The topic of peaceful coexistence between religions and since ancient times has been of great importance in the growth and development of civilizations. Islamic religion has dealt with all races on the basis of the principle of honesty, love and tolerance away from superiority and arrogance. As Islam brought the Jews out of the persecution phase that had long held them, as well as the Muslims' respect for the Christian religion, as it guaranteed them their freedom Religious Since the beginning of the Islamic conquests, the evidence for that is the existence of many churches throughout the Islamic countries. Muslims have demonstrated a gentle and civilized behavior in dealing with these religions, and as a result, some of them embraced the Islamic religion, which adopted faithfulness as a criterion for differentiation between human beings.
It is worth noting that the need has become urgent in our present time to spread the principle of peaceful coexistence between religions as a result of the oppression and violation of human and human rights in societies. The Islamic religion has become, as is evident, a tolerant religion that rejects extremism in all its forms in order to ensure that all members of society live in an atmosphere of Love and intimacy.

The role of tourism colleges and institutes in joining a culture of peaceful coexistence (Applied study at the College of Tourism Sciences / Al-Mustansiriya University)
The difference between human beings is of interstellar and social norm, which cannot be denied or overlooked. Therefore, Iraqi tourism colleges and institutes embrace a mixture of the Iraqi population belonging to different races, nationalities and religions. The desire to impose a certain religious belief and a certain national hegemony over the other is always understood as a form of racial discrimination and a major threat to social tolerance among the different ethnic components. Hence the main question arose (What is the role of tourism colleges and institutes in consolidating a culture of peaceful coexistence?)
The study showed important conclusions, most notably that the staff and teachers of the College of Tourism Sciences / Al-Mustansiriya University of different races and religions are still certain that they can remain coexisting together and provide their services to students in the best way, and establish a culture of peaceful coexistence within them.
This research also recommends developing and proposing a comprehensive plan of action that covers psychological aspects and social activities that enhance the role of universities in strengthening social bonds and peaceful coexistence. That can be accomplished in addition to an abstract and neutral scientific focus in order to remove the effects of previous periods of conflict

This paper deals with the study of the cosmic sunnahs between destiny and salvation through the noble Qur’anic verses as an intellectual study. The second the researcher has talked about the causes of nations’ destruction and their examples and images in the Noble Qur’an, as well as the reasons for nations’ salvation and the lifting of punishment for them, with examples and images spoken by the verses of the Noble Qur’an, and then the conclusion was a summary of the findings. The Holy Qur’an took great care of the moral system and social justice and spread the principle of equity and moderation among people, avoided injustice and oppression, and made this a part of the morals of our religion. The systems he called for, and he commanded us to implement them so that there is no excuse left for the Muslim to perpetuate corruption and corruption, enmity with others, and spread the spirit of hatred and malice that leads individuals and groups to commit injustices and foolishness that tear the nation apart.
On this basis, and as a contribution from me to developing a sense of justice, equity, peaceful coexistence, not oppressing others, and respecting them as partners in the homeland, I chose to write on the topic: (The Impact of Equity and Justice in the Cohesion of the Islamic Society) as a title for research.
The research plan required dividing it into an introduction and five chapters: The first topic is to define the vocabulary and terminology of the research title.
In the second topic, I spoke about stewardship with justice, explaining the meaning of stewardship, linguistically and idiomatically, and clarifying that Allah commanded not to conceal testimony.
In the third topic, I dealt with the application of justice from the fear of Allah - the Exalted, His Majesty.
As for the fourth topic: I devoted it to talking about Allah love for the just.
And in the fifth topic: I mentioned the command of Allah Almighty to be fair and pay the measure and the balance with equity.
In conclusion: I mentioned the most important findings.

This research is entitled: (The finest Names and the opinion of Imam Ibn al-Bana’ - may God have mercy on him) and it included four topics that we dealt with in the first topic: Defining the best Names, their number and enumeration, and in the second topic: his views on the Most Beautiful Names that indicate innovation and invention, and we discussed in the third topic To: His views on the Most Beautiful Names that indicate proof of measure. As far as the fourth topic is concerned, we have devoted it to: His views on the Most Beautiful Names that indicate integrity and perfection, and the denial of analogy. We concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results that we reached in this research, and we followed it with the sources and references that we returned to in the research.

This research paper is an attempt to lay down a methodological framework for controlling the balances of dealing with the challenges facing Islamic jurisprudence by drawing a set of methodological schemes that are represented by looking at cases of tensions between faculties and parts. To overcome a methodological defect, the most prominent of which is the case of the segmentation, which is represented by inferring the partial text and leaving other texts that may restrict its release and specialize its generalisation and interpretation of its entireness, as well as the partial inference and symptoms about the whole.
We explained in the research the methodological pathways that control the instances of tension and how to harmonize them with the texts of Sharia in a way that does not contradict or isolate
Then we came to many proven results at the end of the research.

My research is titled (The opinion of al-Kamal ibn al-Hamam (D. 861 AH) in Mental Approval and Disapproval - a comparative study-) in which I dealt with the personal opinions from the doctrinal aspect, and I found that it expanded in the narration of opinions with invoking evidence from the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, and sometimes evidence from Reason and discuss its opponents in all scientific ways and put examples for clarification, giving preference to what he deems appropriate.
Kamal bin al-Hamam - may Allah Almighty have mercy on him - has proven the issue of mental Approval and Disapproval, and that they are understood by reason, that intellect according to Kamal bin al-Hamam - may Allah Almighty have mercy on him - is the basis of knowledge.

This research was specialized in studying the hadiths of the companion Amr ibn Murrah in the nine books, an analytical study to clarify the meanings and benefits they contain. The rhetoric, the strange, the explanation, the overall meaning, and the benefits it contains.
The number of hadiths reached three, distributed on topics: the justice of the imam in the parish, genealogy, and the pillars of faith, and the results of their study were many benefits, the most important of which are: that the imam who hides from his flock, God will be veiled from him on the Day of Resurrection, and that genealogy knowledge is necessary. The division of inheritances, knowledge of efficacy, blood money, and the great leadership, and steadfastness in matters of faith, and death over them is a reason for attaining the rank of prophets and truthful ones on the Day of Resurrection.
The importance of the research comes from the fact that it has shed light on one of the relatively unknown personalities of the Companions, and introduced us to his efforts and stances in the service of Islam, as we introduced him to his relatively few hadiths, and indicated their degree, benefits, and provisions

This study aims to: Explain the importance of following the Prophetic method in raising girls and its impact on constructing human values.
The reason for choosing the research: The issue of raising girls constitutes a large intellectual and social space, and the loss of their religious and social rights, in addition to the bad treatment of girls, and their lack of equality with males in education and appreciation .
The problem of the research: This study came to clarify the problem of “women’s education” by answering the question: Is there a text from the Holy Qur’an or the Prophet’s Sunnah that prohibits girls’ education?
