This descriptive-analytical study aims to demonstrate a number of roles of educational counselors in improving and developing the learning and teaching processes. One of those roles that is almost forgotten is their role in discovering outstanding, gifted and creative children and students, and in their care and training programs and preparing individual educational plans for them. Therefore, this study came to clarify a number of important roles of the educational counselor in preparing and implementing programs for the care of outstanding, gifted and creative children and students in general, and in preparing and presenting the Individual Educational Plan (IEP) and following up on its implementation in particular. The study included an introduction in which we discussed the most important questions we hear from educational counselors and others about excellence, talent and creativity, then the importance of the study, its objectives, defining its terms and methods of achieving its objectives, which required presenting a brief presentation of the most important methods of care and attention followed in different countries of the world, then a definition of the individual educational plan for children and gifted, talented and creative students, its roots that extend to Greek, Arab and Islamic civilizations, its preparation team and the steps that must be followed. The study included raising many questions that require independent studies by researchers. The study concluded by presenting a proposed model for the steps of preparing that plan and a number of conclusions. The study concluded with Arab and foreign references and a number of specialized websites in the field of study, without which it would not have seen the light

Diyala region has a long history of human glories. In the lands of Diyala and Nahrawan, many villages were established that later became the nucleus of flourishing cities in the history of ancient Iraq, and the oldest civilizations emerged and flourished. The various irrigation methods on which agriculture was based were of interest to the ancients because the stagnation of these methods would lead to the stagnation of the agricultural side and consequently the civilizational side, so they sought to develop irrigation methods to serve the community. This research came to reveal the important position of the ancient irrigation system in the Diyala region, and the extent of the relationship and interconnection between the two pillars of this system, which are Diyala and Nahrawan, in addition to revealing the adaptation of man in the Diyala region to his environment and the investment of these resources. We must point out that what prompted the researchers to write this research is the great importance of one of the two pillars of this system, which is Nahrawan, and as we felt that duty calls us to write about our ancestors from the sons of great Iraq who contributed to building and developing these giant projects.

It would have been appropriate for me to address, from the list of available topics for research in pure sciences, a more famous personality and one who made the most extensive contributions to science in its fields in the era of cognitive prosperity, for example: Hunayn ibn Ishaq, or one of the famous families: Al Bakhtishu’, or Al Thabit ibn Qurra; due to the breadth of its material and the abundance of its sources. However, I decided to highlight the less famous personality of Qusta ibn Luqa due to the scarcity of material written about him, in a way that does not match the size of his contributions, not only in transmission and composition on several topics, but also in the method he followed, which scholars praised, to the point that they preferred him over Hunayn ibn Ishaq and others. All of this was a reason for choosing Qusta ibn Luqa as a topic for research. Although Qust did not receive as much attention in the studies of the early and later scholars as Hunayn ibn Ishaq or one of the Bukhtishu family or Thabit ibn Qurra, in a way that poses difficulties for the researcher due to the scarcity of sources and the small amount of provisions that reached us from Qust, his study remains full of enjoyment and success in confronting the rare and the impossible and dispelling its sadness.

This research seeks to reveal the extent of the use of some letters that the researcher initially sensed were rarely used in the classical Arabic language. The research counted those letters in the texts that he specified, which are (pre-Islamic poetry in general, and the Holy Quran). The research chose these two texts because they represent a similar rhetorical level, as both are eloquent texts governed by special laws. The research material included (20034) verses of pre-Islamic poetry in addition to the verses of the Holy Quran, which number (6236) verses. There is no doubt that this large amount of poetic verses and Quranic verses gives the researcher a largely accurate picture of that classical Arabic language. It became clear through the research and scientific statistics that there are some letters that are rarely used in the classical Arabic language that poets generally spoke and the Holy Quran was revealed in. The research was able to reveal seven of these letters, specifying the extent of their spread and use within the texts specified for the study. The research explained the lack of use by saying that those letters with the meanings they indicate were either the languages ​​of local tribes or what is used in the language of daily speech, and whether they are of this type or that, they are among Poets and orators leave it out when speaking or composing in classical Arabic.

The global economic crisis had negative effects on the Italian economy, which led it to decide to use force to achieve its expansionist ambitions in Ethiopia. The crisis caused a recession in the Italian economy, which created an urgent need to find new markets for Italian industry. The internal problems caused by the crisis also prompted Italy to seek military victories in order to divert attention from these problems. The British position rejecting the Italian expansion policy in Ethiopia was studied for several reasons, including that this policy would lead to Italy's control of Lake Tana, which was important for Britain's projects in Egypt and Sudan. In addition, Britain did not look with satisfaction at the increasing Italian military presence in the Red Sea region, which was of strategic importance to Britain. However, the British government, despite having the means to stop Italy, took an ambiguous position in appeasing Italy, which allowed it to control Ethiopia, defying the League of Nations and the will of its fifty countries. This was a motive for studying this policy and the British position on that incident.

This study aims primarily to trace and arrange the predictions (prophecies) of the Book of Jeremiah related to the fall of the Jewish capital (Jerusalem) after the Babylonian campaigns against it, which were led by the Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II in the period between 597-586 BC. It also deals with the issue of the advice that Jeremiah gave to the Jews besieged in Jerusalem and in exile, urging them to surrender and submit to the Babylonians and not to resist. This prophet made his advice a form of obedience and compliance with the command of the Almighty Lord to the Jews to humiliate them because of the sins, corruptions and transgressions that they committed on the one hand, and because they listened to what their prophets, kings, magicians and sorcerers were telling them and their deviation from the path of truth and obedience to God and their failure to listen to the word of the Lord on the other hand. As a result of this, this prophet was accused of treason (working for the Babylonians). However, this prophet was not like that, but was honest and faithful in conveying his prophecies and his call to them as God Almighty wanted. This city was seized by force and everything in it was destroyed, especially its walls, temples and palaces, in addition to the displacement of more than forty thousand Jews to Babylon who belonged to the luxurious and ruling class. They remained in foreign lands until they were released by King Cyrus II of Persia after his invasion of Babylon in 539 BC. In tracking and arranging these prophecies, we used the sources available to us, especially the ancient Babylonian sources, in addition to the books of the Old Testament that referred to the same subject above.

Time management is the science and art of investing it in an effective way. It is also one of the elements of successful management that cannot be dispensed with, especially since management as an organized human activity consists of many sub-activities in the field of analysis, planning, organization, guidance and control, in addition to the ability to accomplish work in a coordinated and organized manner to achieve goals at the lowest costs. That is, the optimal exploitation and investment of all the capabilities available to management.
The research aims to show the extent of similarity or difference between scientific departments in managing and investing their time in a way that benefits and positively benefits the organization as a whole and to measure the strength of the relationship between the research data (efficient planning, good organization and constructive control).
The research concluded that the research sample varied in the extent of its investment of time, as some of them were weak, which indicates a relative imbalance in the management of the administrative work of those departments

The study included five chapters. The first chapter included the introduction and the importance of the research, as well as the research objectives, which are: -1. Knowing the general weight of female students of physical education / College of Education for Girls / University of Kufa before and after the application period. -2. Studying the effect of the application period on the variable of general weight of female students of the Department of Physical Education / University of Kufa.

The research presented the word (love) in the Arabic language, its definition and connotations, then its concept according to some Western philosophers. It was shown that it is a psychological state with its vital motives linked to an emotion whose goal is attachment to the beloved thing and the pleasure of his conscience, and it continues to develop in which the lover feels a constant longing for his beloved in his presence and absence. The researcher felt that Sheikh Al-Wa’ili’s love for the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) stems from warm breaths that express true love, sincere emotions, and an overwhelming love that took over his entire being. Imam Ali (peace be upon him) had a large space in Al-Wa’ili’s conscience and heart, and there is hardly a sermon or poem without presenting an aspect of the Imam’s (peace be upon him) personality. This interaction became part of his personality and the basis of his belief.

The process of historical research of historical events takes the form of a challenge that stimulates the minds of historians, so they respond to this challenge to make a historical diagnosis of those events, even if the event has been forgotten in the past. For example, the challenge raised by the dissolution and fall of the Roman Empire prompted Gibbon to write his book (The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire). We also find Toynbee saying (The enormous mystery represented by the crimes and follies of humans is what inspired me to write (A Study in History). The study of history is not an art of the arts that are studied for its own sake, but rather it is a final study that leads to important results in the field of our perception of the certain scene, through the perspective of human movement.
