nodes are subject to attack and the routing informationhas
become a subject for malicious threats. In this paper a trust model is presented based on the
computation of different parameters to improve the performance of intrusion detection in mobile
adhoc network. The trust model computes the direct trust between different agents. Similarly the
method computes the indirect trust which is propagated by the direct trust which is computed
between third party. The method monitors the network and stores the logs about the data packet being
forwarded. At each time when a node has a packet it performs neighbor discovery and route
discovery. Then for each route the method compute the trust weight and each intermediate node has
been verified for its location factor. Based on trust weight computed the method selects an efficient
forwarding neighbor to send the data packet.Finally the method computes the recommendation trust
between different agents to perform intrusion detection. Using all these measures the method
performs intrusion detection on the mobile adhoc network.

Renal failure is a disorder in which the kidneys are unable to maintain the fluid, electrolyte, and pH
balance of the extracellular fluids as well as remove metabolic waste products from the blood. The current
study's objective was to investigate the relationship between the TNF-α promoter -264 C/T single nucleotide
polymorphism (SNP) ,and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in renal failure with and without diabetic mellitus
patients compared to control. This study was conducted in the laboratories of Thi-Qar University's College
of Education for Pure Sciences in collaboration with Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital, Nasiriyah General
Hospital, and Thi-Qar Center for Nephrology and Dialysis in Thi-Qar Province from February 2022 to
March 2023. The study included 40 renal failure with D.M patients, 40 patients without DM and 40 control.
By using the PCR technique, the TNF-promoter gene polymorphism -264 C/T was identified, and
genotyping was verified by direct sequencing. The current study found that there is a significant effect of
TNF-α gene in renal failure patients with and without D.M compared to control. In addition, this study
demonstrated an inverse correlation between effect of TNF-alpha gene on end-stage renal disease and
decreased eGFR. The study concluded that there was a significant effect of TNF- α gene polymorphism is
associated with markers of kidney disease severity and distant organ dysfunction among patients with RF. In
addition, this study found correlation between effect of TNF-alpha gene on end-stage renal disease and
decreased eGFR.

In this study, several conclusions of fixed point theorems for GP-metric spaces are developed using lower
semi-continuous mappings. We also extend Karapinar's findings that depend on partial metric spaces.

The aim objective of this article, we introduced the problem of one-sided approximation of
unbounded functions in weighted space ???????????????????????????? by using some liner operators in terms the average
modulus of smoothness. In addition we established the relation between ????-functional and average
modulus of smoothness. Also, we show that unbounded functions in weighted space ???????????????????????????? to
approximate by algebraic and trigonometric polynomials.

The aim of currentstudy was to determine the expression of the FOXA1 protein in human bladder cancer, and demonstration of correlations between this parameters and clinical pathologic variables as grade and stage of tumour,non muscle invasive tumour and also by using this marker can classify bladder cancer in to basal and luminal type. The Current study is designed to detect the role of FOXA1expression in bladder carcinoma as a possible marker for detecting the biological behaviour of malignancy and its correlation with grade and muscle invasiveness for both diagnostic and prognostic purposes. The Current study focuses on a technique of immunohistochemistry for detection FOXA1expression in bladder cancer. The samples are collected randomly in southern Iraq in AL-Nasiriya city from AL Hussein teaching hospital. Number of samples is (100) of bladder tissue, ( 70)of bladder cancer tissue and (30) controls benign tissue. Results of this study reveal that FOXA1 expression is positive in( 29) out of (70) sample. The study approves that FOXA1 expressed was increased in low grade bladder cancer( 63.6%), FOXA1 expression high in the early tumour stage as (Ta) stage (94.7%), FOXA1 expression was high in non-muscle invasive (85.7%) ,FOXA1 has also shown an increase in male with bladder cancer represent (51.1).

Emphasis was placed on studying the numerical classification of some genera of the Leguminosae
family because of its great importance in the field of classification unit character is a characteristic or
characteristic possessed by any object through which a particular situation can be described. Thus,
the main objective of the numerical classification is clear, which is to prepare or provide an accurate
classification that contains the largest amount of information. The species under study have a high
medical and economic importance, as it was shown through the results of the research the extent of
similarity and difference between them from the tree diagram and the selected traits, as the highest
percentage of similarity between the two genus of vigna and Vicia reached 55%. And the Vicia of it
for the genus Albizia.

In this study, we construct the fuzzy soft rectangular b-metric space first, and then define the fuzzy soft
convergence sequence, also known as the fuzzy soft Cauchy sequence, in this space. In addition, we defined
fuzzy soft contraction mapping and proved its fixed point in fuzzy soft rectangular b-metric space.

Organic dyes employ in traditional Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) results in both high cost and
low stability under light exposure. In this study, we present an inorganic semiconductor
heterostructure solar cell based in ordered thin film of MoS2 deposited on one-dimensional nanorods
array of TiO2 which were produced via simple two-steps by hydrothermal method. The solar cell
MoS2/TiO2 heterostructure exhibit a good fill factor, and a greatly enhanced power conversion
efficiency. The research presented here will provide a path for creating heterostructure inorganic
materials for highly efficient solar cells .

Hyperprolactinemia status is commonly known as abnormal levels of prolactin hormone in
the blood due to endocrine disorder. So far, there is no evidence explaining whether
hyperprolactinemia affected Pancreas gland and vitamin D level in male. Therefore, this study aimed
to eliminate hyperprolactinemia affecting the Pancreas gland by treating it with vitamin D
supplements. Eighteen male rats were equally divide into three groups: The first group (6 rats):
received normal saline for 42 days. The second group (6 rats): rats were given 5 mg/kg
metoclopramide by intraperitoneal injection for hyperprolactinemia induction for 14 days. The third
group (6 rats): hyperprolactinemic rats received 2.5 mg/kg vitamin D3 for 28 days.
After the end of experimental) 42days(,hormonal parameters (prolactin, insulin, and vitamin D3)
were measure, and the Pancreas gland was remove for routine paraffin-embedded section staining
with hematoxylin and eosin staining. The result of the study revealed a significant decrease (P≤0. 01)
in prolactin hormone concentration and a significant increase (P≤0. 01) in D3 concentration and
insulin hormone Group 3compared with Group2. Histological examination of parts of the pancreas
gland treated with vitamin D showed a remarkable recovery in the size and number of cells, and the
cells became abundant in the cytoplasm. It was also noted that the nuclei returned to a size close to
normal and took on a regular, spherical shape and central location compared to the
hyperprolactinemia group. The study concluded that vitamin D had a protective effect on Pancreas
gland by stabilizing insulin hormone level and restoration histological architectures throughout
pancreas gland.

In December 2019, a respiratory disease called COVID19 appeared in the city of Wuhan, China,
and spread globally. This disease is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, and constitutes the
greatest threat to public health in recent decades. Currently, it is vital to study this disease at a
multidisciplinary level to find effective treatments, as well as to understand its development and
impact within human history. This review article focuses on recapitulating the information known to
date about this virus, its origin, characteristics, and the strategies that various governments have
adopted in recent months.

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated disease (a disease with an unclear cause that is characterized by
inflammation caused by dysfunction of the immune system) that causes inflammation in the
body.This study included 100 patients and 50 healthy.Aquestionnaire was included sex and age of
psoriatic patients and healthy subjects, also, psoriatic patients were distributed according to the
period of infection, family history, severity of psoriasis, and comorbidities of psoriasis. Enzymelinked
immunosorbent assay (ELISA) used to measure the concentration levels of cytokines
interleukin-17 (IL-17) and interleukin-4(IL-4) in the serum of the studied samples from both groups.
The present results showed no significant differences between psoriatic patients and healthy subjects
according to age(P=0.247) andsex (P=0.643), while asignificant differences was observed
betweenpsoriatic patients inperiod of infection (P=0.000), family history (P=0.001), severity of
psoriasis (P=0.000) and comorbidities of psoriasis (P=0.000), as well, the current results indicated an
increase in the concentration level of IL-17 in psoriatic patients (150.61±55.7 pg/mL) compared with
its concentration levels in healthy individuals (96.55±34.pg/mL), with significant difference (P=0.00)
at (P≤0.05). Adecrease in the concentration levels of IL-4 in psoriatic patients (136.8±51.9 pg/mL)
was observed in this study compared with its concentration levels in healthy individuals
(193.84±69.10 pg/mL) with a significant difference between the two groups (P=0.002). It can be
concluded that there is an immunologic imbalance of T cells in psoriasis, which is associated with the
upregulation of IL-17 and the downregulation of IL-4 in the circulation. This immune dysregulation,
which plays a key role in the disease progression.

Biofilm formation is a critical factor for K. pneumoniae's ability to cause disease, as it shields the
bacteria from the immune response of serum and phagocytosis. K. pneumoniae commonly employs biofilm
formation as a survival strategy. A global issue of bacteria developing resistance to multiple drugs causes
numerous deaths each year. To address the rising prevalence of drug-resistant bacteria, various legislative
actions have been implemented to restrict or eliminate the use of antibiotics. Klebsiella pneumoniae, a
bacteria commonly associated with healthcare-related infections, exhibits high levels of antibiotic resistance
and is known for its ability to form biofilms. This research aimed to isolate and identify K. pneumoniae
strains obtained from clinical samples in Samawwa city , Iraq, and also determining their antibiotic
resistance patterns and capacity for biofilm production. The isolation of K. pneumoniae was carried out on
inpatients in Samawwa between September and December 2022. The identification process involved
analyzing colony morphology on selective media (Hichrom agar and ESBL agar), microscopic examination,
and biochemical testing. Antibiotic susceptibility testing and biofilm-producing capacity assessment were
conducted using the Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method and microtiter plate assays which is known as a 96-
well plate, is a quantitative method used with a microplate reader to determine the production of biofilm,
respectively .A total of 85(40%) K. pneumoniae isolates were isolated from 215 total clinical samples during
the study. The majority of the samples were gathered from male and female patients spanning an age range
of 3 to 90 years. These samples were primarily acquired from urine specimens.(67%). The majority of K.
pneumoniae strains exhibited high levels of antibiotic resistance, except for meropenem, imipenem, and
norfloxacin, which showed better inhibition .18%; 7% and 7.5% of resistance, respectively. In addition, 24
isolates were tested for capacity to biofilm production, 17 (63%) isolates were biofilm producers, with 10
(41%) isolates as moderate, and 6 (38%) isolates as weak biofilm producers.

To calculate the tidal constituents in the Shatt al-Arab River estuary and determine the nature
of the dominant tides in the research area, a numerical model in one dimension using the Mike 11
software package was created. After calibration and model verification, it was discovered that there
was a good match between the model's results and field measurements in terms of water discharge
and sea level rise.
The model's findings revealed that the values for the key dominant constituents K1, O1, M2, and
S2, are 0.3374, 0.2154, 0.4763, and 0.1434, respectively.
Knowing the tidal regime in the study area, which turns out to be of a mixed type, semi-diurnal
dominant, is made possible by studying the analysis of the main constituents.

In this paper, a new type of contraction mapping is introduced, called generalized quasi like
contractive mapping, and three types of new iterative schemes are presented as multi_L_explicit four

environmentally friendly as fertilizers for wheat plants .also, Increasing wheat yield by improving the
overall vegetative and physiological characteristics. The experiment was for the wheat plant
cultivars utilizing two types, IPA99 and Abograib. plants sprayed with three different concentrations
of ZnoNPs & SA (0, 50, 75, and100) ppm in three different Treatments,T1 foliar spraying SA , T2
foliar spraying ZnoNPS , and T3 foliar spraying SA & ZnoNP. The results showed the best effect of
T3 at75 ppm on the Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b and Carotene on IPA99 cultivar, on the other hand
T1 display better effect on Chlorophyll a, Chlorophyll b and Carotene on both cultivars. while ,T3
at 100 ppm show less effects on both cultivars compared to the other treatment.

We study new types of generalized closed set called (????-generalized – semi closed set) by using semi-theta
closure operator. We examine its relation with both semi-????-closed and generalized – semi closed sets. We
also define ???? (generalized- semi, generalized-semi)-???????? and ???????? spaces and characterize some of their
properties. Moreover, we introduced the notion of ???? – generalized – semi – kernel of a subset ???? of ???? to

The aim of this study was to determine the antioxidant activities and their effect on the numbers of
Lactobacillus of dietary gum arabic and arginine supplemented in female rat. In this study, the common test
for measuring antioxidant activity of the plasma was evaluated using 2, 2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl assay
(DPPH. The active compounds were detected using GC-mass and the Lactobacillus bacteria was evaluated
by detecting them in the MRS culture medium, agar. The results showed that there were significant
differences between the studied groups, where the highest (87.00 ± 2.00) rate of antioxidants was recorded in
the group of gum Arabic and arginine, while the lowest (40.67 ± 2.51) percentage was recorded in the
positive control group. The results of GC-mass also showed the presence of many active compounds in the
extract of Arabic gum that act as antioxidants, microorganisms, allergens, and anti-cancer. The GA + AA
group also recorded the highest average number of Lactobacillus bacteria (240.66) compared to the rest of
the other groups. These findings support the notion that the gum arabic a good source of bioactive
compounds. From the study it was observed that there was a significantly increased (p ≤ 0.05) in plasma
total antioxidant capacity and increase the growth of Lactobacillus in rat after the consumption of gum
arabic and arginine.

The research study was carried out between December and May 2023 at the Biotechnology
Research Unit of Thi-Qar at Mazaya University College. the current study aimed to identify the
genetic polymorphisms of 120 samples to investigate the possible association of PC-1 gene
polymorphism with the diabetes mellitus. The observed PCR amplicons were subjected to the DNA
sequencing procedure. The discovered variants were then localized based on where they were located
within the reference genomic DNA sequences. The recent findings showed that the samples under
investigation had genetic variations that were unevenly distributed. Besides, the rs1044498,
A248C,also the high frequency variant is usually detected in three polymorphic modes, AA, AC, CC.
Homozygous AA pattern discovered in the majority of patients (62.5%) and normal specimens
(60%). However, each observed SNP was taken a particular pattern of variation differ from its mate
in terms of the investigated samples. Ultimately, a statistical analysis is required to evaluate the
possible association of the SNPs is tested samples, with the diabetes mellitus. As a result, the PC1
polymorphism was found to be associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance in the
current investigation.

The aim of the study was to know the chemical properties of some algae,Enteromorpha and
Cladophora,and some selected aquatic plants,Typha domingensis,Ceratophylum demersum,
Vallisneria eriaspiralis, Sodium, potassium and calcium at different times of the seasons.Cladophora
alga showed the highest percentage in water contentwhich amounted to (89.50%), proteins
(41.13%)and calcium (2.06%)while Enteromorpha algae showed the highest percentage in dry matter
which amounted to
(88.72%), carbohydrates (62.40%)and sodium (7.89%).
As for the plants,clear significant differences appeared in the different seasons, as the results showed
that the highest value of water content in the spring season was in each of Typha(85.42),
Vallisneria(95.81) while the rest of the seasons did not show significant differences between them.As
for the dry matter, the highest value was in the winter season in Typha (25.33)and Vallisneria
(9.56).The spring season was characterized by having the highest percentage of carbohydrates in each
of Typha(73.61) and Ceratophylum(44.98),And the highest percentage of proteins in the summer
season was in each of Typha (12.62) and Ceratophylum (22.13) .The highest percentage of sodium in
the spring was in Typha(0.37) and Ceratophylum(1.39) .The highest percentage of potassium in the
summer was in all of Ceratophylum(6.35)andVallisneria(6.08).The summer season was characterized
by containing the highest percentage of calcium in all of Ceratophylum (0.83) and Vallisneria (2.62).

The development of technology at the present time leads to an increase in the use of electronic
commerce due to the increase in demand processes, whether selling or buying goods, products,
services, or payment requests, and that the transfer of information the merchants is sensitive and
important information, and this information or operations may be subject to penetration or attacks. In
this research, we designed a protocol that integrates the Fernet algorithm and the ElGamal algorithm,
and we use the Data Leakage Detection Technology (DLD) to safeguard e-commerce transaction
data. This protocol provid high security for information, and the integration of algorithms provides
high security and strong performance for information transactions that are difficult to hack. We
incorporate encryption algorithms to achieve a high level of security and performance. The proposed
protocol is higher in security and performance than the algorithms of previous studies.
