This research means a study of a science related to the Holy Qur’an,
namely the science of counting the verses, as the research selected two

That the crime of customs smuggling is one of the serious crimes affecting the economies of countries, so countries strive to confront these crimes
and eliminate them or reduce them, and they tend through their employees
working in their institutions to impose customs control on their borders and
subject all operations of entering and exiting goods to that control and imposing fees ( Taxes) on the entry and exit of these goods, and tend to prevent
the entry or exit of specific types of goods absolutely for various considerations, and those countries tend to restrict the entry and exit of some goods
except after carrying out the procedures required by import and export laws.
Therefore, the majority of countries tend to protect their revenues resulting from the entry and exit of goods through their customs borders. When
someone commits acts that affect the proceeds of customs revenues, this is
a crime punishable by law because it violates the legal provisions set by the
legislator, which requires the imposition of one of the penalties set by the
latter from The purpose of deterring the perpetrator of the crime from the
possibility of committing other crimes, as well as deterring others from his
behavior. But the perpetrator of the customs crime may tend to re-commit
another crime that constitutes a violation of the customs law, which reflects
the criminal risk of the offender. And his insistence on continuing to commit
violations, in addition to the fact that his return to committing the crime is
evidence that the crime did not achieve sufficient deterrence. Therefore, the
legislature in most countries has tended to tighten the penalties on the offender who returns to the crime in order to deter him and prevent his return
to committing crimes.

This research focuses on mobile journalism as a relatively recent
media phenomenon, which has spread widely in most Arab and foreign countries in recent times, and Iraq had the largest share of it. Live
in a country full of events and news every day like Iraq.
This descriptive research used the field survey method to find an
explanation and results for its problem, which revolves around the impact of mobile journalism on media work in Iraq. A questionnaire was
distributed to 150 Iraqi journalists and non-journalists in the city of
Baghdad. The most prominent results were that the largest proportion of the research sample believes Mobile journalism made it easier for journalists to work, reaching 87%, and 90% believe that mobile
journalism is a competition to traditional media, and mobile journalism is more important in Iraq than other media, with 54% of the research sample, and that the largest proportion of the research sample
amounted to 48 % believes that mobile journalism has positively affected media work in Iraq and motivated other media outlets to follow mobile journalism in many topics and events.
The researcher recommended that the traditional media should pay
attention to the mobile press because of its lower costs, speed, flexibility and greater spread, and training the old journalists to catch up with
the technical development in the new media.

Small business occupy great importance in any of the global economies, especially since their participation represents the largest percentage in the national economies compared to the major projects or companies. The current study came in an
attempt to define the importance of small business in Iraq, and to clarify the role of
adopting Internet services in improving the performance of these businesses. This
study was started in November of 2019, and because the world in general, and Iraq
in particular, was affected by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) at the beginning of
2020, the aspects of the study were expanded to extend to May of 2020, and thus a
simple comparison of the opinions of the study sample before and after COVID-19.
The main objective of the current study is to know the role of online work adoption
in improving small business performance in Iraq. The problem was attempting to
determine the nature of the work of small business in Iraq, and how the Internet
contributes to improving its performance. The study population was represented
in the small business operating in Iraq, while the study sample consisted of (39)
small business, (26) of which are entirely online, such as clothing sales, cosmetics,
electronic devices, and websites design and construction business. In addition to
(13) business that perform some of its activities via Internet, such as selling home
furniture, computers selling, and fast food restaurants. The sample was reached
in two periods, before and after the COVID-19. The study used a number of statistical methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics that analyzed using
the SPSS, v22 program. The study reached a set of results, including a positive and
significant correlation between working via Internet and managing small business,
and improving their efficiency. As well as the high effect of working via Internet in
managing small business for the post-pandemic period. While the most important
recommendations of the study included the necessity of government support for
small projects by financing and contributing to the marketing of their outputs, as
well as the importance of holding social workshops aimed at increasing awareness
of small projects, and their role in addressing the social problems

distinguishes them from traditional newspapers، and the researcher reached a set
of the following conclusions:
Awareness of the nature of the medium، as electronic newspapers are a new
medium that has its own communicative and formal characteristics and has its
own audiences that look forward to press services that satisfy their communication
needs، and those in charge of this medium must realize that they are directed to
specific audiences، which differ in their democratic characteristics and communication needs from the masses of paper newspapers.
- Seeking to create new advertising markets، so that those in charge of it look
at the electronic newspaper as a stand-alone advertising medium، meaning that
the advertisement in it has a special character than the advertisement in the paper
version in terms of spread، interactiveness and multimedia ... etc.
