بسم الله والصلاة والسّلام على رسول الله، والحمد لله ربّ العالمين، نحمده و نستعينه ونستهديه ونستغفره، نعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيّئات أعمالنا، من يهده الله فلا مضلّ له ومن يضلله فلن تجد له وليّاً مرشداً، اما بعد. في هذا البحث الديني الذي أضعه بين أيدي حضراتكم، أقوم بالحديث حول مسألة فقهية دينية هامّة في عقيدة المسلمين وحياتهم هي (الوقف تمليك للمنفعة) ، وما تتضمنها من بعض الاحكام منها مثلا : مفهوم المنفعة وانها عقد انتفاع لا تمليك ، وغيرها من الاحكام المتعلقة بها الواردة في المسألة ، والتي لا بدّ لكلّ مسلم ومسلمة أن يفهموا ما تعنيه، وقد استندت في بحثي هذا على امهات الكتب الفقهية للمذهب الامامي ،في تحقيق المسألة ، اما عن حياة المؤلف فقد استندت في كتابة حياته على بعض اثاره العلمية المطبوعة ، وقد اقتضت كتابة البحث على ان ارتبه على مقدمة وقسم الدراسة وقسم التحقيق ، حيث جعلت عملي فيه مؤلف من قسمين كما سيأتي : قسم الدراسة وهو مؤلف من مبحث ، المبحث الاول : التعريف بحياة المؤلف ، وقد اشتمل على ست مطالب ، المطلب الاول :اسمه ونسبه ، المطلب الثاني : القابه واسرته ،المطلب الثالث : ولادته ووفاته ، المطلب الرابع : رحلاته ، المطلب الخامس شيوخه وتلاميذه، المطلب السادس : رحلاته والمبحث الثاني : النص المحقق ، المطلب الاول : وصف النسخ الخطية للمخطوط ،المطلب الثاني : اسم المخطوط وتوثيق نسبته الى مؤلفه ، والسبب في تأليفه ، والمطلب الثالث : منهجي في التحقيق . ، والمبحث الثالث : هو النص المحقق ، من مخطوطة (نفائس المسائل) ، مسألة (الوقف تمليك للمنفعة) . والغاية من بحثي هو أن يعرف المسلم ان الغاية من الوقف هو ليس تمليك الوقف بنفسه بل تمليك منفعته، متبعاً سنة النبي -صلى الله عليه و واله سلم- ولا أخفي عليكم أن الخوص في المسائل الدينية أمرٌ واسع، وبحرٌ مترامي الأطراف، ومن واجبنا بصفتنا مسلمين وباحثين ، أن نلمّ بأطرافه وأن نتعلّم أصول ديننا، ومن هذه الفكرة أتيت بفكرة بحثي لتصل رسالتي لكلّ من يريد الاستفادة والتّعلم أكثر حول دينه، أسأل الله أن يكون بحثي ذا نفع ، وأن يفيد كل من يطلع عليه باحثاً كان او غيره، وأن يكتب لنا ولكم ربّنا الأجر والثّواب. يهدف البحث الحالي تعرف اثر انموذج ( ويست وينز) في تصحيح المفاهيم النحوية عند طالبات الصف الخامس الادبي ولتحقيق هدف البحث اتبعت الباحثة منهج البحث التجريبي واعتمت تصميما تجريبيا ذا المجموعة التجريبية والاختبار البعدي اذ تحدد البحث الحالي بطالبات الصف الخامس الادبي في محافظة واسط للعام الدراسي 2021 – 2022

Since the end of World War I, which resulted in the establishment of the Turkish Republic in 1923, the Kurdish issue in Turkey has not found a final solution by successive governments until now. This is due to the lack of trust between the government on the one hand and the Kurdish leaders on the other. In addition to the complications that accompanied it, the most prominent of which was the policy of denial, exclusion, and mutual violence, which was a permanent advocacy for it. Not to mention the Kemalist ideology that arose on the principle of Turkish nationalism and its denial of the culture of national pluralism in Turkey and the lack of recognition of the social and historical realities of the Kurds in southeastern Turkey, who number about Approximately (15) million They were called "Mountain Turks" instead of the Kurds, and they were prevented from using their language and confiscating their culture, which led to them carrying out many revolutions against the Ankara government, which it could not put down by force of arms over the past decades. As soon as the Justice and Development Party came to power in 1922, it sought to find a solution to the Kurdish issue by initiating direct negotiations with Abdullah Ocalan, the leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, to reach a settlement according to the vision of the Justice and Development Party based on achieving security, stability, internal peace, and achieving comprehensive economic advancement in the country.
Nevertheless, this step faced many obstacles and obstacles, the most prominent of which is the nationalist trend's insistence on not recognizing the political and cultural rights of the Kurds, as well as the regional and international external interference, which had a role in not reaching a comprehensive settlement, which led to renewed acts of violence and fighting between the two parties. The research was divided into three main sections, the first topic was titled (the conditions of the Kurds in Turkey under the rule of the Kemalists) and the second topic was titled (the procedures of the government of Tayyip Erdogan and his party to solve the Kurdish issue). The third topic was titled (obstacles and obstacles affecting the solution of the Kurdish issue in Turkey) as well as a conclusion in which the most important conclusions reached by the research were mentioned, and the research relied on many diverse Arab and foreign sources included in the list of sources.

ان حزب الشعب الجمهوري الذي اسسه مصطفى كمال اتاتورك عام 1923 والكماليين والمؤسسة العسكرية التركية ، كانت جميعها قد نصبت نفسها حارساً على المبادئ التي جاء بها مصطفى كمال أتاتورك والأسس التي بنى عليها جمهوريته، فكان تاريخ تركيا الحديث قائم على ممارسة إنكار التنوع القومي والديني والثقافي وصهر كل المكونات غير التركية وإقصاء كل من يدافع عن ما سبق تحت شعار العلمانية والتحديث والعصرنة والحفاظ على أسس ومبادئ مؤسس تركيا الحديثة مصطفى كمال أتاتورك. ثمة عوامل وأبعاد وأسباب كثيرة تجعل المرء يعتقد بأن ما يجري بشأن القضية الكردية في تركيا، بين الزعيمين طيب رجب أردوغان وعبد الله أوجلان لن يختلف كثيرا من حيث النتيجة عن ما جرى بين مصطفى كمال أتاتورك والهيئة الكردية قبل نحو أقل من قرن، مع الفارق في الأسلوب والظروف. نظراً لأن ما قام به مصطفى كمال أتاتورك بعد عقد معاهدة لوزان وإلى حين وفاته عام 1938، شكل أسوء مرحلة في تاريخ العلاقة بين الحكومة التركية والقيادات الكردية، فلم ينقلب على وعوده بشأن الحقوق القومية الكردية فحسب، بل أرتكب سلسلة من المذابح والمجازر ضدهم، وهي جرائم إبادة عرقية بكل معنى الكلمة فما إن حصل على دعم الغرب له، حتى بدأ بإعلان إلغاء صيغة الدولة الإسلامية للحكم، وتنصل ليس من معاهدة سيفر فقط، بل حتى من ما جاء في بنود معاهدة لوزان بخصوص الأكراد وباقي الأقليات. وهو ما دفع بالزعيم الكردي الشيخ سعيد بيران إلى إعلان ثورته ضد حكومة مصطفى كمال أتاتورك في عام 1925 والذي سرعان ما قمعها بشدة ومن ثم اقدم على اعدام كبار قادتها بمن فيهم الشيخ سعيد بيران.
‪ ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‪ في ظل ممارسة الحكومات التركية المتعاقبة للقمع الدموي ، واصرارها على سياسة الإنكار والإقصاء للقوميات الأخرى وخصوصا الكردية، ولد حزب العمال الكردستاني عام 1978 من رحم اليسار التركي حاملاً شعار تحرير وتوحيد كردستان، والذي اتخذ طريق الكفاح المسلح ضد الدولة التركية لتحقيق أهدافه تلك، والتي استمرت لعقود طويلة، وخلفت أكثر من 45 ألف قتيل من الجانبين، وآلاف جرائم القتل والاغتيالات التي سجلت ضد فاعل مجهول، وتدمير أكثر من خمسة آلاف قرية كردية، والتي ساهمت بإيجاد شرخ اجتماعي هائل بين أبناء الوطن الواحد الأكراد والأتراك، ورصد موازنات حربية هائلة تجاوزت خمسمائة مليار دولار، واسهمت بتوتر في علاقات تركيا مع كل دول الجوار، واتهام الدفاع عن أبسط المطالب الكردية بالإرهاب، وعندما تأكد للجميع استحالة حل القضية الكردية عسكرياً، كانت تلك المحاولات السلمية التي بدأت من عهد الرئيس التركي توركتت أوزال وعبد الله أوجلان ، والذي تمخض التوصل الى أول وقف لإطلاق النار من جانب حزب العمال الكردستاني في عام 1992. لتعقبها محاولات أخرى ببين الطرفين، الا ان جميعها انهارت لعدم وجود نية حقيقية لانهاء الصراع. واستمر الحال على ما هو عليه حتى اعتقال زعيم حزب العمال الكردستاني في عام 1999، ومن ثم مجيء حكومة حزب العدالة والتنمية بقيادة زعيمها رجب طيب اردوغان في عام 2002 الذي انتهج خطوات مغايرة عن الحكومات التركية السابقة بالتعامل مع القضية الكردية في داخل تركيا، بموجب رؤية جديدة، والتي استندت على اجراء مفاوضات مباشرة مع عبد الله اوجلان من داخل سجنه للتوصل الى حل سلمي للقضية الكردية وصولا الى تحقيق نهضة اقتصادية شاملة، مشروطة بتحقيق الامن والاستقرار في البلاد وكاد ان ينجح في مسعاه، الا انه سرعان ما اصطدم بعقبات ومعوقات كثيرة سواء كانت داخلية او إقليمية او حتى دولية ، ساهمت جميعها في اجهاض التوصل الى حل سلمي لانهاء القضية الكردية، لتعود من جديد لغة السلاح والعنف بين الطرفين، والتي ضلت مستمرة لغاية الان.

Abstract

Climate, with its basic elements (solar radiation, temperature, wind, air humidity and rain), is the most important component of the natural environment in which man lives, because of its effective impact on human health and various activities and infection with endemic diseases through its direct impact on pathogens and their vectors of insects and the reproduction of parasites and germs And viruses and in the proliferation of organisms that transmit diseases or store their microbes, as these favorable climatic elements provide ideal conditions for pathogens, especially whooping cough. Through the study, it was shown that whooping cough disease could appear in the study area as a result of the spread of swamps, marshes and stagnant water.

يعد المناخ بعناصره الاساسية (الاشعاع الشمسي ودرجة الحرارة والرياح والرطوبة الجوية والامطار ) الاهم ضمن مكونات البيئة الطبيعية التي يعيش فيها الانسان ، لما له من تأثير فعال على صحة الانسان وانشطته المختلفة واصابته بالأمراض المتوطنة من خلال تأثيرها المباشر على مسببات الامراض ونواقلها من الحشرات وتكاثر الطفيليات والجراثيم والفيروسات وفي تكاثر الكائنات الناقلة للأمراض او الخازنة لميكروباتها حيث توفر هذه العناصر المناخية الملائمة ظروفا مثالية لمسببات الامراض لاسيما مرض السعال الديكي . ومن خلال الدراسة ظهرت ان مرض السعال الديكي ممكن ظهوره في منطقة الدراسة نتيجة لانتشار المستنقعات والاهوار والمياه الراكدة .

Teaching Children literature is one of the most vital ways to raise and up bring a child. Which include using artistic and educational works such as videos and different sources of technology through different mediums to teach and influence a child’s brain. Setting principals for a student in the grades of (8-12) is very important for their character. To teach a child and educate them about the value of their country and family is essential to their future. And having these modern day tools to assist us in these educational endeavors is very useful. And in these tough times when covid-19 mandates us to stay home and use online learning makes it so that we have to find innovative and creative ways to up bring and raise our children. My purpose in this research study is to showcase: Synchronous E-Learning, Asynchronous E-Learning and E-learning interactive intelligent which are vital to teach students through these ways that can be adapted by schools and teachers in order to educate our young scholars in a safe and efficient way. Differentiating children literature in on campus studies (old ways) and the new and modern online studying. And measuring the pros and cons of both. And showing the best and most effective ways to teach children literature, especially the vital grades (8-12) in this day and age.
At last, in this research study, we want to improve online learning in children literature and to outweigh the cons of the subject matter. And to make online learning in children literature effective and interactive for students in order to intermingle with the subject and develop their character. To conclude we must keep in mind that online learning is the best substitute for on campus learning at this certain time.

أدب الأطفال هو إحدى الطرائق الأساسية لتعليم الطفل ومنها الأعمال الفنية والأدبية التي تنتقل إلى الطفل عن طريق وسائل الاتصال المختلفة، والتي تشمل على الأفكار والأخيلة، وتتفق مع مستويات نموهم المختلفة، وباختلاف الأزمنة والأمكنة ومتغيرات العصر، اختلف بذلك عبر العصور طرائق تدريس أدب الأطفال وأنماط التعليم ومناهج التدريس بين طرائق التدريس التقليدية ومنها: التلقيني أو الحضوري، وبين طرائق التدريس المعاصرة ومنها: الإلكتروني أو الرقمي.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض أبرز طرائق التدريس المعاصرة لمادة أدب الأطفال ومنها: التعليم الرقمي، وبيان أهمية التعليم الرقمي، ودوره في تعليم مواد ومناهج أدب الأطفال، وذكر أبرز الخطوات والإجراءات الصحيحة المتبعة للتعليم الرقمي والعمل على عرض تصميمي لمحتويات مادة أدب الأطفال، وتنظيم المحتوى التعليمي مستندين على مجموعة استراتيجيات ومبادئ تعليمية ولا سيما نظرية ميلر في التعليم ومبادئ توماس في تنظيم المحتوى الدراسي، ثم ذكر أوجه الاختلاف بين طرائق تعليم أدب الأطفال تلقينياً ورقمياً، ثم بيان المواطن الإيجابية والسلبية لهذه الطريقة التعليمية الجديدة في تعليم الأطفال، متخذين من طلبة المراحل الأساسية عينة للدراسة، واخيراً وضع بعض المقترحات والحلول للحد من الآثار السلبية للطريقة الرقمية في تعليم أدب الأطفال، وبالمقابل العمل على التعليم الإلكتروني يناسب العصر الحالي ويتلائم مع أحداث العصر والأجواء الواقعية، ويرفع من ميول الطفل الإبداعية وذائقته الأدبية. ويمكن في نهاية البحث ذكر أبرز النتائج ومنها: تعمل مواد ونصوص أدب الأطفال المتعددة بصورة غير مباشرة على غرس القيم الاجتماعية والمعرفية لدى الطالب، يعد أدب الأطفال من الأساليب التعليمية الفعالة لنمذجة أسلوب وسلوك الطفل، تتعدد نماذج التصميم التعليمي لمحتويات مادة أدب الأطفال بحسب خبرة المعلم والمدرس وبمدى استجابة الطالب لهذا العرض الإلكتروني، وما تتطلبه العملية التعليمية، وأن الطريقة التعليمية الرقمية أصبحت ضرورة وحاجة ملحة لتعليم الطفل كونها البديل الأمثل للتعليم المباشر الحضوري في الوقت الحاضر

تعد مدينة ووهان الصينية الموقع الجغرافي الاول لأنطلاق فيروس كورونا أو ما يسمى كوفيد -19 والذي اجتاح الحدود السياسية لجغرافية الدول عام 2019 وبذلك اكتسب صفة العالمية ، واثر فيروس كورونا على الناس بأشكال مختلفة وهو لا يميز بين جنسيات الدول ولا بين الاعمار او النساء والرجال ، ويعيش العالم رعب هذه الجائحة او الوباء كونها غير معروفة طبياً ، والعراق موضوع البحث ليس بمعزل عن دول العالم أمام هذا الوباء وقد تظافرة عدة عوامل سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية ، لاسيما وان الازمة افرزت ضغوطا على الاوضاع المعيشية نتيجة التعطيل الجزئي للانشطة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وعلى هذا الاساس يركز هذا البحث على دراسة مختلف الابعاد المرتبطة بالامن الصحي التي خلفتها جائحة كورونا لما لها من اهمية قصوى في التأثير على حياة الفرد المجتمع .

يعتبر النشاط الصناعي من اهم جوانب النشاط الاقتصادي لأي بلد , ومساهمته الكبيرة في الدخل القومي بالاضافة الى توفير فرص العمل , يحاول دراسة تحليل العناصر المكانية لصناعة البلاطات الارضية في قضائي الرمادي والفلوجة كونها من الصناعات التي نمت بشكل كبير في الاونة الاخيرة ولاسيما شهدت تطورا كبير في قضائي من حركات البناء والتوسع العمراني بالاضافة الى زيادة الطلب على عمليات رصف الطرق وتبليط الشوارع كالطرق والجسور والمستشفيات والعمارات ومشاريع الاسكان والمشاريع الاقتصادية الاخرى ومنها الصناعية وما يصاحبها من مشاريع أخرى تعتمد على مادة البناء في عمليات أنشائها.
إن الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو عرض التطور التاريخي لصناعة البلاطات الارضية في منطقة الدراسة وتحليل العوامل من مقومات الجغرافية الطبيعية والبشرية, ومن ثم تحديد توزيع الجغرافي في قضائي . وقد توصلنا الى مجموع من أمور منها.
1- تعتبر صناعة البلاطات الارضية من الصناعات المهمة في منطقة الدراسة , الى بداية ثمانينات من القرن العشرين , الا أنها تطور بشكل كبيرة بعد عام 2004 , ولاسيما بعد تطور مدن وقضائي.

Abstract

Every Arab country that gained independence took from the constitutions of the countries that preceded it, and Iraq, for example but not limited to, developed several temporary constitutions that were similar in their provisions and legal articles since the fall of the monarchy in 1958 until the advent of the party The (dissolved) Baath of power in 1968, or what characterizes this period until 1970, we see that the legal legislation was limited to some extent by the decisions of the (dissolved) Revolutionary Command Council, which is the supreme authority in the country

ان التشريعات الدستورية في الوطن العربي تكاد ان تكون متشابهة الى حد كبير, فكل دولة عربية حصلت على الاستقلال اخذت من دساتير الدول التي سبقتها, والعراق على سبيل المثال لا الحصر وضع عدة دساتير مؤقتة متشابهة في احكامها وموادها القانونية منذ سقوط الملكية عام 1958 وحتى مجيء حزب البعث (المنحل) للسلطة عام 1968 او ما يميز الفترة هذه وحتى عام 1970 نرى ان التشريعات القانونية كانت مقيدة الى حد ما بقرارات مجلس قيادة الثورة (المنحل) وهو السلطة العليا في البلاد .

Abstract

Iran witnessed a wave of rebellions and uprisings after the death of Muhammad Shah in 1848 AD, as the Babi uprising, as it began in the city of Mazandaran and their control of Al-Tabarsi Castle and the establishment of fortifications, but the government forces, after imposing a siege on them and the arrival of large military reinforcements, managed to kill most of the defenders after hit-and-run battles and a strict siege As well as using tricks with those who remained in the castle by giving them safety if they surrendered, but it did not fulfill its promises and all those present were killed. In the meantime, a new uprising broke out in the city of Neiriz, as this uprising was an extension of the uprising of Al-Tabarsi Castle and in order to take the rebel dead Babis there, but the Qajar government did not The uprising was slowed down and the most severe types of cruelty and violence were used with them, and they eliminated their uprising and executed the participants in it. After that, another uprising took place in the city of Zanjan, when a large number of Babi supporters gathered and were trained to fight and bear arms. They were able to control some areas, and the government forces, backed by clerics and clans, worked to besiege and fight them. Violent wars finally managed to crush their uprising.

شهدت إيران موجه من التمردات والانتفاضات بعد وفاة محمد شاه عام 1848م كانتفاضة البابيّة اذ كانت بدايتها في مدينة مازندران وسيطرتهم على قلعة الطبرسي والقيام بالتحصينات لكن القوات الحكومية بعد ان فرضت طوق حصار عليهم وقدوم تعزيزات عسكرية كبيرة تمكنت من قتل اغلب المدافعين بعد معارك كر وفر وحصار مطبق وكذلك استخدام الحيلة مع من تبقى في القلعة باعطائهم الامان اذا استسلموا لكنها لم تف بوعودها وتم قتل جميع الموجودين، في هذه الاثناء اشتعلت انتفاضة جديدة في مدينة نيريز اذ كانت هذه الانتفاضة امتداد لانتفاضة قلعة الطبرسي ومن اجل اخذ ثائر قتلى البابيين هناك غير ان الحكومة القاجارية لم تمهل المنتفضين وقت واستخدمت معهم اشد انواع القسوة والعنف وقضت على انتفاضتهم واعدمت المشتركين فيها، بعدها حدثت انتفاضة اخرى في مدينة زنجان اذ تجمع عدد كبير من انصار البابيه وتم تدريبهم على القتال وحمل السلاح واستطاعوا السيطرة على بعض المناطق وعملت القوات الحكومية مسنودة برجال الدين والعشائر على محاصرتهم وخوضهما حروب عنيفة تمكنت في النهاية من القضاء على انتفاضتهم.

The nature of the social customs and traditions of Bani Tamim in Diyala and their relationship to their social environment (1914-1958 AD)

Praise be to God, who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and upon his good and pure family and his noble companions.The research dealt with the controversial issues in the book Tabaqat al-Shafi’i al-Kubra by Taj al-Din al-Sobki, as this book is considered one of the important books in the field of translations, and it amounts to (10) parts, and these parts contain a large number of translations of the narrators, who are scholars of the Shafi’i school. The biography of these scholars, and by talking about them, he mentions and discusses some grammatical issues.As for the approach that I relied on, I present the words of Sobki, then I elaborate on the issue, so I mention the words of the grammarians, and discuss that, and many grammatical investigations were absent, because I did not find a word for Sobki in them. The nature of the research necessitated that I divide it into an introduction, five demands, and a conclusion accompanied by the sources and references that I relied on in my thesis. The first requirement came under the title: Al-Sobky’s opinion on Al-Muthanna’s rulingThe second requirement: Al-Sobki’s response to Al-Farra’ in the second position after the verb (thought).And the fourth requirement: I do exclamationFinally, the fifth requirement: (not) and its negation with (except)The conclusion came with the most important findings, then the sources.In conclusion, I hope that this message has achieved its intended purpose. If I am right, then that is the grace of God, and if I am wrong, then it is from myself. Perfection belongs to God alone, for He is sufficient for me, and to Him I repent.

تناولت البحث المسائل الخلافية في كتاب طبقات الشافعية الكبرى لتاج الدين السبكي، إذ يعدَّ الكتاب من الكتب المهمة في مجال التراجم ، ويبلغ (10) اجزاء ، تحتوي على عدد كبير من تراجم الرواة ، الذين هم من علماء المذهب الشافعي ، يقوم بعرض سيرة هؤلاء العلماء ، ومن خلال الحديث عنهم يذكر بعض المباحث النحوية ويناقشها . أما المنهج الذي اعتمدت عليه ، فإنني اقدم كلام السبكي ، ثم افصّل القول في المسألة ، فاذكر كلام النحاة ، واناقش ذلك ، وقد غابت كثيرٌ من المباحث النحوية ، لأنني لم اجد قولا للسبكي فيها.
اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن أقسمه على مقدمة وخمسة مطالب وخاتمة مشفوعة بالمصادر والمراجع التي اعتمدت عليها في رسالتي.

The Palestinian Communist Party is one of the oldest leftist parties in the Arab East, and from it Marxist thought spread in Egypt and the Levant. The Communist Organization was not influential in the Arab circles in Palestine, because its ideas came with the European Jews immigrants.
The party played an important and tangible role after its leadership was assumed by Moein Bseiso, who is considered one of the charismatic leadership cadres because of his culture and simple style of addressing the masses because he is one of the prominent Palestinian poets.

يعد الحزب الشيوعي الفلسطيني من اقدم الاحزاب اليسارية في المشرق العربي ، ومنه انتشر الفكر الماركسي في مصر وبلاد الشام ، لم يكن التنظيم الشيوعي مؤثرا في الاوساط العربية بفلسطين ، وذلك لأن افكاره جاءت مع اليهود السوفييت المهاجرين . لعب الحزب دوراً مهماً وملموساً بعد ان استلم قيادته معين بسيسو الذي يعد من الكوادر القيادية ذات الكارزما لما تمتع به من ثقافة واسلوب بسيط بمخاطبة الجماهير لكونه من الشعراء الفلسطينيين البارزين ، وخلال تسنمه قيادة الحزب نجح الحزب بتصديه وافشال مؤامرة توطين اللاجئين في سيناء . ومن خلال تحالف الحزب مع القوى السياسية الوطنية الفلسطينية نجح الحزب بعد حرب حزيران عام 1967بتاسيس بعض التحالفات السياسية والانتخابية استطاعت هذه التحالفات من تثبيت الفلسطينيين في ديارهم بعد ان احتلتها القوات الاسرائيلية ، وتمكنت هذه التحالفات بفوز بعض العناصر الفلسطينية الوطنية في مناصب المجالس البلدية الفلسطينية .

Abstract

The research aims to identify the concept of medium-sized industries and their relationship to small industries and to identify the nature of the spatial distribution of medium-sized industries in Baghdad Governorate and by districts for the year 2021
As well as getting acquainted with the industrial structure of this industry.
- The research assumes that the Baghdad governorate possesses huge potentials that are not invested in industrial activity due to several problems related to industry and development. Also, there is a large discrepancy in the distribution of medium-sized industries at the level of the issue of Baghdad Governorate for the year 2021.
As for the research methodology, the research dealt with the following topics: the concept of medium-sized industries and their characteristics, the structure of medium-sized industries in Baghdad Governorate for the year 2021, as well as conclusions and recommendations.
The research concluded that the total medium-sized industries in Baghdad Governorate for the year 2021 amounted to 39 factories, in which 712 workers worked, and the value of wages amounted to 5,355,941 thousand dinars, while the value of sales was 36,595,223 thousand dinars, while the value of production requirements was 16,739,315 in one thousand dinars.
As for the most important recommendations, they were represented by 1- Raising awareness of the importance of medium enterprises and clarifying their role in economic development
2- Commercial banks and financial institutions must keep pace with the current economic situation, participate in financing economic and social development plans, and face the challenges they face.

The importance of the message comes from being an attempt to know the effect of cardio exercise accompanying nutritional awareness on some physical measurements for women aged (25-35) years. The researchers noted the phenomenon of weight gain, especially In women, it is widely spread, because they live a sedentary and sedentary life, rarely engage in sports activities, and do not adhere to a healthy diet to maintain body weight as a result of poor nutritional awareness, so the two researchers decided to study this problem. Body measurements for women aged (25-35) years. The two researchers used the experimental method, which depends on collecting information and data related to the research topic. The two researchers identified the research community by intentional method, and they are women aged (25-35) years who participate in fitness centers in Baghdad, and a random sample of (12) women practicing sports in the private halls of fitness centers in Baghdad was selected and the sample was chosen by random method. Physical measurements, the two researchers prepared special exercises for cardio exercises, and gave lectures on nutritional awareness with three training units per week, and included presentation, analysis and discussion of the research results. 25-35 years old.

تطرق الباحثتان إلى ان غزو التكنولوجيا السريع عبر السنوات على حياة الأفراد، إلى جانب ضغوط الحياة، أدى بالكثيرين الى إهمال صحتهم. ما أدى إلى ارتفاع ملحوظ وزيادة الوزن عبر السنوات ان الاهتمام بالصحة يتضمن عدم إهمال ممارسة الرياضة. إما أهمية البحث فتأتي كونها محاولة لمعرفة تأثير تمرينا الكارديو المصاحب للتوعية الغذائية في بعض القياسات الجسمية للنساء بأعمار (35-25) سنة. ولاحظ الباحثتان ظاهرة زيادة الوزن خاصة عند النساء منتشرة بشكل واسع وذلك لأنهم يعيشون حياة قليلة الحركة وكثيرة الجلوس، وقلما يمارسون النشاطات الرياضية، وعدم الالتزام بنظام غذائي صحي للمحافظة على وزن الجسم نتيجة لضعف التوعية الغذائية لذلك ارتأت الباحثتان لدراسة هذه المشكلة. وهدفها التعرف على تأثير تمرينات الكارديو المصاحب للتوعية الغذائية في بعض القياسات الجسمية للنساء بأعمار (25-35) سنة. واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج التجريبي الذي يعتمد على جمع المعلومات والبيانات ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث. حددت الباحثتان مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهن من النساء بأعمار (35-25) سنة ممن يشاركوا في مراكز اللياقة البدنية في بغداد واختيار عينة بالطريقة العمدية والبالغة عددها (12) امرأة ممارسة للرياضة داخل القاعات الخاصة مراكز اللياقة البدنية في بغداد واختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية تم تحديد القياسات الجسمية، واعد الباحثتان تدريبات خاصة تمرينات الكارديو، وألقوا محاضرات عن التوعية الغذائية بثلاث وحدات تدريبية في الاسبوع الواحد، وتضمن عرض وتحليل ومناقشة نتائج البحث. وايضاً تضمنت الاستنتاجات والتوصيات، انّ اعتماد تمرينات الكارديو المصاحب للتوعية الغذائية تعمل تقليل بعض والقياسات الجسمية للنساء بأعمار (35-25) سنة.

As self-control represents the main part in preparing the player to acquire skills, attitudes, goals and all dimensions of competition from stadiums, referees, devices and tools, and psychological endurance plays a major role in preparing players and increasing their ability to face psychological pressures and the ability to achieve their goals. As for the research problem, the lack of attention to the psychological aspect, in addition to the lack of special psychological programs for the players of the blind gun, in addition to the lack of the use of the self-control program. The aim of the research was to prepare a program for self-control and to know the extent of its effect on psychological endurance and some offensive skills of the blind weapon The experimental approach with two groups, the experimental and the control, was used. The sample size was (20) of Diyala club players with the hook weapon and psychological endurance was measured. A set of conclusions has been reached, the most important of which are: - There are significant differences in the psychological stress scale of the sample under study between the members of the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group. There are significant differences in the psychological stress scale of the sample under study between the two posttests of the experimental and control groups, in favor of the post test. The most important recommendations are the necessity of using the self-control program prepared by the researcher in developing the psychological endurance of the blind players for the category of applicants. Building a scale of distinctive leadership styles for faculty members in colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad Keywords (building a scale - physical education teachers) masters student Miqdad Qassem Muhammad Sakr Al-Azergawi Research Summary: The importance of the research lies in the researcher's approach to the concept of leadership styles and studying it in all respects. And it is the first Iraqi study (to the researcher's knowledge) that deals with this variable in the sports field. As for the research problem, it lies in the absence of a measuring tool that measures this concept among faculty members and disclose it. The research objectives were to build a leadership styles scale for physical education teachers, build a scale of distinctive leadership styles for faculty members in faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences for the academic year (2021-2022)
The descriptive approach was used, and the researcher relied on the measures of building the scale through what the researcher obtained from the description of leadership styles, and his fields were determined by presenting the survey form to a group of experts and specialists, and setting a definition for each field, and it was identified with five fields. The five-point scale was used. And based on the opinion of the experts, (52) items were kept distributed on the five scale areas, and the researcher conducted an exploratory experiment on a sample from outside the basic research sample. Then the scale was applied to the basic experiment sample (construction sample) of (100) teachers who were chosen by the grill method. The researcher used two statistical methods to analyze the paragraphs: the extremist groups method and the internal consistency method. In light of the results that appeared, the paragraphs containing a discriminatory force with a moral significance were accepted. This procedure was applied to all paragraphs, and some paragraphs were deleted because they did not reach the level of significance. Validity was verified using content validity and construction validity, as well as stability was verified by the half-segmentation method and Cronbach's alpha. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used to extract the research results:

B - The second factor was called the axis (the democratic style) and it contained (10) paragraphs
C- The third factor was called the axis (the dictatorial style) and it contained (10) paragraphs
D - The fourth factor was called the axis (style of social support) and it contained (10) paragraphs
E - The fifth factor was called the axis (positive reinforcement pattern) and it contained (10) paragraphs

تكمن اهمية البحث من خلال تناول الباحث لمفهوم الانماط القيادية ودراسته من كافة النواحي. وإنها أول دراسة عراقية (على حد علم الباحث) تتناول هذا المتغير في المجال الرياضي. أما مشكلة البحث فتكمن في عدم وجود أداة قياس تقيس هذا المفهوم عند اعضاء الهيئات التدريسية والكشف عنها اما اهداف البحث فكان بناء مقياس الانماط القيادية لتدريسيي التربية البدنية بناء مقياس الانماط القيادية المميزة لاعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كليات واقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي واستند الباحث بإجراءات بناء المقياس من خلال ما حصل عليه الباحث من توصيف الانماط القيادية وتم تحديد مجالاته وذلك بعرض استمارة الاستطلاع على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين ووضع تعريف لكل مجال وتحددت بخمسة مجالات. واستخدم مقياس التقدير الخماسي. و بناءا على رأي الخبراء استبقيت (52) فقرة موزعة على مجالات المقياس الخمسة وأجرى الباحث تجربة استطلاعية على عينة من خارج عينة البحث الاساسية . بعد ذلك طبق المقياس على عينة التجربة الأساسية (عينة البناء) البالغة ( 100) تدريسيا تم اختيارهم بطريقة الشوائية . واستخدم الباحث أسلوبين إحصائيين لتحليل الفقرات هما أسلوب المجموعات المتطرفة وأسلوب الاتساق الداخلي وفي ضوء النتائج الي ظهرت تم قبول الفقرات التي تحوي على قوة تمييزية لها دلالة معنوية. وتم تطبيق هذا الإجراء على جميع الفقرات كما حذفت بعض الفقرات لعدم وصولها الى مستوى المعنوية أما الصدق فتم التحقق منه باستخدام صدق المحتوى و صدق البناء وكذلك تم التحقق من الثبات بواسطة اسلوب التجزئة النصفية و ألفا كرونباخ. و تم استخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)) لاستخراج نتائج البحث :
وقد توصل الباحث إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية : تم التوصل إلى بناء مقياس
بناء مقياس الانماط القيادية المميزة لاعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كليات واقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في بغداد
- تم استخلاص (5) محاور لمقياس الانماط القيادية لتدريسي التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وبناء على نتائج التحليل الاحصائي وقد بلغت فقرات المقياس (52) فقرة موزعة على المحاور وكالآتي :-
أـ العامل الأول أطلق عليه محور (النمط التقليدي) واحتوى على (12) فقرات .
ب ـ العامل الثاني أطلق عليه محور (النمط الديمقراطي ) واحتوى على (10) فقرة
ج ـ العامل الثالث أطلق عليه محور ( النمط الدكتاتوري) واحتوى على (10) فقرة
د ـ العامل الرابع أطلق عليه محور ( نمط الدعم الاجتماعي) واحتوى على (10) فقرات
ه ـ العامل الخامس أطلق عليه محور ( نمط التعزيز الايجابي) واحتوى على (10) فقرة

Abstract

The first chapter included the introduction and the importance of the research and the research objective is to prepare special educational units using the triple peer learning method in learning some types of scoring (scoring from the free-throw line - jumping scoring - peaceful scoring). Knowing the effect of the triple peer learning method on learning skills in basketball. Find out which of the two groups is better at learning basketball skills. . The second chapter included the theoretical framework and interrelated studies. The third chapter included the research methodology and its field procedures, and the researcher used the experimental method. The research community reached (110) students from the second stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University College of Peace for the academic year 2021/2022, with a rate of (3) people. As for the research sample, it was chosen by the method Intentionally random, two divisions were chosen from the original research community, namely Division (A-C) and by lottery Division (A) became (37) students for the experimental group and Division (C) (36) students for the control group, and 13 students were excluded from the two divisions (a) and (c) who fail to attend, And the research sample became (60) students equally distributed among the two groups, and the exploratory experiment was conducted on a sample of their number (10), and the percentage of the sample was (54%) from the original community. The fourth chapter included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results, and included a detailed presentation of the results of all tests. The fifth chapter included the conclusions, which are: - The researcher concluded that the experimental group, on which the triple peer learning method was applied, was superior to the control group in learning some types of basketball scoring for students. The researcher recommends emphasizing the use of peer learning in recent studies and practical lessons.

شمل الفصل الاول المقدمة واهمية البحث وهدف البحث الى اعداد وحدات تعليمية خاصة باستخدام اسلوب تعلم الاقران الثلاثي في تعلم بعض انواع التهديف (التهديف من خط الرمية الحرة- التهديف بالقفز- التهديف السلمي). معرفة تاثير اسلوب تعلم الاقران الثلاثي في تعلم المهارات في كرة السلة. معرفة أي المجموعتين افضل في تعلم المهارات في كرة السلة. اشتمل الفصل الثاني الاطار النظري والدراسات المترابطة. واشتمل الفصل الثالث منهجية البحث واجراءاته الميدانية واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وبلغ مجتمع البحث (110) طالبا من طلاب المرحلة الثانية في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة – كلية السلام الجامعة للعام الدراسي 2021/2022 ، بواقع (3) شعب، اما عينة البحث فتم اختيارها بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية، تم اختيار شعبتين من مجتمع البحث الاصلي وهما شعبة (ا-ج) وعن طريق القرعة اصبحت شعبة (أ) (37) طالب للمجموعة التجريبة وشعبة (ج) (36) طالب للمجموعة الضابطة، وتم استبعاد (13) طالب من الشعبتين (أ) و(ج) الذين لم يلتزمون بالحضور ، واصبحت عينة البحث (60) طالب موزعين بالتساوي على المجموعتين، وتم اجراء التجربة الاستطلاعية على عينة عددهم (10)، وبلغت النسبة المئوية للعينة (54%) من مجتمع الاصل. واشتمل الفصل الرابع عرض النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها وتضمن عرضاً مفصلاً لنتائج الاختبارات جميعها. واشتمل الفصل الخامس على الاستنتاجات وهي:- وقد استنتج الباحث تفوق المجموعة التجريبية التي طبقت عليها أسلوب تعلم الاقران الثلاثي على المجموعة الضابطة في تعلم بعض انواع التهديف بكرة السلة للطلاب. ويوصي الباحث التاكيد على استخدام اسلوب تعلم الاقران في الدراسات الحديثة والدروس العملية.

Abstract

The twentieth century saw a very great development of structuralism and linguistics after the publication of Saussure's lectures, which took a great deal of translation into several languages in the world. Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the interactive e-learning and to identify the quality of university teaching and to identify the relationship between interactive e-learning and the quality of university teaching. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method in collecting opinions, information, facts and concepts related to the research axes, in order to build an integrated knowledge system, in which the research problem, its background, importance and objectives become clear, by referring to a number of studies, research and articles, and reviewing some global experiences in the field of interactive e-learning and education. The third axis: Interactive e-learning models and its success factors, features and obstacles The fourth axis: How to design an interactive e-learning program The first axis: e-learning, e-learning and university teaching One of the most important conclusions of the research is that the only solution It is the focus on education, whatever its level, the quality of its curricula and methods, and finding ways to solve its problems, and since the human being is the inexhaustible renewable natural wealth, and it is one of the main inputs to the educational process, its axis and its outputs, with its culture away from the manifestations of imitation and alienation, given that its outputs It is represented in the development of human resources in its various scientific, cultural, economic and social aspects. As for the recommendations of the research, it was a review of university programs and curricula and strategies for their implementation, in order to assimilate the concepts of the electronic and technological revolution, integrate them with teaching methods of high quality, and present them to students, in a manner that fulfills the requirements of creativity and innovation. It meets the needs of the people D and the community. E-learning is a dear demand for all educational circles, but the high costs, the large number of requirements and the complexity of its procedures, prevent the possibility of its full application in the educational process, which allows for the application of one of its types, such as interactive e-learning.

The Effect of Teaching Via Using the (ASSURE) Model to Achievement of Fifth Primary Students in Science

Abstract

The current research aims to find out (the effect of teaching using the (ASSURE) model on the achievement of fifth-grade students in science item), by checking the following two null hypotheses:
- There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who will study the description of the model (ASSURE) and the average scores of the control group who will study according to the traditional method in the achievement test.
The current research represents all fifth grade primary school students in schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education of Baghdad Governorate \ Rusafa First for the academic year (2021-2022), (Rand School) was chosen randomly to represent the current research sample of divided into three divisions (A, B, C). Two divisions (A, B) were chosen by simple random assignment. The total number was (60) female students for the fifth grade of primary school, by (30) female students for group (A) to represent the control group that studies according to the usual method, division (B) (30) students to represent the experimental group that is studying according to the Assure model.The experimental design with two groups (experimental and control) was adopted, one of which controlled the other partially with the post-test of achievement and skills of collecting and organizing information. The content of the current research was determined in the first and second units of the science book for the fifth grade of primary school, as it was analyzed into )149( behavioral objectives in light of the six levels of Bloom's classification of the cognitive domain (remember, understanding, application, analysis, installation, evaluation).(24) daily teaching plans were prepared for the experimental group and the same for the control group according to the traditional method. prepared the two research tools with the first test, an achievement test consisting of (28) objective paragraphs of a multiple-choice type with four alternatives. The second is a test of information gathering and organization skills, which includes (25) items, and its validity and reliability were verified, as it reached (0.85) and (0.866) for the collection items and the skills of collecting and organizing information, respectively, as well as calculating the psychometric properties of the two tools’ items.The researcher applied the experiment in the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022) and lasted (7) weeks, with (4) lessons per week for each group.Using the t-test equation for two independent samples, the results showed a significant difference in the achievement variable and the skills of collecting and organizing information in favor of the experimental group who studied according to the (ASSURE) model over its peers in the control group who studied according to the traditional method.In light of the results, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of using the (ASSURE) model and working on how to use it in explaining science lessons to develop students’ abilities and to raise the achievement and scientific.

هدف البحث الحالي معرفة أثر التدريس باستخدام نموذج (ASSURE) في تحصيل تلميذات الخامس الابتدائي في مادة العلوم، و ذلك من خلال التحقق من الفرضية الصفرية التالية:
- لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات تحصيل تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي يدرسن وفقا لنموذج (ASSURE) وبين متوسط درجات تحصيل تلميذات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي يدرسن وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل.
تمثل مجتمع البحث الحالي بجميع تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية الرصافة الاولى/ بغداد للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) وقد اختيرت مدرسة الرند بالشكل العشوائي البسيط من بين مدارس مجتمع البحث لتمثل عينة البحث الحالي، اذ ضمت ثلاث شعب (أ، ب، ج) بواقع (30) تلميذة في كل شعبة، وباستخدام الكيس المثالي (القرعة) اختيرت شعبة (أ) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس على وفق الطريقة التقليدية، وشعبة (ب) لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس على وفق (ASSURE). اعتمد التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة) احداهما تضبط الاخرى ضبطا جزئيا ذات الاختبار البعدي للتحصيل كوفئت تلميذات عينة البحث (المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة) في (التحصيل السابق، الذكاء، معلومات سابقة). تم تحديد محتوى البحث الحالي بالوحدتين الاولى والثانية من كتاب مادة العلوم للصف الخامس الابتدائي، إذ حلل الى اغراض سلوكية بلغ عددها (149) غرضا" سلوكيا" في ضوء المستويات الست لتصنيف بلوم للمجال المعرفي (تذكر، فهم، تطبيق، تحليل، تركيب، تقويم).
تم اعداد (24) خطة تدريسية يومية للمجموعة التجريبية ومثلها للمجموعة الضابطة وفق الطريقة التقليدية، اعدت اداتي البحث باختبار الاولى اختبار تحصيل مكون من (28) فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد بأربعة بدائل، وتم التحقق من صدقه وحساب ثباته، إذ بلغ (0,85) لفقرات التحصيل. طبقت التجربة في الفصل الدراسي الاول للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) واستغرقت (7) أسابيع، بواقع(4) حصص اسبوعيا" لكل مجموعة، وبعد انتهاء التجربة طبق اختبار التحصيل على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة وعولجت البيانات احصائياً. وباستخدام معادلة الاختبار التائي (test t-) لعينتين مستقلتين اظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذو دلالة معنوية في متغير التحصيل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي درسن وفق نموذج (ASSURE) على اقرانها في المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن وفق الطريقة التقليدية.
وفي ضوء ما اسفر أوصت الباحثتان بعدة توصيات اهمها ضرورة استخدام نموذج (ASSURE) والعمل على كيفية استخدامه في شرح دروس مادة العلوم لتطوير قدرات التلاميذ ولرفع المستوى التحصيلي والعلمي .

Abstract

The importance of the current research lies in the necessity of designing and legalizing a special compound test similar to playing conditions that take into account the high and advanced level and differentiate between levels, capabilities and individual differences to take into account abilities and privacy when performing training for young football players, as well as continuing to supply the training environment for young players and provide clarification to coaches. As for the research problem, the current research in the use of this special composite test as an auxiliary training tool is an attempt to develop some physical characteristics and basic skills for junior footballers that may contribute to upgrading some of the players’ abilities, including physical and skill, to reach the best levels, so the researcher decided to enter into this problem and work on Designing a special composite test and setting standards for its final vocabulary for the purpose of using it as a basis for evaluating part of the training situation for young footballers.
The goal of the current research was determined by designing and codifying the long handling test - rolling - receiving from the side - scoring accuracy as part of evaluating the training status of young football players. As for the society and sample of the research, nine clubs were dealt with as a stratified sample and were divided randomly so that each group is an independent sample from the other by a separate procedure from the other research procedures, as (Salah al-Din Mahmoud) states, “The randomness in selecting samples does not mean accidental or spontaneous, but is achieved with complete care. By designing the methods of inspections, and the sample consisted of (186) players with a percentage of (72.6%) distributed over the nine clubs. To be consistent with the phenomenon studied .Statistical means: The researcher used the statistical package (SPSS.Ver 21) to obtain the following:
(arithmetic means, standard deviations, median, skew coefficient, Pearson simple correlation coefficient, test (τ) for uncorrelated (independent) samples, standard error, standard degree and modified standard degree, range).
The researcher reached the most important conclusions and recommendations:
- Reaching the construction of special composite tests as part of evaluating the training status of young football players.
Reaching standard scores and levels for the composite test of performance significance for young football players.
Recommendations: - According to the results and conclusions, the researcher recommends the following:
The necessity of adopting the special composite test by trainers and researchers as a means of assessment, which is consistent and close to the level of performance during competition.
The use of grades and standard levels by coaches and researchers to judge the level of young players in football.

تكمن أهمية البحث الحالي ب ضرورة تصميم وتقنين اختبار مركب خاص مشابهة لظروف اللعب تراعي المستوى العالي والمتقدم وتفرق بين المستويات والقدرات والفروق الفردية لتراعي القدرات والخصوصية عند أداء التدريبات الخاصة باللاعبين الناشئين بكرة القدم ، فضلاً عن مواصلة رفد البيئة التدريبية الخاصة باللاعبين الناشئين وتقديم التوضيح للمدربين . اما مشكلة البحث البحث الحالي في استخدام هذه الاختبار المركب الخاص كوسيلة تدريبية مساعدة هي محاولة لتطوير بعض الصفات البدنية والمهارات الأساسية للناشئين بكرة القدم قد تسهم في الارتقاء ببعض قدرات اللاعبين منها البدنية والمهارية وذلك للوصول الى احسن المستويات ، لذا أرتأى الباحث الولوج في هذه المشكلة والعمل على تصميم اختبارا مركب خاص ووضع المعايير لمفرداته النهائية لغرض استخدامه كأساس لتقييم جزء من الحالة التدريبية للناشئين بكرة القدم . وتحدد هدف البحث الحالي بتصميم وتقنين اختبار المناولة الطويلة- الدحرجة- الاستلام من الجانب -دقة التهديف كجزء من تقييم حالة التدريب للاعبين الناشئين بكرة القدم . إيجاد درجات ومستويات معيارية لا اختبار المناولة الطويلة- الدحرجة- الاستلام من الجانب -دقة التهديف كجزء من تقييم حالة التدريب للاعبين الناشئين بكرة القدم . اما مُجتمع وعينةُ البحث تسعة اندية تم التعامل معها كعينة طبقية وتم تقسيمها عشوائياً لتكون كل مجموعة منها عينة مستقلة عن الأخرى بإجراء منفصل عن إجراءات البحث الأخرى إذ يذكر(صلاح الدين محمود) " إن العشوائية في انتقاء العينات لا يعني العرضية أو العفوية وإنما تتحقق بالعناية التامة بتصميم أساليب المعاينات" ، وتكونت العينة من ( 186) لاعب بنسبة (72.6%) موزعين على على الاندية التسعة وتم تقسيم العينة الرئيسية على ثلاث عيينتين استطلاعية و عينة بناء الاختبار وعينة تطبيق الاختبار إذ تم اعتماد تقسيم نوع العينات على وفق أسس علمية تلائم مشكلة البحث لكي تكون منسجمة مع الظاهرة المدروسة

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the tendencies of middle school students towards mathematics. Each paragraph, which is (applies to me, is neutral, does not apply to me), was distributed to the four journals of the scale (students’ tendencies towards the nature of mathematics, the students’ tendencies towards enjoying mathematics, students’ tendencies towards learning mathematics, and students’ tendencies towards the mathematics teacher), and the verification of Validity and stability of the tool.
And after the tool became ready for application, the student tendencies scale was applied to the research sample (middle school students), in the middle and secondary schools of the General Directorate of Education in Maysan Governorate, and then the appropriate statistical analyzes were conducted, and the researcher concluded that middle school students have inclinations towards mathematics, and concluded that Middle school students have tendencies towards mathematics, and towards each of the areas of tendencies towards mathematics, then put a number of recommendations and suggestions

يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على ميول طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة نحو الرياضيات , فقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة اهداف الدراسة , واعد اداة لبحثة وهي مقياس الميول نحو الرياضيات لمعرفة ميول طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة نحو الرياضيات , تألف من (20) فقرة , ذات البدائل الثلاثة الموجودة امام كل فقرة والتي هي (تنطبق علي , محايد , لا تنطبق علي) , بحيث وزعت على المجلات الاربعة للمقياس (ميول الطلبة نحو طبيعة الرياضيات , ميول الطلية نحو الاستمتاع بالرياضيات , ميول الطلبة نحو تعلم الرياضيات , ميول الطلبة نحو مدرس الرياضيات) , وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة. وبعد ان اصبحت الأداة جاهزة للتطبيق ، طُبق مقياس ميول الطلبة على عينة البحث (طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة) , في المدراس المتوسطة والثانوية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة ميسان , وبعدها اجريت التحليلات الاحصائية المناسبة , وتوصل الباحث الى امتلاك طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة ميولاً نحو الرياضيات , واستنتج ان طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة لديهم ميول نحو الرياضيات , ونحو كل مجال من مجالات الميول نحو الرياضيات , ثم وضع عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

في هذا البحث تم دراسة تأثير التركيز المولاري لصبغة الرودامين b المذاب في الكحول الأثيلي على الخواص الطيفية (الأمتصاصية والفلورة). وأظهرت النتائج زيادة في قمم الأمتصاصية وإزاحة قمم الفلورة للأطوال الموجية الأقصر مع زيادة التركيز المولاري(1-100)مايكرو مول، كذلك بينت النتائج تحسين في قمم الأمتصاص والفلورة مع زيادة التركيز المولاري. إن ظاهرة الخمود في قمة الفلورة عند تراكيز أكبر من (60) والناتجة من ميكانيكية التصادم. ولوحظ أن قانون بير-لامبرت هو السائد في التراكيز الواطئة، ولكنها تحيد عن هذه القاعدة في التراكيز العالية نتيجة مساهمة الجزيئات الثنائية وتجمعات الكتل الصبغية.

Abstract

Wearable technology, sensor networks, and home utilities are just a few of the businesses where the Internet of Things (IoT) is spreading quickly. With the development of the IoT, billions of gadgets are now connected to the internet and exchanging data. The proliferation of IoT devices has increased the number of IoT-based cyberattacks. In 2016 a massive denial of service (DDOS) cyber-attack was lunched utilizing infected internet of things devices a major website including Netflix and CNN was shutdown. Therefore, new ways for recognizing threats posed by hacked IoT nodes must be developed to overcome this concern. In that same context, ML and DL approaches are the best appropriate investigative control solution against IoT device-based intrusions. The point of the study is to offer a complete grasp of the IoT system-relevant technologies, standards, architecture, and the increasing dangers from corrupted IoT gadgets and an introduction to intrusion detection systems. Additionally, this research focuses on deep learning-based solutions for identifying IoT devices susceptible to cyber-attacks. The detection rate provided by deep learning algorithms shows promising results which reached 99% detection accuracy in some cases.
