This study aimed to identify the experience of the United Arab Emirates in developing the developmental dimensions of the space economy. This study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, by analyzing the reality of the developmental dimensions of the space economy of the United Arab Emirates, using the study tool represented by the documents and evidence examination card, which It included global competitiveness reports, reports of international organizations, UAE Vision 2021, UAE Centennial 2071, and UAE Space Strategy 2030. The results showed the diversity of the developmental dimensions of the UAE space economy, and the significant contribution of the UAE to the value of total spending for the space sector. To enhance these dimensions, which were translated through a number of national initiatives; To face the challenges that prevent this. In light of the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including the necessity of developing promising economic sectors with high added value, such as: security and military activities, financing and insurance activities, communications, scientific research and innovation, and attracting foreign investments.

Supply chains play a major role in the modern international economy and represent the set of separate processes linked together to achieve the goal of delivering the final product to consumers. Digital supply chain management systems include software packages and material handling for all parties working together to create a product or service, fulfill orders, and track information, including suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, transportation companies, logistics providers, and retailers.
The problem of supply chain bottlenecks became clear during the COVID-19 crisis, as many countries that depend on the industrial and agricultural sectors began to suffer from a shortage of supplies of raw and intermediate materials, which caused a rise in price levels. The COVID-19 crisis and the other political circumstances; like the Ukraine crisis, have affected the size of aggregate demand and the decline in the performance of economic activity, but they have contributed to changing the patterns of demand for international supply chains by reducing the demand for capital and intermediate goods and production inputs, and increasing the demand for consumer and technology products, especially through e-shopping platforms and various digital purchasing tools. The geographical location of Iraq gives it great economic importance to be a link between the continents of the world and the centers of global production and consumption in the West and East and contributes to achieving a comparative advantage that enhances the competitiveness of the Iraqi economy.

The aim of the current research is to identify the role of the most important technologies and electronic banking channels and the means they use in enhancing the bank’s brand and increasing trust in it. The research relied on (Al-Rafidain and Al-Rashid) Bank as a study population. The researcher designed a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of the community that included (222) individuals from the bank’s customers. Statistical programs (EXCEL, SPSS) were used to address the relationship between the variables. In order to try to influence customers and control their purchasing decisions, which is one of the main goals of these banks, and in an effort to gain their trust and loyalty, the research problem is crystallized by knowing the role of electronic banking in enhancing the brand, and do electronic technologies have a role in using the brand?
The research concluded that the investigated banks are making an effort to invest in electronic means and technology techniques to provide services effectively. The research found that there is a positive direct correlation and influence with statistical significance between the independent variable “electronic banking” and the dependent variable “brand.” This is a positive indicator that shows the extent of the ability to The brand in strengthening the competitive position of banks, while the importance of research into the role adopted by electronic banking and its financial impact has been crystallized, which has a significant impact on strengthening the brand, its fame, and trust in it, which increases the bank’s ability to attract many customers.

This study aims to identify and diagnose the role of change management in improving the quality of maritime logistics services at Umm Qasr Port through continuous improvement. The importance of conducting this study is to clarify the role of change management in the maritime industry in general and Iraqi seaports in particular, as it is a necessity and not an option in order to face the challenges and rapid changes that this industry is witnessing. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a model was formulated consisting of three main variables and four main hypotheses, and each hypothesis has a set of sub-hypotheses. The exploratory analytical approach was relied upon, as the study relied on a simple random sample consisting of some technical and administrative cadres working in the logistical departments at Umm Qasr Port. (350) questionnaires were distributed, and the number of retrieved questionnaires was (296), while the number of questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis was (284), with a rate of (81%). All questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis using AMOS.V.26 and SPSS.V.26.
The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that change management is considered an essential element in achieving continuous improvement in operations and activities. When change is managed effectively, it becomes possible to enhance the port’s ability to adapt with new challenges and changes in the external and internal environment. In addition, the impact of change management on the quality of maritime logistics services through continuous improvement can be noticeable through the contribution of change management to continuously improving maritime logistics services.

The research aims to employ the Modified Cubic Transmuted Sujatha distribution (MCT-SUJATHA) to estimate the maintenance indicators of the fifth turbine in Rumaila Power Station, which are represented in (Estimation of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Failure Rate (F.R), and Availability). This is due to the data of the time period between turbine malfunctions and the time period for repair and the probability of survival the turbine working well, and the appropriate distribution of maintenance indicators has been reached, which is the distribution of the modified cubic transmuted (MCT-SUJATHA), The practical application showed that the ratio of the mean time to repair to the mean time between failures was equal to (0.39). This is a good indicator indicating a decrease in failures times or stoppages, which in turn led to an increase in the availability index of the fifth turbine in the Rumaila Power Station, which amounted to (0.719) the percentage of its ability to work and carry out its function.

General government spending has a significant impact on achieving a number of goals that the state seeks to reach , and those goals fall under the names of achieving economic balances or addressing emergency crises and imbalances that the economic sectors are exposed to, and those goals or objectives are achieved through state spending on various economic activities and Public Utilities, whether service or production, and the impact of general government spending directly on economic growth indicators, including the GDP index and the average per capita output index and their growth rates , Therefore, the research focused on analyzing and measuring the impact of large public spending in bringing about developments at the level of economic growth in Iraq and measuring the extent of its contribution to achieving economic development rates within the mentioned, within the said period.

The Iraqi Oil Tankers Company is the only national carrier for transporting petroleum products and crude oil in Iraq. It has owned a marine fleet of (26) tankers since its establishment in 1972. However, as a result of the circumstances of the Iraq-Iran war and the Iraq war against Kuwait in the eighties and nineties of the last century, respectively, it led to the loss of its entire fleet until the change of the government regime in 2003. After that, the company began to restore its activity by purchasing (4) small-sized tankers to transport petroleum products in 2007 and 2009. Then it was able to build two tankers in 2020 and received them at the end of 2023, to transport fuel oil and naphtha products from the ports of Umm Qasr and Khor Al-Zubair to floating tanks in Iraqi territorial waters (the outer anchor area). Despite this, its current fleet does not fully meet the activity of transporting petroleum products, as the quantities transported exceed the fleet’s capacity, so the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company resorts to renting tankers to cover this activity.

This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of transformational leadership with its five variables on organizational performance in the workplace. The hypothetical plan of the study was built on two variables. This study was tested in the government industrial sector in Iraq. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data in four departments for a sample of (155) employees in the government industrial sector. A set of statistical tools found in AMOS programs were used. V. 24)-SPSS. V. 24) on the stratified sample، This study reached the following conclusions: There is an overall positive effect of transformational leadership (especially vision, supportive leadership, and personal recognition) on organizational performance.
