Not all of its forms carried it, and what was mentioned of it was not devoid of benefits and subtleties that the context disclosed, and the commentators mentioned them and made clear their intentions.

This research sheds light on the study of (Explanatory Narratives in the Book of Al-Musnad, by Imam Al-Shafi’i (T.: 204 AH) Surat Al-Shura as a “Exposition and Study” as a model. It is one of the important books of the Sunnah, and these explanatory narrations in the Musnad include the correct, good and weak ones. The study of narrations is based on basic steps in the sciences of hadith and interpretation and combining them. Through it, it becomes clear to us that many Qur’anic verses were revealed and their interpretation, and the purpose of it is to graduate the explanatory narrations and study the narrators of the chain of transmission, and their rank. In terms of wounding and modification, and studying the general meaning of it, and this leads us to the meaning of the verse and the clarification of its intended purpose.

This research aims at providing analytical description of both topics, and identification of satisfaction of the elements of objective interpretation in both of them, and exploration of consistency of the interpretation of both of them with his personal methodology that he established, and to highlight closeness or distance of their interpretation to the objective interpretation. The researchers relied on inductive methodology by reviewing the topics of the two researchers- under study-and the critical analytical methodology by analysis and criticism of each topic, then the comparative methodology to compare the two topics together, and their closeness or distance from the popular objective interpretation. The research consists of introduction and four parts. The researchers mentioned in the introduction importance of objective interpretation. The first topic describes the subject of (togetherness in the Holy Koran) according to Dr. Abdulsattar Saeed and (Al Shura in the Holy Koran) by Dr. Salah Al Khaledy. The second topic explores availability of the elements of subjective interpretation of each of them. The third topic highlights consistence of interpretation of each of them with his personal methodology- that he established. The fourth topic defines closeness or distance of the two topics from subjective interpretation.

Our research, tagged with (verses of eloquence in the Noble Qur’an - an analytical study) is based on what is related to the tongue by collecting the verses in which the tongue indicated the meaning of eloquence and studying them an analytical study, because of its usefulness in explaining the importance of eloquence and good statement that are indicated by the legal texts .

The Book of Allah - the Mighty and Sublime - has precise rhetoric, great sobriety, multiple evidences, and eloquent expression that made the Arabs and non-Arabs powerless and disgraced the infidels and hypocrites. The eloquence of deviating from the apparent requirement in the Noble Qur’an - verses of the word (asked and its derivatives as a model), and what prompted me to search with this title is to reveal the eloquence of its structures and the statement of its meanings, and to know the eloquence of the method of reversing from the apparent requirement in the verses of the word (ask and its derivatives); these verses carried various kinds. There are many kinds of fairness. We have studied some of them in this research, and this is what we intend to reach, as the principle of speech is that it conforms to the requirement of the situation, and does not deviate from the apparent requirement except for a rhetorical secret required by the station, and its fairness is glamor and beauty, and the Qur’an is full of them. The research will be according to the following plan: an introduction, a prelude and four demands, followed by a conclusion that includes the most prominent findings of the research, and among the most important of these results is that reversal comes for a variety of reasons, including the diversification of methods for the sake of eloquence and to bring It is for the listener and a choice of the style that is closest to the heart and closest to the minds in order to achieve an aesthetic feature in the saying that will delight the reader and delight the listener.

This study, which complements the earlier study on the subject of Makki's Inconsistencies With the Other Three Imams Through the Book of the Mujtahid's Chapter on Purity and Prayer: A Comparative Jurisprudence Study . In the chapter "Zakat and Fasting as a Comparative Jurisprudential Study," where the topics were organized as they are in the book "The Beginning of the Mujtahid," we have just finished the second research. Without further ado, and in order to avoid repetition, I won't go over what I mentioned in the first study of the Maliki curriculum: the introduction, the book of zakat, the book of fasting, the conclusion, and the key findings and sources.
