This research delves into the family structure in prophetic discourse to explore the realms of establishing proper foundations for legitimate bonds and elucidating the patterns of internal relationships and the functional roles of each family member. It adopts an analytical approach to the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his progeny ) to highlight the overarching meanings embedded within his discourse, which serves as a foundational guide for leading successful lives. This discourse serves as an active directive, guiding individuals and communities forward, away from the present fraught with illegitimate forms and philosophies detrimental to family construction.

There is no doubt that the interpreter starts his interpretation based on ideological predispositions that govern the process of reading the verses of the Quran and directs his interpretation and opinions according to these predispositions. At first glance, these preconceived beliefs may lead to some legal and scientific cautions in the interpretive work, such as falling into the danger of interpreting the Quran based on subjective opinion - on some of its meanings - or that these judgments and preconceived beliefs may lead the interpreter away from objectivity in his interpretation. However, relying on the sources of Sharia to form this belief and not being swayed by whims distances the interpreter and the researcher from these cautions.Since the status of the Prophet - with its components - is one of the issues interpreters differed in determining, this research aims to demonstrate its impact on their interpretation of the verses that address aspects of his noble biography. This paper represents his status with three components that formed the basis for discussing them, representing the most critical factors that define this status.

The Holy Qur'an contains verses that encourage Muslims to engage in war and military conflict with non-believers and polytheists. Conversely, some verses forbid fighting entirely with some or all non-believers. Additionally, we find verses that call for peace and cessation of combat, while others prohibit appeasement and compromise with non-believers and polytheists. Understanding these sacred verses and reconciling their apparent differences is fundamental to the differing interpretations among Islamic sects and the internal perspectives within the Imamiyyah school regarding Islam's stance on war and peace with non-believers. The apparent contradictions in the content of these verses have led some Orientalists to perceive contradictions in the Qur'anic text.
Among Imamiyyah exegetes, there are three main views on reconciling these verses. Some interpret them through a traditional method known as specification. The second view holds that certain verses abrogate others. The third view suggests that the subjects of the verses have changed over time, thus eliminating any conflict in their meanings due to differing contexts. The chosen approach to evaluating these perspectives is to refer to the Prophetic chronicle , which is the practical interpretation and manifestation of Qur'anic verses based on the Prophet's infallibility and adherence to divine legislation. I have adopted the third view and presented this idea based on the phased nature of legislation and implementation.

The chronicle of prophet Muhammad and the events therein have been scrutinized by orientalists, whether these events and stances had logical interpretations or not. Hence, the orientalists, especially Italian ones, have approached the biography of the Prophet Muhammad with a particular lens. Given their lack of faith in Islamic sources, if they found something they deemed accurate, they resorted to their methodologies to interpret or attempt to deny it. Conversely, if they found inaccuracies, they relied on Islamic sources to prove them.
The Incident of Banu Qurayzah in the 5th year of Hijrah underwent various interpretations regarding the incident and the treaty's clauses concluded by prophet Muhammad with all tribes, including the Jewish ones. Italian orientalist interpretations either denied some treaty clauses or entirely rejected them.
Therefore, this research will delve into the origin of Jewish tribes and their presence in the Hijaz, their relationship with the Islamic state, and the stance of Italian Orientalists towards the Medina Charter and the Incident of Banu Qurayzah
