The preparation of Quality system according to the need of the International qualities (ISO: 9002 2000) and the minds to the importance of this notion gives priority in administering the industrial organization.
The present study depends on a logical sequence in studying, analyzing and finding out scientific and logical results in addition to identifying the possibility of using or practicing and making a use of it as well in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company under study aiming at getting standardized criteria .
In both Aspects, i.e. theoretical and practical, the both researchers have found out some conclusions. As for as the first aspect is concerned, quality has a special importance in companies and organizations regardless of their kinds. The carelessness or neglecting the establishment of the suitable systems for administering it may threaten the existence of the company. It also deals with a total work-system which reflects the performance- limits in activities power. In the second as pact, there is a gap between the quality and the real state of the company, there is no identified policy in addition to the lack of Quality files.
Turning to recommendations, the executive part should be given a special and high attention, and be agreed upon by the main Administration . This can be performed by the practical procedure of finding the suitable designed system, that suits the quality requirements, to work with. Paying attention to the process of documentation will also be helpful here. A review should be made for the administration components "organizational structure" and creating a section for ISO which should be managing by the quality-control Manager, will also be necessary.

This research concentrates on scientific Models used for evaluating the common stocks. This is (certainty Equivalent Model).
In order to improve the Hypothesis of the research, the researcher selected the Iraq stock exchange for the practical purpose, this required a selecting Intended a sample consisting of (15) firms stocks.
The research reached to many conclusions, the most important among them is agreed essentially with possibility of depending on the (certain Equivalent Model) to evaluate the common stocks and select that look a suitable for building an efficient Investment portfolio.

This research concentrates on a scientific models used for evaluating the common stocks. Which is (Gorden Models).

The Wheat is the most important cereal crops in Iraq and most of the world as the most important sources of food for humans and wheat occupies first place worldwide in terms of area planted. The research aims to make financial calendar for the production of wheat in the Diyala province (region Alharonia), was obtained cost data and income through a questionnaire and found that all components of the sample had achieved good economic returns has been applied economic criteria, including net income Elms grazing averaging about 482.1 thousand dinars /dunum , and the highest farm net income categories of tenure (30 -40) dunums (Category IV) with a about 768.2 thousand dinars / dunum, and the dividend dinar investor with an average return on the dinar of the sample (3.37) dinars, and the category that best achieved the highest return on the acquisition of the dinar was the fourth category, where was (4.15), indicating that the standard pay back period of capital amounted to 0.44 and the average of the fourth category achieved the best pay back period of capital hit (0.32).

There is a relevant relationship between processes of the money laundering and the existence of the hidden economic, one of them depends the other because processes of the money laundering is considerd as a bridge on which the dirty money accoss, that generates from the hidden economic to reach the clear one.
The study includes studing of the money laundering phenomenon from its resources, impacts and the using methods to face it. it was fighted by the bank , international and law procedures , it has been measured and analyted the size of the hidden economic and the money laundering through the period (1989-2008) in a group of the developed countries as (Australia , Austria , Bulgaria , Canada , Denemark , Finland , France , Italy , Greece and Japan ). It shows the difference of these countries through their legislation and controls on this phenomenon. In (Italy, France and Canada) size of procedures of the money laundering increased. That means the disadrange of their legislation and the serious of their applying , then unable to control them. As for the countries, the money laundering procedures was less size that explain the serious in applying the laws and the procedures that adopted.
The research concludes to many conclusions wich confirm the necessity of legislation of a national law to fight the money laundering to provide for all types of them and includes the punishment of the complete corfiscation of the dirty money and its instrument. In addition to the necessity of activating of the international cooperation concerning fighting of procedures of laundering and the extreme use from the experiences of some of the developed countries which achieved an brilliant success in facing these procedures.

The aim of this research is to estimate individual demand function for fish and to derive price and income elasticities of demand in order to make use of them in consumption planning . The methodology of research depends on multiple regression analysis to measure the effect of independent variables on the rate of individual consumption from fish. The linear,double logarithmic, semi-logarithmic,inverse logarithmic forms were estimated and the economic, statistical,econometrical criteria revealed that the semi-log form was the best one, The results showed that the annual growth for the period(1980-1991) was (-7%) while it was (3%) for the period(1992-2002). The results also showed that the response of quantity consumed from fish to the change in the index of price ratio of fish to the price of poultry was of elasticity around(0.33), This is consistent with economic logic as the fish is one of necessary goods. The incom elasticity of demand according to results was around (0.19). This reveals that price elasticity of demand was more than income elasticity of demand.The research forwarded are commendation which emphasized the necessity to support fish sector by investing in astablishing more fish pools and to subsidize factors of production used in fish production. This would increase the domestic supply of fish in order to decrease price which in turn encourages the individual consumption from fish .

The research aims to applicant the technical innovation in hotel working sector. That is to achieve competitive advantage through increasing the offering services to the guest, or through decreasing the services prices in terms of the direct costs of work, and to improve their goodness.
Moreover, there are abilities to design the service in a way to marketing, producing, and delivering it, in addition of the offering of secondary services. That is the well-known proof of strategic innovation when it makes the technical innovation of the production or the new service a unique thing. So, that will generate satisfaction on the guests, of the hotel organization (or even in the factory or company) which deal with the technical innovation.
