Values are the link between civilization and Islamic teachings, as they serve as the bridge that connects science with civilization, as they are based on honoring man, respecting his mind and thinking, and urging him to show morals and leave corruptions, as they play a very important role in building civilizations, their progress, and their prosperity, just as abandoning them leads to the weakness and decline of civilization. All human activities and social, moral and taste organizations.
Therefore, we find that civilizations are built and promoted by their values and principles, which are the basis of renaissance, progress and achievement, in all fields. Indeed, the strength of human progress depends closely on values, whether in the advancement of a person himself, his society, his country, or the world in which he lives. It came.
The statement and manifestation of the civilized values called for by Islam had a great impact on the establishment of the state called for by the Prophet Muhammad, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and in particular the Sunnah of the Prophet, which is the practical law of Islam.

This article sheds the light on the pitfalls that reliable narrators of the Hadith of prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) so some of what they narrate is rejected. The reason behind that is confusione in narration, there is a science that deals with pitfalls make them obvious This science is not easy to master, this is why a handful of scoholars can deal with As confusion is attributed to either to the narration itself a to the narrator himself though he is reliabley this article triesto investigate the reasons of confusion that make pitfalls in prophetic hadiths narrated by reliable narrators especially when a hadith is narrated by more than one narrator. It includes eleven subsections to address the reasons behind confusion in these narrations. Undoubtedlyy knowing reasons of confusion is easier ther revealing the confusion itself especially if the hadith is narrated by one narrator only as the varions narrations help know the confusion happens to one narrator.

This research dealt with a brief study of the collection of Imam Al-Khattabi approach, opinions and contributions from the stomachs of his books (Maealim Al-Sunan and Aelam Al-Sunan) and revealed them in the form of an objective arrangement. This research deals with the preferences of Imam Al-Rafi’i in the sale of curious, and its study is a jurisprudential study compared to the four schools of thought.

Imam Abu Mansour Al-Matridi is considered one of the senior scholars of the Sunnis and Al-Jamaa'a, as he had an important role in explaining the doctrine of the Sunnis and Al-Jamaa'a , and clarifying it by transmission and reason.
He lived in the era of controversy and debates between the Mu'tazila and the Sunnis, An era that witnessed an intellectual and ideological debate, which had the greatest impact in its secularization, including its interpretation (interpretations of the Sunnis), in which he chose a certain approach in terms of interest in discussing certain issues, whether in terms of origins or branches, and he is understanding in science on the imams of scholars in his time who took science from a series of scholars ending in Abu Hanifa.
This environment in which the Matridi lived had the greatest impact on his genius, he has a prominent role in supporting and defending the Sunnah,By supporting the beliefs of the Sunnis and responding to the people of heresies and delors, may God reward him on behalf of the Muslims.

" Abu Mansur al-maturidi is one of the eminent scholars of the sunni community, and among the prominent Islamic figures who played a crucial role in explaining the creed of the sunni community and elucidating it through textual and rational evidence. The researcher studied what the author added in "jamaa aljwamea" and provided for its addition, the explanation is almahalle, may God Almighty have mercy on them, and the two books (the text and the explanation) are indispensable assets in "osool alfakah" science. He explained its increase, and the study of the sayings of the imams in it was a comparative fundamental study sealed with investigation, a contribution to the service of a "jamaa aljwamea" book in the science of its meaning and reason "osool alfakah", which the nation received with acceptance and made it one of the most important courses in the "osool alfakah" Science Study Series.

The current thesis tackled the investigation and commentary of the script entitled: (Zubdatil Akhbar Walathar Wazubdatil Aqwal Waumdatil Akhbar) by by Sheik Abdulkareem Ibn Wali AlDeen Ibn Yousif AlQarah Hasari (died in 1100 A.H.). the study was divided into an introduction and two parts. The first part involved five sections. Section one dealt with the author of the script Sheik Abdulkareem Ibn Wali AlDeen Ibn Yousif AlQara Hasari (may Allah have mercy on him) and section two represented the practical study of the interpreted part, while section three involved explaining the script and proving its affiliation to the author. Section four showed the importance of the script and the methodology of the commentator, but section five was a description of the original copies of the script. The second part consisted of the interpreted text and it involved the interpretation of the first part entitled the ascending of the prophet (peace be upon him) and the second involved the manifestation of the night of Qadr (the night in which the Quran was revealed).
These two parts stand for the interpreted part, which consists of forty-one (41) tablet of the copy (A) and thirty-five (35) tablets of the copy (B).
The methodology of the interpretation is summarized as follows:
Copying the text to be interpreted, then comparison of the two copies (A) and (B) and the copy that is relied upon in interpretation which was written by the copier Esa Ibn Abdullah Ibn Jaafar, who copied it in (1109 A.H.) which was symbolized by the researcher as (A), while the second one was copied by Ahmed Ibn Sheik Mohammed, which was copied by him is (1124 A.H.).
The Quran verses, hadiths, Fiqh, doctrinal and linguistic commentaries were all scrutinized by the researcher and they were related to their origins to which the researcher referred. Also, the researcher put forwards his remarks about the issues that were mentioned in the texts in order to elucidate them for the reader to be made use of.
Introducing the notable persons and the places that are not famous and explaining the strange words in the honorable Hadith as well as defining the terms that were presented in the thesis in accordance with the need to them depending on an accurate scientific methodology.
The axes of the study were concluded with the interpretation complements that involved a conclusion, which comprised the findings of the study, recommendations, technical indices of the glorious Quranic texts, the honorable hadiths, tradition, famous individuals, places, the poems that were mentioned in the interpreted text and finally the reference of the study. This book is of a great importance and involves many precious benefits and this will be clear for the dear readers when they read it. Finally, Allah is the helper and upon him reliance will be.

The Orientalists were concerned with the study of Islam in general, and the Qur’an in particular, as it is the source of legislation and the origin on which Muslims rely. The topic of collecting the Noble Qur’an was a broad field for their studies and research, So they tried as much as they could to create loopholes in the Book of God Almighty, hoping that they would reach through them to their desired goals, except fair people.
The orientalists adopted in their studies the historical method that they applied to the sacred books, that preceded the Noble Qur’an, But that approach does not apply to the Qur’an, Because it is a book of doctrine and law that was revealed to organize the life of all mankind, so it was valid for every time and place, unlike the holy books that preceded it. The Noble Qur’an was collected to remain safe from distortion to achieve that end for which it descended

The title of the research is (The Rhetorical Efforts of Ibn Naqia Al-Baghdadi (410- 485 AH) in his book Al-Juman fi Tashbihatul Qur’an) and it is based on the study of the efforts of Ibn Naqia Al-Baghdadi in his book Al-Juman, which is the first book classified in the art of simile in which it deals with all the similes contained in the verses and suras of the Holy Qur’an and the author arranged them according to their order in the Holy Qur’an, he studied them with originality and sound taste, and he interpolated the subject then went on to the miraculousness of the Qur’an, taking special pauses at this rhetorical aspect. Ibn Naqia was the subject of scholars' interest from early times, due to his study of simile in the Holy Qur'an with a methodology in which he combined the completeness of interpretation, breadth in representation and citation of Arab poetry, as well as digression into various issues and stances on various aspects of culture and knowledge.
The research was divided into a preface and two sections. The preface included a historical overview of authorship in the art of simile before Ibn Naqia.
The first topic included an introduction of Ibn Naqia al-Baghdadi, and it was divided into three demands, the first of which dealt with his biography, the second dealt with his sheikhs and students, and the third dealt with his scientific works.
