The study dealt with the subject of (inspection), which is one of the important topics that are closely related to the Islamic and human society as a whole, and the ramifications of the subject in the various chapters of jurisprudence, in worship, transactions, contracts, and rulings. It is important from inspection and it is (applications of inspection in acts of worship and transactions). I chose to write on this topic because of my desire to write on jurisprudential topics because it relates to the actions of the taxpayer, and the urgent need to discuss such issues of concern to the Islamic community

The research aims to know the implications of trade policy on the volume and direction of Iraqi foreign trade for the period (2004-2021), by clarifying the basic variables controlling exports and imports, as the research dealt with the commodity and geographical structure of exports and imports, and then giving a standard quantitative analysis through standard modeling according to the structure. Commodity and geographical distribution of both exports and imports separately, and testing the stability of time series for the variables under study. Finally, standard models were estimated. After obtaining statistical reconciliation and acceptable economic results, we tested the structural adjustment to the models. A set of conclusions were reached, the most prominent of which is that although there was a change in Iraqi foreign trade policy after 2003, we did not find any difference between the methods of trade policy applied in the stage of monopoly by the state or the stage of liberalization on the volume and direction of foreign trade except in The huge amounts of money between the two stages. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare policies based on trade cooperation as much as possible and work to improve the level of exchange by studying foreign markets.

This study aims to determine the impact of applying the art of etiquette on customer satisfaction in hotels in the city of Karbala. The current study relies on the descriptive analytical approach in order to achieve the goal of the study, 450 survey forms were distributed to a random sample of clients in Karbala premium and first-class hotels, of which only 437 were valid for analysis, at a rate of 97.1%. The data received was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), version 26, to arrive at the results of the study. The study concluded that there is a positive statistically significant effect relationship between the application of etiquette during the provision of hotel services and customer satisfaction in Karbala hotels, and in the application of etiquette contributes to an increase in hotel demand. Based on the extracted results, a set of recommendations were developed, most notably, the inclusion of the Arena Authority, which is specialized in the etiquette course for providing hotel services, within the approvals for granting hotel licenses and classifying the hotel.

Economic rights are one of the basic human rights. In addition to economic justice, economic rights have occupied a large space in the economic literature and among specialists and observers in recent decades for several factors, including economic ones, with the aim of achieving equality and ensuring the protection of economic rights for all groups of the population, in addition to political, social and cultural factors. Many cases of instability had economic causes related to the inability of individuals to access their economic rights.
These rights were fundamental to Imam Ali (peace be upon him), such as the right to productive work, respect for workers, the right to provide job opportunities, the right to fair wages, the right to property, and others, and they lead to achieving economic justice. The principles mentioned by Imam Ali (pbuh) in Nahj al-Balaghah and the narrations not only reflect his thought, but also represent the basic Islamic principles as enshrined in the Holy Qur’an and the statements of the Prophet. The hypothesis of the research is: (The economic principles of Imam Ali (PBUH) regarding economic rights were embodied during his covenant to Malik Al-Ashtar to ensure the achievement of economic justice(.
The focus will be on the covenant of Imam Ali (PBUH) of Malik Al-Ashtar and the clarification of its economic implications in line with the objective of the research through two sections: the first is devoted to clarifying the concepts of economic rights and economic justice. The second deals with the economic rights of Imam Ali (Peace be upon him), especially during his reign to Malik Al-Ashtar, in addition to an introduction and a conclusion.

From being objectively material, the criminal (punitive) legislator must intervene in order to give a penal character to the forms of crime that he deems dangerous to the basic interests of individuals, and thus it is necessary to define these crimes and explain their elements and all their elements, which is an obligation required by the rights of individuals to legal security. The Sassanians also made it their camp , west of the Euphrates (Al-Aqami) , where they built castlesand temples on its banks .

The research addressed the role of banking competition in stimulating economic growth using theoretical facts from the economic theory literature on banking competition and economic growth, as well as the effect of the level of competition on economic growth. The focus of the research mission was the basic question about the actual form of competition in the Iraqi banking market and what its effects are on stimulating economic growth. The reform still suffers from structural, regulatory and technological problems and the instability of the investment environment, as well as its weak connection to the global unitary banking system, which is due to the decline in competition in the banking sector, and thus weak competition. The reduced supply of financing at high costs had the effect of stimulating economic growth, this requires a better understanding of ways to improve banking competition that stimulates economic growth. The objectives of the research were to study the literature related to banking competition and economic growth and the relationship between them, and to benefit from it in analyzing the relationship between banking competition and economic growth in Iraq, as well as descriptive analysis of facts and data. Determine the direction of the relationship’s development, its dimensions, the nature of the factors affecting it and the possibility of its development, as well as measuring and analyzing the relationship between the variables that represent the studied relationship. The research used statistical methods and economic measurements of the relationship between the variables that represent the impact of banking competition on economic growth and reached a number of conclusions that are summarized in the fact that the improved developments in the Iraqi banking system did not reach the level of addressing the basic problems in the structure of the banking system, which is reflected in the availability of the foundations of banking competition. Competitive conditions in the banking market are completed, while the recommendations stress the need to improve the development of basic indicators and standards. The Iraqi banking sector indicators indicate further relative improvement in the characteristics of the banking market and increased relative positive growth in the requirements of banking competition.

The study sought to measure the impact of economic diversification on financial sustainability in Iraq for the purpose of knowing the extent to which it can allow maintaining public spending in the long term and achieving financial sustainability. The research is based on the hypothesis that economic diversification works to enhance financial sustainability when Iraq is exposed to crises. Internal and external economic, and the inductive approach was adopted by studying ideas and theoretical frameworks regarding the policy of economic diversification and financial sustainability, and the deductive approach through the standard method in explaining the impact of the economic diversification policy in achieving financial sustainability in Iraq using the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model, and the most important conclusions. It was concluded that the dependent variable (the ratio of public debt to GDP) has a significant effect on the independent variables (The ratio of non-oil exports to GDP, the ratio of non-oil revenues to public revenues), which means the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables. The study recommends re-establishing plans that contribute to achieving diversification of the economic base through a clear economic policy that includes revitalizing the Iraqi economy and preparing the infrastructure in order to diversify sources of revenue.
