Abstract: The water is considered the secret of life and the foundation of the universe's existence, a key factor in the formation of cities, civilizations, and even the establishment of nations. The right to water security is among the well-known human rights, even if this term seems recent. Faced with the rapid changes in countries' positions on the right to access water, developments in international society and increased cultural awareness of human rights have elevated the acknowledgment of the human right to water security in international, regional, and national legislation.
This acknowledgment is crucial for its preservation due to its connection with other rights, especially considering that human rights are equal, indivisible, and interconnected. In the face of climate change casting its shadows on the planet, it becomes imperative to affirm this right through international, regional, and national guarantees and necessary measures to ensure individuals' rights to water security. This is closely tied to the right to life, making it a fundamental support for human security in general. The absence of water makes life impossible, making it one of the essential human rights.
Preserving this right is a commitment and duty shared by individuals and the state, although the state bears more significant responsibilities due to its authorities and powers. Understanding the position this right holds among other human rights and its role in maintaining the security and stability of humanity, especially in international conflicts that may arise due to water, necessitates the activation or reconsideration of regional or international agreements related to water.
Activating the human rights rules in this context is crucial to reduce or prevent violations that may affect this significant human right.

Abstract: Most terrorist crimes are characterized by the fact that dangerous criminal groups that possess the money and the ability to penetrate the most efficient countries in controlling their internal security are involved in their planning and execution, assisted by the development taking place at all levels, whether in the technical or logistical fields, which raises several difficult issues and challenges facing the international community in its struggle against terrorism and other crimes of the age. It assumes an urgent need to strengthen international cooperation in various fields so that this cooperation has become a necessary condition for the success of many. This calls on all States to assist at various levels in criminal matters, whether technical, legal, or technical, through the exchange of information and response to requests for legal and judicial assistance, as well as coordination in the field of joint investigation and assistance in the seizure and confiscation of criminal proceeds. To the desired goal of prosecution and investigation if the work is not carried out in a serious and effective manner

The emergence of sectarian strife, forced displacement, killing and bombing had the greatest impact in following malicious claims through secret news, which It led to the emergence of a crisis in the Iraqi judiciary, which is known for its integrity and fairness. Therefore, the importance of the topic is the subject of the research and is covered in all its legislative, procedural and legal aspects. We dealt with it in two sections. We devoted the first topic to defining the concept of a secret informant and secret news. In the second topic, we explained the legal value of the secret informant’s statement and its role in the stages of the lawsuit, and we concluded Our study included the most important findings and recommendations that have been reached
