It is well known that prayer is the primary form of worship for Muslims. Sunnah contains numerous texts about raising hands in prayer, some of which are agreed upon and some of which are not. Prayer has been developed in the most ideal way, and some of its practices are required, while others are desirable. There are conflicting views on it, and raising hands in kneeling is one among them. Based on the cited evidence, the majority of scholars conclude that it is not recommended to do so, while Al-Zahiriyyah and some hadith scholars claimed that doing so is permissible. This research tackles the thesis and antithesis of the two arguments and agrees with the one that recommends raising hands during provisions.

The research deals with the perspectives of the scholars of Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel who are specialized in describing some of the narrators whose narrations of compiled hadith are accepted or modified. The research demonstrates the ultimate accuracy of judging narrators who write and write not hadith. and preserves the knowledge the narrators relied upon and thus transmitted the Sunnah of the Prophet and his companions. The research is divided into two sections: the first section clarifies the meaning of writing and not writing narration; section two tackles the comparative approach in Thua’fa’ Al Sageer. The research has two requirements divided between the topic of the narrators who are described as "writing their speech," and the narrators who are not writing”. It relied heavily upon the perspectives of Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel scholars who preceded Imam Al-Bukhari, as well as those who came later after him

It is well- recognized for intellectuals that Sunnah is the second legislative source after the Holy Qur’an. Islamic nation is marked by its legislative system that follows and preserves what is left from its Prophet’s instructions. This study aims at highlighting obscure narrators in Musnad of Imam Ahmad, the Musnad of the tribes, by collecting the methods of each of selected hadiths in which there was a vagueness in order to enlighten the knowledge of the obscure narrator.

This study examines the topic of death in the poetry of Abi al-Tayyib al-Mutanabi. Death became a preoccupation that terrified the poet and continued throughout his lifetime. Al-Mutanabbi died a terrible death at the hands of a small band of criminals commanded by Fatik, who crushed his grandest aspirations.
The researcher argues that al- Mutanabbi and poetry are dominated by pessimism, which is accompanied with transcendence, ambiguity, and a desire for future greatness so as to compete with monarchs and princes. These characteristics accelerated his demise.

The study reveals the function of the current presumption in highlighting the meaning and its influence on the choice of Korani Quranic readings as a crucial component of contextual relationships linking the article to the location where speech arises, as well as the goals and trade secrets of these readings in linguistic levels and grammatical issues. The research discusses the development of punctuation, the stages it went through, its types, its causes, and the critical perspectives of scholars in its provisions. The research is concluded with the terms related to punctuation.

Studies have shown that the use of chemical medications and their derivatives is prohibited because they result in self-killing and self-destruction. In fact, with the growth of chemical pharmaceuticals and their derivatives in recent times, worries have spread across the whole population. Islam has been keen to preserve the soul and the mind, physically and psychologically, in light of God's prohibition on killing the soul and the establishment of the death penalty. This is done in order to protect man from the evils of himself and to shield society from drug users, who pose a threat to other members of society. According to this, it is prohibited and unacceptable to use chemical medications and their derivatives. Hadith expertise among the best disciplines known to men. Otherwise, chaotic viewpoints will be presented to religion. Due to Shahrazour's significant relevance to the science of hadith narration and the sheer volume of its narrators, this study concentrates on Shahrazour and its hadith output. In order to facilitate access to them, their expertise, and what imams have to say about them, this study intends to identify these narrators and the manner in which they are referenced in canonical narrative. As a result, using the translations of hadiths found in books of men's histories, dictionaries, and class books, the researcher gathers and names all persons who are referred to as (Al-Shahrozoori). The researcher also discusses certain terminologies associated with the study's subject, including Shahrazour, Madrasa, and Sulaymaniyah. The notion of the Hadith school and the figures of Shahrazour make up the two outlines that form up the research framework.

This study examines the implementation of health recommendations in connection to corona virus and its current condition from an Islamic viewpoint. With the pandemic spreading around the world and no existing effective cure or ways to stop it except for following the preventative measures advised by the health agencies in each nation, the necessity for such study is essential. The goal of this study is to describe the origin of the Corona virus and general provisions related to it, including: the use of curfew during an outbreak of the virus, the departure and arrival of an infected country, receiving Corona vaccination, and elaborating on specific provisions concerning affected mosques that should be closed during an outbreak of the virus, social segregation between prayers, wearing masks during prayers, and finally provision concerning washing and burying affected corpses. The researcher comes to the conclusion that national health policies are the same as Islamic law, which places a strong emphasis on maintaining the five requirements, including self-preservation

The research begins with the definition of Justice principle, which is about giving everyone’s rights and placing everything in its rightful position, appreciating each matter according what it is worth, and refrain from injustice, discrimination, and racism in managing affairs.
In the first chapter, the research deals with the meaning of Justice in The Holly Quran, with mentioning its types, and followed by explaining the difference between justice and equity in Islamic law(Sharia) and laws.
Then, in the second chapter, the research defines the implications of the principle of justice in administration and mentions practical instances in the Holy Quran as well as the Sunnah of the Prophet concerning this matter, as indicated that the Holy Quran commanded justice even with enemies, and thus it surpasses all human laws and systems in spreading justice and applying it in human society.
In the third chapter, this paper further describes the constitutional and legal foundation of the principle of justice, where it encompasses the insistence of the Iraqi legislations concerning the embodiment of the constitutional laws, and its general principles of justice that the state follows. It also emphasized the principle of justice before the law, and this emphasis occurs in many constitutional provisions and clauses as well as laws in different forms.

The research is based on devising models of the legal purposes of Dr. Wahba Al-Zuhaili through his books on the principles of jurisprudence and interpretation. Due to the many types of purposes, their divisions, and their ranks, the researcher has limited the discussion in this research to the five necessary purposes, which are religion, soul, mind, offspring, and money. The research presents examples of the purposes of general legislation, such as the purpose of justice, moderation, moderation, non-arbitrariness, inclination, and injustice, to make it easier for the Muslim to know what God Almighty wants, whether by His commands and prohibitions, or by what is permissible or forbidden. Accordingly, the research introduces a contemporary scientist, and shedding light on his biography and scientific efforts. The research is divided into two sections:
- section one deals with the meaning and types of purposes, and the definition of Dr. Al-Zuhaili
- section two includes two requirements, the first contains examples of necessary objectives, and the second includes examples of general legislative objectives

Muslim academics have been familiar with theological and scientific debates from the early ages. The ancient grammarians and linguists dealt with the context by insinuation and reference at times, and by explicit pronunciation at other times. As such, they used terms close to their linguistic or lexical meanings and synonymous with them, such as the terms (link, verse, evidence, indication, sign). These references and allusions to the term context came during their discussion about attribution, conjunction, or transitivity, or when they mention grammatical chapters, such as the subject, the predicate, the object, the adjective, addition, dependencies, deletion, and appreciation. The researchers hardly find a chapter except for the context mentioned in it, whether it is explicitly pronounced or what is on its behalf and indicates it. From those chapters the researchers chose the accusative and the genitive as two chapters that fall within the context of the attribution in order to show the semantic effect that the context indicates.
