This research seeks to approach the two defined circles, which are pragmatic linguistics, especially the principles of discourse. And the rhetorical methods, especially the Qur’anic metaphor, in order to find out the most important points of convergence and participation between the two scholars. After this principle, and the second axis in which we approached the Qur’anic metaphor and the principles of discourse in the linguistic lesson, and reading the texts as a pragmatic reading in order to reach the most important results, by referring to the most important linguistic sources, and books of interpretation and rhetoric, and thus this research belongs to a linguistic project. Hadith is the linguistics of heritage that aims to approach the Arabic linguistic heritage with modern linguistic theories.

Talking about the sphere of negation differs according to the different linguistic approaches that deal with the focus of negation، with different names، and the difference in interest in this aspect in each approach. Grammarians، for example، talk about the possibility of the effect in defining the negation، whether this effect is inflectional، such as the inflectional cases represented by the addition and others، or verbally، represented by the dominance of the negation factor in the structure.
Fundamentalists and rhetoricians often talk about the possibility of restricting negation and confining it to one of the methods of specification and so on، and rationalists raise the problem of space، considering that negation in its origin raises a problem with regard to its space، and the problem is on the facets if the circle of possibility widens، especially if the space of negation is linked to what It increases that possibility as fences and bonds.
As for the deliberatives، they give the space in dealing with the space of negation، by not being bound by the context of the linguistic structure، but by going beyond that to what surrounds the structure، to know the meaning of the negation and the intention of the negation in the discourse.
Negation raises a problem with regard to its space or field of attachment، as it narrows if the linguistic structure can define it، and expands if it is difficult to control its intended، and most of the latter is in the intended rhetorical structures or texts. The negation space in the legislative discourse is called and meant by it (what is meant by negation); This is because negation in linguistic use is either implicit، included in the intentional rhetorical structure، or it is apparent that must be directed towards the intended meaning.
The space in the legal discourse is defined in basic levels of discourse، the most important of which is (the space of negation in the concept of violation)، as it results in a negation that we can refer to as (the negation of the contrary). The negative negation in the legal discourse is an important aspect of the deliberative implied، carrying a legal ruling that contradicts the apparent operative ruling.

When studying the temporal shifts of the descriptive sentences in the Holy Qur’an, the research tries to find appropriate alternatives for the communicative process between the interlocutors, and this is the purpose - I mean communicative - behind expressing what stirs in the hearts of creators, whether they are speakers or writers, and in all languages.
The research is an attempt to replace the temporal shift of the descriptive sentence with the individual interpretation derived for salvation from the phenomenon of interpretations under the pretext of similarity between the verb and the derivative. Linguistic duality is an important and deep-rooted phenomenon in the Arabic language, both ancient and modern. In this research, we stopped at its emergence in the modern era and explained the position of linguists on it, between a supporter who does not see any harm to Arabic and calls for it to replace classical Arabic, a rejecter who denounces it and sees its great danger to the mother tongue, and a third category that holds the middle ground, so there is no fear for Arabic and does not call for great leniency in it. We concluded our research by stating the entry of a number of words for the first time in the modern Arabic dictionary.

The research aims to reach a statement of the strength of the linguistic sound and its impact on speech, whether at the level of pronunciation or at the level of composition. The strong voice has its effectiveness in influencing the rest of the voices. He cancels one sound and replaces it with another sound, and the energy of the sound depends on its intensity and strength, which it derives from its articulatory and physical characteristics, whether it is singular or compound, as well as the quality of the syllables in the phonetic contexts contained in them, and the effect of the neighboring sounds. Among the phenomena in which the energy of the linguistic sound had an impact on the sounds of the pronunciation is the diphthong phenomenon, which is characterized by easing the pronunciation to save the muscular effort on the articulation apparatus, as the phonological process is clearly visible in the diphthongization of the two sounds, where the appropriate sounds are chosen and orders are given to the muscles of the articulation apparatus through the nerves to pronounce. diphthong, which is called phonemes; By pressing the sound output more strongly and for a longer time.
The voices met in different phonetic-linguistic contexts; Therefore, the research dealt with the energy of sound in the phenomenon of assimilation within the spaces of the Arabic sounds. The sounds of the front of the articulatory system had the most quantity in their ability to be flexible and to merge sounds into each other, due to the jostling of sound frequencies in the front of the mouth between the lips, gums, teeth, tongue and palate, compared to the sounds of the back of the articulatory system. Starting from the lips, because it is more complex and less flexible.
The energy of the linguistic sound represented by its strength and intensity had an effective effect on the assimilation phenomenon in terms of reducing the muscular effort on the articulation apparatus, by getting rid of the weak sound, or by reducing the open short syllables and their vowels and converting them into syllables with less effort and more consistency.
The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach in describing the sound energy, its origin in the sound itself, and its impact on the sound contexts.

The researchers concerned Arabs, Arabists and orientalists to study the Semitic languages, and their opinions differed and branched out in the study of the Sumerian language, some of which considered it a Semitic language, and some of them said otherwise.
