The research aims to improve the project management system, according to the standard ISO 21502: 2020. Using the DMAIC methodology in the Engineering Construction Department, one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Iraqi public municipalities, by determining the size of the gap between the actual reality of the system and requirements of the project management system and then addressing weaknesses using the DMAIC methodology. The research starts from the problem that the Engineering Construction Department, represented by the lack of cadres for project management, as well as there are some failures in a number of previous projects. The research relied on the project nucleus, which is "Operations" in accordance with the project life cycle: start, planning, implementation, oversight, closure. Case Study is used by observation, personal interviews, field coexistence, and use of Checklists. The importance of the research involves, by providing a method. To ensure the good planning, and implementation of the project, by covering some of the terms of the two descriptions. The sixth and seventh requirement of the ISO 21502: 2020, which is concerned with project management operations, by providing proposed procedures through which the weaknesses that the organization suffers from are addressed the project or the original organization leads to reducing or canceling the diagnosed gap to implement the project management system. The results of the research showed that there is a gap between the actual reality of the project management and the requirements of the project management system according to the examination of the accountable (12 %), which led to a noticeable delay in work, loss and waste in time and costs as a result of not documenting the requests for change in the work progress form, as well as not adopting quality control measures to improve performance, which leads to reducing the chances of improving the quality of work and staying work in the same context Time, costs and quality.

The research dealt with the green strategy as an independent variable, and the requirements of ecological design according to the ISO 14006:2020 specification represented by (the context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operations, performance evaluation, improvement, eco-design activities in design and development) a dependent variable, and the reconstruction department was chosen The engineering is one of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Municipalities to be the research community. Within the framework of this topic, and the most prominent conclusions were that there is agreement in the opinions of the sample about the department having an action plan that leads to reducing the use of substances harmful to the natural environment and society and the existence of a correlation relationship between the green strategy and the requirements of ecological design according to the guiding specification ISO 14006:2020 as well as the existence of an impact relationship for the strategy Green on the context of the organization.

This research aims to identify the level of application of ecological design requirements in accordance with ISO 14006:2020 in order to determine the size of the gap between the actual reality of the application of the provisions of ISO 14006:2020/ Guidelines for integrating ecological design into design and development. The current study aims to highlight the role and importance of options contracts as one of the most important types of financial derivatives that are used to reduce or hedge the main risks to which investments in stocks may be exposed normal. The main problem of the study was the lack of the Iraqi stock market to use financial derivatives, foremost of which are options contracts on shares, as one of the most important financial tools that can be used for the purposes of hedging against the price risks to which the shares of companies listed in this market are exposed. In order to prove the hypotheses of the study, a sample consisting of shares of (16) companies was selected from the companies listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange distributed among the sectors of banks, hotels and services. The Study also covered a period of (12) months that extended from (2021/1/1 up to 2021/12/31), The possibility of using. has been tested Binomial model for one period and two time periods in the pricing of assumed options contracts and in the formation of a portfolio to hedge risks, and the possibility of using this model in the formation of contracts for buying and selling options on the shares of companies that were discussed in this study was tested. The study reached a set of conclusions. The research aims to diagnose the availability of strategic alignment in the private higher education sector by application in a number of private colleges numbering 10 colleges, as strategic alignment represents one of the modern concepts in the field of business administration and strategic management in particular, due to its great importance to the overall performance and success of organizations, not to mention the increase In the number of private colleges in Iraq. The research community was represented by the senior leaders of the colleges investigated, which numbered 162 views, 145 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 129 were returned, of which 128 were valid for statistical analysis, with a rate of 79% of the total community subject to statistical analysis. The "analytical descriptive" approach was added through the use of the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data from the sample, and it contained 20 items, and was subjected to reliability tests to demonstrate its validity for statistical analysis. The data were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS,26) through the appropriate statistical methods. The results showed that the extent of the strategic alignment of private colleges is high, and there are no significant differences between colleges with regard to the level of strategic alignment in them. Accordingly, a number of recommendations were presented by the need to pay more attention to strategic alignment.

The current research aims to design a risk assessment approach in accordance with ISO 31000:2018 in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior and its formations by preparing a guiding guide that outlines the outlines for starting the operation of the risk management system. The level of the ministry and its formations according to specific criteria according to the requirements of the strategic plan of the Ministry of the Interior (2019-2023), Personal interviews with a number of security leaders in the ministry under study were adopted, as well as direct observation of the workflow in it, which helped the researcher to apply the proposed experiment in her study, so the research came out with many results, the most prominent of which was the weakness in the risk management culture of the Ministry of Interior with regard to planning and implementing its work This makes the ministry rely on immediate procedures and rely on experts and consultants in its field of work when its business is exposed to sudden dangers And that the Iraqi Ministry of Interior is no longer a working mechanism for dealing with risks, despite the existence of a quality department specialized in the application of specifications. Therefore, the risks that the Ministry worked with are strategic risks, while the operational risks are also no less important than the strategic risks that have not been evaluated, and this leads to To deal with all risks with the same importance, despite the varying results of their evaluation, so there is no evaluation process for the priorities through which to focus on each of these risks. The researcher recommends relying on the risk management system in the strategic planning process of the Ministry of Interior by relying on the proposed guide in the study, and applying the risk management system in all areas of the Ministry of Interior’s work in order to avoid difficulties and emergency dangers in the work environment by adopting the procedures contained in the proposed guide in the study.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of product improvement dimensions (excellence, satisfaction, simplicity of design, ability to test and test) among workers in Green Fields Dairy Production Company Ltd., in order to show their level of awareness and awareness of these dimensions.As a result, the researchers tried to include the dimensions and measures of product improvement in this study, with the aim of determining the reality of the dimensions of product improvement in this company, and the study problem was posed as follows: Do these workers have a clear and correct understanding of these dimensions? In order to reach appropriate answers, the questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool, as (83) fully recovered questionnaires were distributed, and analyzed by adopting the statistical tools that provided researchers with the ability to present a set of conclusions, the most important of which are:1- Does the company under study have a clear understanding of the concept of product improvement and its dimensions?2- The results of the analysis showed that the respondents’ responses in the company under study focused in a positive direction, on all dimensions of product improvement, and this indicates the use of the dimensions of product improvement represented (superiority, satisfaction, simplicity of design, ability to check and test) by the two worlds in varying proportions.A set of proposals were also presented that are consistent with the conclusions presented by the research.

This research aims to identify the level of the application of institutional accreditation standards in two researched universities (Karkh for Science and Al-Farahidi Al-Ahliyya University) and this study came to apply two axes (students and curricula) of the eight axes of institutional accreditation. The problem of the study is what is the reality of applying institutional accreditation standards in Iraqi public and private universities. The study aims to identify the reality of the application of institutional accreditation standards in Iraqi public and private universities, and in order to achieve this goal, the comparative study approach was adopted to make a comparison between the two researched universities using a set of tools to determine the data, including field visits, direct observation, the formation of checklists developed according to the paragraphs of the two axes (indicators), and the use of mathematical equations to analyze the weights of these indicators and collect them, To extract the application ratios and gaps, the study found that there are differences in the performance of the two universities and this is illustrated by the percentages of the size of the gap of the Karkh University of Science for the two axes of the adult .the study found that there are differences in the performance of the two universities and this is illustrated by the percentages of the size of the gap of the Karkh University of Science for the two axes (41%, 43%) is the lowest compared to Al-Farahidi National University, where a gap for the two axes (54%, 56%).

The study aims determine the Extent of the impact of workplace organization technology on the Sustainability of Operations Management, and the study problem was represented in the negative (harmful) effects that arise from operational activities that are practiced during the production process and the pollutants that can be put into the environment or the health damage they cause to workers. And the performance of operations management, and the technique of organizing the work site has gained great importance among researchers because of its large and effective role in reducing environmental damage and pollution, as it has characteristics that are positively reflected in business performance, so this study was conducted and applied in the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries as a society For the study, an intentional sample was selected that consisted of (40) employees of the company who occupy the position of (laboratory director, assistant director and directors of departments, divisions and units) to determine the extent of the impact of this technology in achieving the sustainability of operations management, and through the use of the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection and after If it was distributed to the researched sample and the data was collected, the process of analyzing it was carried out using the statistical program Spss v.24. After obtaining the results, the researchers analyzed those results and reached a number of exponents. Conclusions and recommendations, and the most prominent conclusion represented the existence of an acceptable level of application of workplace organization technology, which contributed to supporting the company’s business in achieving the sustainability of operations management acceptable.
