It is agreed that the predominant aspect of arbitration is
the technical aspect the tax legislation is also technical in
terms of financial jurists it is not interdiction of international
tax arbitration in international tax agreements the
arbitration form is not determined and my obligation is
optional the necessity of adopting international tax arbitration
to resolve international tax disputes .The necessity of
concluding bilateral fiscal agreements, especially between
neighboring countries or countries linked to other countries
in commercial and investment relations, in order to
avoid falling into international tax conflicts. We hope that
international organizations such as the United Nations and
the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development
in 25- 5 prepare and formulate international models
of tax agreements that help get rid of the triple situation in
imposing the tax and give one of the three conflicting countries
the right to impose the tax.

This research provides a description drawn from the Holy
Qur’an, the Holy Book of the Jews and Christians on the owners
of the Sabbath, and looking at the comparative method, we find
differences between the two sources. As for the Bible, their story was
not explicitly and directly, and the people were limited to explaining
the virtue of the Sabbath, its honor, and its sanctification, according
to the commandments made by the sacred texts. God is pleased with

The study examined a study and investigation of a manuscript in the
Hanafi jurisprudence of Sheikh Abd al-Ghani al-Nabulsi al-Hanafi, may
God Almighty have mercy on him (d. 1143 AH) in the pricing issue, which

the Hanafi schools only, and he did not refer to the opinions of jurists from
other schools of thought, nor did he mention in his letter a Qur’anic verse
or a noble prophetic hadith, but was limited to mentioning what the jurists
said from the Hanafis, and conveying these opinions Among the fatwas
of Al-Bazariyyah, the fatwas of the summary and what was mentioned by
Judge Khan and the jurist Abu Bakr Al-Balkhi, and what was mentioned in
the book of choice, the explanation of the chosen and the book of granting
to the Ghafar explaining the enlightenment of vision, then he mentioned his
opinion of what these jurists said, detailing the saying, and sealing his saying
with the phrase (God knows best and wisest) This is from the literature
of the divine scholars who show great humility To deprive the honest to God
the Lord of the Worlds.

I wanted to show in this modest research to stand on the
reasons for the narrators to mention these hadiths when
mentioning the translations of the narrators in the history of
Ibn Asaker, knowing that they vary between the agreed upon
correct and incorrect, and even the subject, and the history of
Ibn Asaker was very rich, abundant in science and knowledge
, a polymath in his book History of the City of Damascus,
which is one of the original sources for historians and hadith
scholars, in which his work collected many arts according to his
translators, hence the importance of the topic.

The holy Quran is the book that have been downloaded to the
prophet Mohammed i a book for every time and every century and
it is useful to all people since it was downloaded partially so the
prophet Mohamed explain it to the people that cannot understand it
or misunderstand it and after he die and other peoples comes to Islam
there again there was another
misunderstanding to the script of holy Quran and to make approach
to the script and make acceptable explain that was the job of the
explainers and one of th Shaik Mohammed Alsabuony which he
announced this explanation in his book ( Safwah Al Tafaseer ) and he
eliminate confliction and misunderstanding to the Quran script and in
this search I will try to put some explanation to this scripts.

This research aims to be a scientific addition to Qur’anic
research and studies that deal with the history of the
Qur’anic text from an orientalist perspective. ) in his book,
in which he discussed the stages that the Noble Qur’an went
through from being a revelation revealed to the Prophet
(may God bless him and his family and grant them peace)
until it appeared as a written text according to the rules and
criteria set by the Prophet, peace be upon him - and then
the companions after him in order to preserve and maintain
the Qur’anic text.

and will; This is because the hadith is like the foundation that is the
original, and jurisprudence is like the building that is his branch, and
every building is not placed on a foundation and a foundation, it is
collapsed, and every basis that is not from building and architecture is
wasteland and ruin.
We have shown how the jurists took the interpreters from the
aforementioned interpretations, so their material was the indispensable
basis.

Because the two contracts are the foundations of the contract،

and be obligated. It is the one that adapts the contract، in the

The research tends to indicate eligibility and its sections،
namely: eligibility and obligation، and eligibility to perform، and
each of them is divided into complete and incomplete.
And the human being grades eligibility with him through four
phases: the stage of elation، the stage after birth، the phase of
discrimination، and the stage of puberty with adulthood. That
eligibility is proven to a person while he is a fetus in his mother’s
womb until he reaches adulthood. The person who has the
eligibility to perform must prove that he must have the eligibility
for duty in the sense that every human being has the eligibility to
perform and has the eligibility for duty، and the opposite is not
true.
It has been shown that the eligibility to have no effect in
establishing contracts. Rather، the effect appears in the eligibility
to perform from the actions of the distinguished boy، except that
the Hanbalis approved the correctness of the boy’s untrained
actions in the slightest thing. Eligibility for performance is the
parent because of its impact on contracts.

This research is summarized by Sheikh Al-Habrawi in matters
related to the latecomer’s comprehension of the rak’ah with the
imam in prayer, to begin with the necessary conditions for that,
then the requirement of reassurance in it and the differences of
scholars, then the compiler brings out the possibilities presented
on the preceding of moderation and bowing and their status, then
the difference in knowledge in some of that , then the weighting
of certainty in reassurance in matters of vision between the
imam and the follower, then on the preponderance of conjecture
because, as he said, it is attached to the rule of certainty.
Then he concludes with the imposition of the imam creating
or adding to a rak’ah of oversight, and what the one who catches

will not find anywhere else.

and part of its uniqueness is that it is in the handwriting of its
originator, Sheikh Al-Habrawi, may God have mercy on him, and

The Abbasids is the name given to the third Islamic caliphate in

the entity of the Umayyad state, and they succeeded in that with
great success, and it was a major reason for ending the rule of
the Umayyads.
This topic was to show the distinguished role played by the
administrative systems in building and prospering the Abbasid
state, and how it reached what is known as the Abbasid golden
age, and the nature and sobriety of these systems that reached
maturity and accuracy of administrative performance on its

The stady aimed to shed light on the personality of the
Seljuk minister AL- Kandari by illuminating the darkness
of the aspects of this character to reach its essense,thus
clarifying the great role that he played administratively
and politically instablizing the foundations of Seljuk state
especially in severe crises that it passed through at the internal
and external levels thanks to itspolitical skill.it was well

seize the caliphates property.

This research introduces to the effect of a training program using intervening
exercises on developing the level of fitness and some physiological
variables for young wrestlers ,the researcher used the experimental method
using the pre and post measurements of two groups ,one of which is conducted
and the other is controlled by following the tribal dimensional measurements
and can be appropriate to the nature of this research ,and I guarantee
the research community on The wrestlers of the sport of wrestling ,ages18-(
20years )and registered in the Iraqi Wrestling Federation .The researcher
also identified the sample of the research in an intentional way ,from the
young wrestlers ages 18-20( years )and its number is 24 wrestlers from the
youth of Riyadh .Wrestling and registered in the Iraqi Wrestling Federation
among wrestling players ,and they were divided into two groups( experimental
- control ,)each group contains )9( wrestlers“ ,the researchers also
conducted homogeneous operations in the variables of length ,weight ,age
and training age ,and )7( wrestlers were chosen .As a sample of surveys from
the research community and outside the basic research sample ,equivalence
processes were also carried out for the two groups( experimental ,control)
in physical and physiological variables under study ,and the most important
conclusions are the effectiveness of the expected training program using surveying
exercises that are performed at rapid rates and repeat regular and level
ars It comes from difficulty to improvement in aerobic and anaerobic muscular
work ,which makes them important in raising the level of physical fitness
and physiology until the research sample ,and the most important also is the
importance of applying the training program using croc fit exercises on your
daughters to the study sample and studying its effect on improving the physical
and physiological state of the samples.

The research discusses the concepts of different economic
systems and addresses the social market economy and Germany’s
experience in this field as it is one of the most important practical
experiences in its application، and then clarify its goals، principles
and requirements، as was clarification of the challenges of
globalization and the transformation of the Iraqi economy from the
global economy to the free economy، and research starts from The
hypothesis that the conditions that Iraq went through from multiple
wars and destruction of infrastructure are not favorable to the sudden
shift from the planned market economy to the free market economy in
light of global changes according to the philosophy of the free market
economy، and the research was concluded with a set of conclusions
and Recommendations، as the most important recommendation was
to implement the laws in force and strongly against the promoters
of non-fundamentalist transactions for all types of social protection
transactions and other transactions that relate to financial and
administrative corruption and its commentators.
