The electronic contract will be through two phases، the first stage
is the signing of the contract and the second stage is implementation،
our these will be in the stage of implementation by highlighting
the legislative position in the laws regulating consumer
legal protection.Such protection includes hidden defects، guarantee
of exposure، entitlement and consumer right of recourse.
Where this right is one of the most important consumer guarantees
against the provider، and then we discussed civil contractual
liability of the provider and how to estimate compensation with
the deficiencies in the electronic signature law and transactions
and the Iraqi law Consumer Protection .

As a result of the development of society and the increase of transactions
and contracts of various kinds that are concluded between people
daily and the duty of the seller to inform the buyer of the necessary
data for the sale، the role of enlightenment has emerged more than it
was before، and insight to inform the buyer about how to use the sale
and its risks and other necessary data related to it. The enlightenment
is done before the contract and on the basis of which the buyer’s conviction
in the contract is complete، The insight is of great importance
in the various types of increasing contracts to meet the needs of the
developed society، and to ensure the right of the buyer from fraud that
may be issued by the seller in addition to the stability of transactions
between people and not resort to the judiciary and burdening it.

The importance of research lies in the religious and worldly
issues present in the noble faith and the clarification of the time
that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him,
stayed in Mecca after his mission, calling people to correct the
belief, to monotheism, and warn them of the thunderbolt, and the
statutes were not revealed to him except in Medina.
Hence, the choice was in order to submit to God’s commands
and fully respond to the belief that our Prophet, may God bless
him and grant him peace, came voluntarily and unwillingly,

This research is concerned with verifying three of the shortest

Quranic meanings.

Despite technological measures being adopted by corporate
organizations and individuals, we have witnessed that the frequency
of cybercrimes has increased over the last decade. Since
users of computer system and internet are increasing worldwide
in large number day by day, it is easy to access any information
within a few seconds by using internet which is the medium for
huge information and a large base of communications around the
world. The objective of this paper is to discuss about the cybercrime
and its categories, and the mechanism to prevent it, and
shade light on professions giving birth to cybercrimes and its
impact on businesses and the preventive measures to be taken
to control the cybercrime. The result showed that there is a need
for cyber police who are to be trained specially to handle cybercrimes
in Iraq. In addition, the police should have a Central
Computer Crime Response to act as an agency to advise the government
and other investigative agencies to guide and coordinate
computer crime investigation.

The present study is about one of the forms of ellipsis,
which is the ellipted verbs in English and Arabic. Ellipsis is a
syntactic linguistic phenomenon that exists in all languages.
Ellipsis is used to avoid repeated elements unnecessary or
boring and to achieve a more appropriate economy of statement.
To make a comparison between English and Arabic it
is hypothesized that:
1. Meaning is encoded by certain forms of ellipted forms of
verbs which might be similar in both languages.
2. Both languages show differences in ellipted forms of verbs.
The aim of this study is to examine the form of verb
ellipsis in English and Arabic though there are many other
forms of ellipsis in both languages. Also it deals with the
cross-syntactic constructions which are supposed to be different
in both languages. The study concludes that ellipsis
is significant in both languages. English has four forms of
ellipted verb: the lexical verb, the lexical verb and auxiliary
verb, the verb and subject complement, and the verb and direct
object. On the other hand, Arabic has two ellipted forms
of verb and both forms occur with lexical verb.

This research focuses on the theme of the American Dream in
relation to
narcissism in Miller’s Death of a salesman. The purpose is to
demonstrate that a close reading of the main protagonist, Willy
Loman, suggests that his notion of success in relation to the
American Dream can be regarded as narcissistic. This research
will examine this by first observing how Willy´s notion of success
is represented in the play, then look at how his understanding
of it can be viewed from a narcissistic standpoint. The results
I have found in my analysis show that there is a connection between
Willy’s understanding of success and his narcissistic behavior.
He displays traits such as grandiosity, arrogance, need of
specialness and denial of emotions. His relationship with other
characters reveals his lack of empathy, manipulation and exploitation
of others as well as his need of superiority and fear of inferiority.
The conclusion is that Willy and his notion of success
could be considered as narcissistic

This paper investigates one of the important skills in language
teaching and learning; reading skill. It illustrates the importance
of this skill as an active process in learning in general
and in the process of learning English as a second language in
particular. It deals with teaching reading skills in specific with
reference to the most frequent processes and types of reading focusing
on some ways in teaching reading in English as an active
skill within foreign language classrooms taking in consideration
the students’ learning level. The focus is mainly on the most recent
way in teaching reading skills communicatively within the
intermediate level classrooms. The more active the classroom
is, the more interested and productive the students will be. The
study depends on the communicative approach in teaching reading
skill by adopting certain strategies to be followed within each
phase of reading; pre-reading, while-reading and post-reading.

This research examines Suleiman’s and Nixon’s first inaugural
speeches through the pragma-stylistic approach to meaning
of the linguistic acts. It focuses on speech acts type of locution,
illocutionary in the speeches. One of the objectives of the study
is to find out which of the speech acts are more prominent based
on the Speech Act theory of Searle. The analysis deals with the
speech as a whole because this procedure gives more reliable
results than the dependence on specific samples. The findings
reveal that assertive, commissive and directives have the high
rates in the two selected speeches. These results show that the
two Presidents rely more on sentences that performed assertive
acts than other speech acts in their inaugural speeches. This demonstrates
that politicians are apt to express assertive acts which
form the means by which can achieve the commissive acts. The
high rate of commissive is due to show appreciation to people
after victory at the polls. This genre of speech cannot be understood
without analyzing the speech acts that assist in the interpretation
of the messages in the selected speeches.

Summary is an important writing skill for foreign language
learners. Summarization strategies need long term practice,
and the lesson-time is just 50 minutes. Thus, it is worth to use
technology to overcome such problem and to save time and
efforts. Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) is used
to develop students’ language performance. The aim of the
study is to investigate the effect of MALL in teaching summarization
strategies to develop students’ writing achievement.
The participants were 84 female students (chosen randomly
form the 1st intermediate class at Bint Al-Huda preparatory
school for girls during the first academic year 2018-2019.
“Whatsapp” program, pretest, posttest, and summarization
writing strategies were used to collect the data of the study.
The null hypothesis is “There are no statistically significant
differences between the experimental groups (group 1 and
group 2) and the control group in their achievement scores
in summary writing due to teaching methods”. The results
reveal that there were statistically significance differences
among the three groups in their achievement in summary
writing and it is in favour of the experimental groups. It isThe Effect of MALL in Teaching Summarization Strategies
worth to mention that the students’ achievement scores in the
experimental group 1 (who taught via MALL) is higher than
those in group 2 (who taught via modern lecture).
