The research dealt with the study of one of the pillars of the jurists of the Islamic world in terms of generality and the Hanafi doctrine in particular, Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaybani (may God Almighty have mercy on him), the companion of Abu Hanifa and the jurist of Iraq, and some of his jurisprudential rulings related to crops. His great interest and long history in this aspect are not hidden, and he was mostly keen to He mentioned the aspects of preference and the reasons for the choice, and in doing so he relied on rules and controls that support what he preferred or chose, while formulating all of that in a sober, scientific manner, the like of which is said to be found in many books of jurisprudence.
I chose jurisprudential issues related to crops when narrating the book Al-Muwatta’ by Imam Malik, may God Almighty have mercy on them. This is because the wisdom of God Almighty required that man live on this earth and settle in its lands and regions for a while, as the Almighty said: ((And for you on earth is a dwelling place and provision for a while)) Interpretation of Surat Al-Baqarah from verse (36), It is not possible for a person whom God has honored by appointing him as a successor on the earth and holding him responsible for its construction, to live on it unless he carries out this lofty mission, by continuous work to extract its treasures and good things and exploit its hidden components. This can only be achieved by cultivating and planting it with constant diligence and activity, so that he may fulfill the heavy trust that he carried. It is walking and striving around the earth in search of the livelihood that the Almighty Creator has guaranteed to the hardworking people who travel through it on rough paths. I explained his opinion on it while mentioning the sayings of the rest of the other schools of thought. Then I compared the sayings and evidence and discussed them so that the most correct of them becomes clear. And God is the Granter of success.

The subject of our research is on necessity and necessity and the
extent of the fundamentalists’ interest in them. The fundamentalists
have clarified the difference between them، in light of knowledge
of the terms related to them، as well as the applications related
to them. However، they differed in deriving jurisprudential rulings
when these two terms overlap for the one who says them and
acting upon them. The matter has breadth but is inherent. Be
careful in explaining these rulings، and thus it becomes clear to us
that Sharia law is fair and its goal is either to bring benefit or ward
off harm. The result of that is the inherent right to edit the sayings
of scholars and explain the Sharia rulings related to necessity as
God Almighty intended it in the most complete way in explaining
the Sharia rulings.

The research deals with eliciting the fundamental rules from the
Prophetic hadiths، whose meanings generally included evidence of their
interests in building، forming، and preparing the civilized human being
and the social civilizational family، since the Prophet’s Sunnah has great
importance in the life of the Islamic nation. It occupies a great place in
the nation’s conscience، its civilizational construction، and its cognitive
entity. I divided the research into three sections; each section has two
topics. In the first section، I mentioned definitions of some of the items
in the title of the research، such as defining the fundamental rule in
language and terminology، in addition to defining the Sunnah of the
Prophet، with an explanation of its divisions and authoritative. In the
second section، I talked about the foundations of Islamic civilization and
the civilizational characteristics of the Prophet’s Sunnah. As for the third
section، I discussed In its first topic، I mentioned some of the prophetic
hadiths related to the preparation، upbringing، and formation of the
civilized human being، then I elicited the fundamental rules based on
which the legal rulings contained therein were built. In the second topic، I
mentioned the prophetic hadiths that included the preparation، building،
and upbringing of the civilizational family. I also elicited the fundamental
rules from their explicit and inexplicit words. Explicitly according to the
fundamental structure of the jurisprudential rulings included in all the
hadiths mentioned in this research، then I ended the research with the
most important conclusions based on results.

The study of the intimidation style in Surah Al-Qiyamah is
of great importance in understanding how the Qur’an employs
rhetorical methods to achieve educational goals. Intimidation
in the Qur’an serves as an effective means to correct human
behavior and reinforce religious and moral commitment.
Surah Al-Qiyamah holds a unique significance with its vivid and
impactful depiction of the scenes of the Day of Resurrection،
instilling fear and awe in the hearts، and encouraging the pursuit
of closeness to Allah and the avoidance of sins. Analyzing these
methods can provide valuable educational insights for religious
instruction and the upbringing of generations on Islamic
values. The research relies on a descriptive-analytical method،
analyzing the Qur’anic texts in Surah Al-Qiyamah to identify the
intimidation techniques used. Interviews and questionnaires
are also employed to gather data on the educational effects of
these methods on individuals.

In Islamic alshariea, the wife has financial rights represented by
the dowry and comprehensive expenses for food, clothing, housing,
service, and what her
livelihood requires in accordance with what is determined
by custom. Sharia has obligated the husband to fully fulfill and
maintain these rights for the wife, to ensure continued stability and
tranquility in the family, which is the nucleus and foundation of
society. This research has dealt with those rights whose legitimacy
is indicated by the texts of the Holy Book and the Sunnah of the
Prophet, in light of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence that these
texts established.

Tafsir “exegesis” is one of the most important Islamic studies.
With accurate and well-established interpretation of Quranic
verses, the Almighty Allahs’ servants will accurately understand
their duties. Many of the Quranic verses were confused by
most people because they lack the correct interpretation.
Therefore, the commentators addressed all these problems,
including Sheikh Al-Rayyan in his interpretation “Al-Rawd Al-
Rayyan”. This is including problems related to the stories of
the prophets (peace be upon them) as he touched upon these
verses in his interpretation and removed the confusion over
some of the problems. This paper details some of these verses.

the jurisprudential issues that Imam Al-Ghazali gave preference to
in the chapter on marriage in marriage through his book Al-Waseet،
in some of which he disagreed with his doctrine and agreed with
others.’ I also dealt with the statement of the fad preference that
Imam Al-Ghazali used in this section، which are: the most correct،
the correct، the most apparent، and the most correct in I researched
the method of induction and comparison with the rest of the famous
Islamic schools of thought by mentioning their opinions and
evidence. Then I highlighted the role of Imam al-Ghazali in enriching
this nation with his various sciences، and introducing him and
his most prominent sheikhs and students، his scientific journey in
seeking knowledge، and the date of his birth and death. God grants
success.

The Saint Legault System is important in strengthening democracy
and encouraging effective popular participation in decision-making
in accordance with public policy in Iraq. By distributing the votes
of voters and encouraging transparency and accountability, as the
electoral System contributes to achieving several important areas,
one of the effects of the Saint-Lego System is enabling citizens to
participate effectively in making political decisions that are reflected
in the rest of the aspects, including economic, social, and even
cultural ones, in the event that they produce positive results that
satisfy them. All participants, whether voters or candidates affiliated
with political blocs and parties or independents, as it gives each
individual a voice and influence in determining their representatives
and forming the government. This allows achieving balance in
political representation and reducing single-party dominance, thus
enhancing inclusiveness and fair representation for all segments
of society. The Saint-Lego System also contributes In promoting
transparency and combating corruption, as it allows voters to see
the results of voting and the distribution of votes openly, this System
enhances trust between citizens and the government, and reduces
the chances of fraud and manipulation in the election process.
Thanks to the focus on popular participation, the Saint-Lego System
enhances communication and interaction between the government
and civil society, Which enhances dialogue, exchange of views, and
attention to public policy issues. This can lead to achieving greater
consensus and balance in decision-making and better meeting
the needs of citizens. However, the implementation of the Saint-
Lego System in Iraq faces challenges such as issues of culture and
awareness, the availability of the necessary resources for this, and
challenges Cultural and awareness-raising is the need to change
the existing political culture and increase citizens’ awareness of the
importance of political participation by voting in elections, by going
to polling stations, and their understanding of the new System.

Animated films play a dangerous role in inciting children to violence،

media، and to hold accountable those responsible for publishing and circulating
these scenes by legislating laws that criminalize these acts، and
also establishing an ethical system that preserves the morals of society
and preserves its customs. His traditions against this negative phenomenon
include educating generations to reject this form of violence and not
accept it under any circumstances، and creating community awareness
that rejects it.
