Nationality is acquired in accordance with cases stipulated by law, as well as the case of loss with regard to emergency nationality that a person obtains of his own free will without being imposed on him.

Internal armed conflicts have become more numerous and more deadly, and they are mainly governed by Common Article 3 of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949, which is a unique article and can be considered an independent and stand-alone agreement, and since any armed conflict must end and its parties must wake up looking for any an opportunity for peace.
