The researcher dealt with the biography and life of Imam Hassan bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) and the political thought of Imam (peace be upon him), and his role in sparing the blood of Muslims, and protecting the Islamic state from the dangers threatened by the Byzantine Empire, because the Byzantine Empire was closely monitoring the situation.

The research dealt with sensitive files in the field of the relationship between political thought and the thorny and hot contemporary political premises, and the most exciting scientific debate, and what Shura represents in the Islamic heritage and in contemporary aspirations for democracy, and the nature of political and party pluralism, and the Islamic position towards those proposals.

The researcher believes that the nature of the research requires that there be an entrance in which the difference between the story as the content or significance of the story is clear , as the form or indication in which the creator presents the story in a way that shows its uniqueness and distinction from others. This theoretical distinction has led to the distinction of the styles of time in the stories of Surat Al-Shu 'ara.

Poets have always regarded woman as the symbol of sentiments and human feelings from long ago. Today also woman found her prominent status among modern poems, and in return inspired many of them. Here is the im-portance of the presented study.
Therefore we intended to investigate and compare the woman status in dif-ferent rules like as: female gender, mother, wife, truly or symbolic loved one in Ahmad shamloo's and abdolwahhab albayati's poems. (Two brilliant Irani and Iraqi poets.)

This research came to shed light on the authentic Arab values in the poetry of Aws bin Hajar, one of the poets of the stallions of ignorance, and his poetry included authentic moral values, including: courage, generosity, prestige, glory, lineage, and virility.

The researcher has put forward multiple opinions on the term Islamic literature, ranging from acceptance to rejection, and some of them suggested alternative terms, such as (the etiquette of Islamic peoples), (Muslim literature), (Islamic), (Islamic realism), or (Islamic standard) and others.

The researcher was able through historical and literary books, and books of translations, to collect for Hamdani his poetic product, which he believes is ok, and he was unable to obtain his prose product, which he expects to exist, but perhaps it was lost with what was lost from the heritage of the people of Andalusia or it may be present in other books that the researcher could not get because of their scarcity in our country.

Academic quality assurance process is a central to achieving and maintaining universities excellence and advancement. Academic staff and scientific research are strongly involved in this process.
Scientific research is the major significant indicator of academic staff’s quality and the determinant of development and advancement.
In this research the relationships of the related indicators of the academic staff categories, and scientific research fields, are studied based on the quality indexes. The case study application, included (academic staff & scientific research of four engineering departments). The “Matrix Diagram Tool”, which is one of seven new quality tools ,is used to analyze the collection data of the above two fields and their indicators, , it is beneficial for problem solving process.
Many “Matrix Diagrams Tools” are used to analyze the data collected for this research purpose, such as; L- type matrix, which is a two- dimensional table, T- type matrix, which is a three dimensional table and Y- type matrix, which is a three dimensional.

According to the results, many recommendations are suggested to strengthen the weak points and many corrective actions are mentioned, to improve quality in the engineering departments.

We have dealt in four sections, as the first discussed the areas of application of parliamentary immunity in terms of the scope of persons, in the second dealt with the areas of application of parliamentary immunity in terms of its time scope, and studied in the third areas of application of parliamentary immunity in terms of its spatial scope, and in the fourth devoted to studying the areas of application of parliamentary immunity in terms of its substantive scope.

The aim of the research is to identify which systems are suitable for graduate studies in our universities with a vision to solve the problem of marking and testing systems that are more appropriate than ready-made and imported solutions that do not spend with the objectives of our educational institutions, and the researcher reviewed the most important systems in American, Canadian, European and Arab universities.

In the beginning, it must be recognized that there is no focus with certain conditions and characteristics from which to proceed to determine the state of human studies and indicate their problems, nature and level of effectiveness ... However, what can be agreed upon and not to disagree is that there is a crisis and a serious deterioration in the reality of our contemporary human studies and that the cumulative of this crisis, may soon lead to the disruption and atrophy of our role in humanitarian studies, and this is a serious problem that affects the essence of the nation and its existence, and threatens its becoming and its human dimension, which calls for reconciliation, examination, extraction, and revealing.

It must be noted the difficulty of the human sciences and the difficulty of research in the human field, there are no devices and tools assigned to the researcher, as is the case in pure sciences and its branches of applied sciences. Also, the human sciences need objectivity , and access to objectivity requires a sound and realistic scientific formation, so we are still far from the possibility of contributing to scientific theory.
