The purpose of the current research is to find out the relationship between blood type (A, B, AB, O) and its relation with personality traits and gender (male-female) for university students. The Freiburg scale (1984) was used which includes (8) traits after it was translated and revised. The study sample consisted of (400) male and female students continuing university study for the academic year (2016-2017) they were randomly selected. Statistical methods were used, chi-square, phi correlation coefficient, point-biserial correlation coefficient, coefficient of stability koder Richardson, T-test, binary variance analysis and Toki test for remote comparisons as statistical means, the results showed:

1- emotionality (neuroticism), aggression, pessimism concerning the future and openness traits found below average and irritability and radical attitudes traits found on average and shyness is high among the sample members.

2- the emotional neuroticism is higher in males with blood type (AB).

3- students with blood type (B) are higher in openness followed by type (A) then (O) then (AB)

4- Radical attitudes was higher in males with (AB) and (O) blood type. Females with blood type (A) and (O) have radical attitudes higher than the rest of blood types.

5- shyness was high in males with (O) blood type comparing with females and other blood types.

The problem of stuttering is one of the educational problems that in turn create social and psychological problems for the individual, as it obstructs his ability to reach his goals and satisfy his needs, and then makes him live in a permanent psychological struggle, on the one hand he is unable to integrate with his ordinary peers, and on the one hand other he is not satisfied with life in his limited world as long as he knows that there are healthy individuals who mix with him, which makes him feel that he does not belong to them, then they will tend to isolation and withdrawal.

Therefore, teachers and employees working in special education classes and schools should encourage students, especially those with speech diseases, including cases of (stuttering), on how to interact socially and educationally, and this represents one of the methods of behavioral rules that must be followed by teachers and employees through the use of a variety of support Behavioral behavior, to both help students self-regulate their behavior and to prevent socially unacceptable behavior when they find some harassment from their regular peers in school.

For this, the researcher sought to conduct the current research that seeks to:

1- Knowing the level of application of behavioral rules methods and educational programs followed with students with stuttering cases.

2- Knowing the level of application of behavioral rules methods and educational programs used with students with stuttering cases according to the gender variable (male - female).

in order to achieve the two goals of the research, the researcher constructed a questionnaire consisting of (20) items, divided into two domains, the first domain (methods of behavioral rules), while the second domain is (educational programs), and each field consisted of (10) items, after extracting the parameters of Validity and Stability The questionnaire, in its final form, consisted of (16) items.

The research sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers, including (100) male teachers, and (100) female teachers, and after applying the search tool to them, the results of the research showed the following:

A- There is a weakness in the level of application of the methods of behavioral rules and the educational programs used with students who stutter.

B - There is no effect of gender in determining the level of application of behavioral norm methods and educational programs used with students with stuttering cases.

The researcher also presented a set of recommendations and suggestions, as follows:

Recommendations:

1-The Faculties of Education should provide a supplementary material that includes workshops and training courses for university students in the special education departments to clarify how to apply behavioral rules methods and educational programs for each category of disability.

2- The researcher recommends the Ministry of Education to make use of the research tool to uncover the difficulties that lead to the poor application of behavioral rules methods and educational programs with special education pupils, especially students with stuttering cases in Iraqi society.

3- The researcher recommends the Ministry of Higher Education to hold conferences and seminars aimed at how to apply behavioral rules methods and educational programs with special education pupils by researchers, specialists and educators in the field of special education.

Suggestions:

1-Conducting a similar study covering other directorates in the governorates of Iraq.

2- Conducting a comparative study between the level of application of behavioral rules methods and educational programs in Iraq with one of the foreign or Arab countries.

3- Conducting a study aimed at finding the relationship between the application of behavioral rules methods and educational programs at the level of academic achievement for a specific category of disability groups.

The current research aims to build inferential thinking according to the theory of latent traits, using the Rush model among university students. To achieve this goal, the researcher followed the scientific steps in building the test, starting specifically with the theoretical concept of inferential thinking according to Thurston's theory, taking into account the accuracy and comprehensiveness of all ideas in the test, and the researcher took the modifications that were made to the paragraphs when they were presented to experts in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences. The test was applied to a sample of (400) male and female students from (official universities / morning shift in Wasit city) who were chosen by the random sample method, and the researcher relied on the single-teacher Rush model, which is one of the models of the theory of latent features to analyze the test items, and to verify Model Assumptions The researcher follows the following:

1- One-dimensional: To verify this assumption, the researcher conducted a factor analysis to test inferential thinking by the method of basic components.

2- Matching the paragraphs of the model based on the value of the square (χ2) for good conformity according to the program outputs, a statistically significant level of significance (0.05).

3- The value of the discriminant factor for the test approached (1)، as its value reached (0.569)

4- The independence of measurement to achieve the objectivity of measurement, as represented by the Rush model, and none of the paragraphs were excluded.

5- In order to get rid of fractures and negative signals about the researcher, the log unit for estimating the difficulty of the paragraphs, and for estimating the ability of individuals and their standard errors to the unit of WAT.

The researcher adopted a semi experimental approach and Experimental design with the Control group and the post test ,the experiment was applied to the research sample , which was represented by the students of the second grade in AL-Qaqa morning Governmental intermediate school for boys , which affiliated to general directorate of Education in Baghdad / The Second Resafah for the Academic year (2018-2019), which consisted of (66) students :(33) students in the experimental group which was studding according to the ( Reading , Encoding , Annoting , and Meditation) strategy , and the other (33) students resembled the control group which was studding according to the traditional way. The result of the test was calculated using the (T.test) for two independent samples where the result was:

"There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0,05) between the average degrees of the students of the experimental group who study according to the (Reading, Encoding, Annoting, and Meditation) strategy and the average degrees of the Control group students who study according to the traditional way in the achievement test, for the experimental group". Based on the result reached, the researcher concluded several conclusions, the most important of which are:- Teaching according to the (Reading, Encoding, Annoting, and Meditation) strategy, leads to the student's sense of the importance of reading as a key to this strategy, which lead them to improve this aspect continuously whether inside the class room or outside. The researcher also presented a number of recommendations: - The importance of exposing teachers of social materials adopting modern strategies, which proved to be effective in increasing the achievement of students. Also, the researcher suggests: - Identifying the effect of the (Reading, Encoding, Annoting, and Meditation) strategy in different stages of study.

The Neurofeedback technique is one of the most prominent, modern and developed therapeutic techniques based on mindfulness. There have been several studies searching for the extent of its impact as a form of effective conditioning of the brain’s electrical activity, which enhances positive activity by acting and preventing the emergence of negative activity, and working on changing the surface of brain cells, which affects the effectiveness of the brain and improving the performance of cognitive therapies in it. Different patterns of electrical activity can be identified by placing electrodes on the scalp and recording those cortical activities of the nearby brain regions -known as brain waves- and through capacities and frequencies the different frequency components in the brain are categorized into delta waves, theta, alpha, beta, and Gama, each one representing a certain physiological function and any defect in it represents various symptoms of mental disorders, so the reorganization of these waves helps to recover from these symptoms. There are different types of neurological feedback, including superficial neural feedback, used to change the amplitude or speed of certain brain waves in certain locations of the brain to treat a specific disorder, and slow cortical nerve feedback to improve the direction of slow cortical potentials, and neurological feedback data provides responses or observations about blood flow to the brain, and it also presents a continuous comparison of changes in the electrical activity in the brain with a systematic database to provide continuous feedback. The functional magnetic resonance imaging technology “fMRI” is the latest type of neural feedback to regulate brain activity based on the activity feedback from the deep cortical regions of the brain.

The research aimed identify (Six-Factor Model Of Psychological Well-Being) the Relational descriptive method adopted, and the research sample consists of (400) male and female students from AL-Mustansiriyah University from both specialization (scientific and humanistic) for the academic year (2019-2020) and about (177) students from scientific specialize and (223) from humanistic students and about (202) from male and (198) from female. And the research used (Rosemry A Abbott, al 2006) scale adopted of Six-Factor Model Of Psychological Well-Being to university students according to Ryff theory, which consists of (42) position for(Measuring Six-Factor Model Of Psychological Well-Being) and it's a Likert Scale and its contain five Alternatives(Always , Often , Sometimes , Rarely, Never) and the score of response where(5,4,3,2,1) where the score (1) for the fifth answer and the score (2) for the forth answer and the score (3) for the third answer and the score (4) for the second answer and the score (5) for the first answer and that the highest possible score for the respondent is (175) and the lowest score is (35), with a hypothetical mean (105)..

And the research results achieved The mostly used factor of Psychological Well-being Among university students is the Autonomy and it followed by two factors Environmental Mastery and Positive Relation with Others and less used factors is Personal Growth, Purpose in Life and Self-Acceptance.

Researchers have expanded the concept of comparison with others to include material properties to determine the relative position of the individuals as well as compare opinions, experiences, emotions, and responses towards situations experienced by the individuals. the current research sample of (400) male and female students :(200) male and (200) female. they were randomly chosen from eight colleges, and to achieve the goals of the current research, the researcher adopted the festingers social comparison theory (1954) to explain the comparison with others. the reliability coefficient of comparison with others scale is (0,72) The current research reached the following conclusion: 1- University students display low of comparison with others.2- there are differences in comparison with others according to the gender variable in favor of females. This is due to that the calculated of alpha value of (7,82) is higher than the tabular value of (3,84) at the level of (0,05) and the degree of freedom (1-396) providing psychological guidance by mentors to spread rational thoughts and encourage avoiding useless or negative comparisons that reduce the importance of the human being). The researcher suggested several proposals, including: conducting a study on the relationship between fear and social comparison.

Cognitive activation strategy is one of 21st century teaching strategies which stimulate the process of learning opportunities for students to be educated. This strategy generates successful learning environment where students can grasp a range of meanings. It determines what is happened in high –goodness teaching to prepare teachers innovate this strategy .In addition, teachers can plan for improving the quality of education to guarantee students successful achievement and attain their aims. A good teacher tries to take many roles and presents effective strategies to students to enable them participating in classroom activities and practices. A proficient teacher applies felicitous strategy with learners through sets of intellectual processes thus teaching is considered as processes where one person mediates between another person and the substance of this world to facilitate learning. This is one of the innovative trends of teacher roles. The present study aims at finding out the effect of CA strategy on Iraqi EFL university students' achievement in writing skill at one of Baghdad private university, namely Al-Sadiq in the academic year 2019/2020.The population of the study were 2nd year college students, male and female, and samples (80 students) were selected as two classes for the experimental groups and one for the control group. The study used quasi-experimental design. Data collection method was taken through testing the students to write well-organized paragraphs in English according to teacher selected topics. The results showed that EFL students face difficulties and commit errors in writing paragraphs in English .Moreover ,they need more training on the mechanics of writing to get rid these problems.

The positive effect that innovative techniques have has been a broad debate in recent years especially in the matter of teaching reading comprehension. Semantic map is one of the latest techniques used to develop reading comprehension. The current study attempts to provide a more detailed investigation regarding the effects of using semantic map on students' reading comprehension achievement. To investigate the objective of this paper, a null hypothesis is used claiming that there is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group, which is used semantic map technique in teaching reading comprehension and those of the control group which is taught by traditional techniques. A sample of 60 students has been chosen randomly to be divided into equal groups. After 10 weeks of experiment, a posttest is applied for both groups. Then the T-test is used to collect and analyze the data. The findings from this investigation proved that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of the control group in the reading comprehension achievement posttest for the benefit of the experimental group.

This research sheds light on the "artistic construction of the contemporary short Hebrew story", stories of Deborah Baron as a model. Initially, we defined the story in general and the short story as an independent literary genre. Then, he learned about the emergence and development of the contemporary Hebrew story. The Hebrew writers derived this literary genre from world literature, and began writing Hebrew stories along the lines of the foundations and artistic elements of the products of Western writers.

In order to enrich the subject of my research, I studied two Hebrew stories of the storytelling Deborah Baron, which is (dreams) and (rays), and these stories involve under what is called the real story.

Most of Deborah Baron's stories revolve around the lives of Jews in the Jewish town of Eastern Europe. This focus is due to her being from a literary generation: Asher Parach, Dov Kamehy and Aharon Kapak. And that most of her stories are echoes and testimonies about the Jewish past in the European town, and since sadness is the characteristic of her stories, and this sadness is used by the writer Deborah Baron to reveal through it the darkness of life the Jews lived in the European town.

Through our reading of her stories, most of her story subjects revolve mostly around topics that concern women primarily, which is a truism because writer Baron is a woman who cares about the problems of her gender. Deborah Baron is the short story artist who carries within it a great creative material, her speech is moderate, thoughtful, and balanced, easy and clear, in which he notes the concern for the tone and rhythm for the unity of the material.

Accordingly, I highlighted her biography, as I try to shed light on the technical construction in her stories on the subject of research and on the most important linguistic phenomena that characterized her linguistic style. The research aims to know the news frames that were promoted or neglected by the "Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabiya" channels in dealing with the events related to the Gulf crisis. This research is considered a descriptive research, as it used the survey method using the content analysis method for a regular random sample of the main news bulletins in the two channels, through a content analysis form prepared for this purpose and subject to arbitration by a group of experts in the field of media and political science to determine the validity of its paragraphs.

The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which is that it showed the main frames for the Gulf crisis in terms of content for the two channels in eight main frames, which are (the frames proposed for resolving the crisis, conflict frames, crisis causes frames, economic frames, strategic frames, legal frames, humanitarian frames, and impact frames).
