The research discusses the issue of political elite and its effect on democracy, since the success of democracy is mainly related to the availability of many political, economic and cultural concepts, so the presence of elites in democratic regimes is a must, because the concepts of democracy are not rooted in all people but rather by a few of them, so they must protect these concepts and persuade others with them, so this study explains the role that Iraq’s intellectuals have, as they are the focus of the study in communicating the idea of dialogue, its culture, its dimensions, results and tools to the highest levels of the political process leaders in Iraq and till the simplest person, so this study is divided into two topics In addition to the introduction and the conclusion, the first topic dealt with: The Role of The Political Elite and The Political Intellectuals in building democracy, and the second topic explained: The Political Elite and Democratic Transformation in Iraq.

Abstract: The research dealt with the topic of women’s motives for involving with Islamic organizations, and accordingly the study is divided into two topics, the first topic: the ideological motives for the involvement of women with violent Islamic organizations and divided into two requirements, the first requirement: the self-motivated ideological motives for the involvement of women with violent Islamic organizations, and the second requirement: objective ideological motives for the involvement of women in violent Islamic organizations. As for the second topic, it came under the title: (political, economic, and social) motives for women's involvement in violent Islamic organizations, and it is divided into two requirements: the first: political motives, and the second: economic and social motives.

Abstract:
This research attempts to read the history and reality of relations between the two countries i.e. Iraq and Spain after 2003, especially after the researcher's visit to many institutions and research centers in Spain, to view the Spanish point of view about the relations between the two countries, and this came through several points, first: a view at the history of Iraqi - Spanish relations, Second: Spain’s participation in the US-British alliance in the war of invading Iraq, Third: The attitudes of Spanish political parties about Iraq before and during the American occupation, Fourth: Relations between the two countries after April 9th, 2003, Fifth: Economic relations between Iraq and Spain.

The research discusses the issue of Turkish joining to the European Union as a strategic goal for Turkey after the Cold War, especially as it seeks through the European portal to play a major role at the international level, by political and economic potentials and global reputation that the European Union is afford, this came through two topics, the first topic: Turkish European negotiations From the end of the Cold War to 2002, as for the second topic: Turkish-European negotiations from 2002 to 2017, in addition to the conclusion that included some conclusions about the subject of the study.

The research attempts to answer the following questions: What are the elements of the Indian role? How effective is India in playing a prominent regional and international role? What are the trends of Indian foreign policy? And how it affected its regional and international relations? What are the channels of the Indian role, and how do they affect the formulation of an effective foreign policy that enables them to reach the ranks of the major powers? This came through three topics, in addition to the introduction and conclusion, the first topic: the foundations of the Indian role, while the second topic dealt with: the targets of the Indian foreign policy trends, while the third topic came to study the channels of the Indian role in the international system.

The research discussed the issue of the religious establishment in Iran, as it is one of the sensitive and very important issues that deserve special attention by experts, because without understanding it for what it is at real, it is not possible to understand the basic aspects of contemporary Iran events and its invisible engines as it should, this came through several axes, the first axis dealt with: what is The Iranian religious establishment? while the second axis discussed: the political role of the religious establishment in Iran, and the third axis explained: the religious establishment in authority (the institution of the guardianship of the Islamic jurist).

The research discussed the topic of the war correspondent through several axes represented by: First: Introduction to the study, Second: The concept of the war correspondent, Third: The characteristics of the television war correspondent, Fourth: The duties of the war correspondent, Fifth: The obligations imposed on the war correspondent, Sixth: The equipment of the television war correspondent, Seventh: The pressures and factors affecting the television war correspondent.
