The importance of the study aims to study the reality of the cracked security environment in the Gulf region, which constitutes a new dimension in the light of the regional security complex theory data, which would explain the process of the current interactions and alliances that the region has witnessed. A problem can be raised in the form of questions seeking to analyze the regional arrangements and their security reflections according to the theory of the regional security complex and as a new approach in the interpretation and analysis of security threats and challenges in the Gulf region in light of the complexity and entanglement among a group of countries.
The answer for these questions starts from the hypothesis that "the regional changes that led to create a security complex in the Gulf region were a result for the active force realization to the necessity of finding a major role for it in the new arrangements." The research included an introduction and four topics, the first dealt with an introductory entrance, the second topic handled the obligations of change in the normative imagination to the nature of Gulf interactions, in the third topic the perceptual obstacles in absorbing regional transformations in the region were addressed, while the fourth topic covered the movement of the geographical scope ( a new security approach to the security of the Gulf), and finally the conclusion of the search.

The follower for the policy of the United States of America towards the Gulf region can notice that this region falls within the core of American interests, so the United States clearly formulated its policies and strategies towards the region in the early nineties of the last century, as this stage is considered one of the most important stages in which American policy has entered Several entrances to secure American centralization in the region.
The study is based on the hypothesis that: The great strategic importance that the Gulf region has, especially in the economic field, as it contains energy resources important to the sustainability of the global economy, has led to occupy an important place in the strategic security awareness of the United States and that importance increases with the increasing American hegemony on the International arena. The research included an introduction and three axes, the first topic dealt with the geo-strategic importance of the Gulf region, and in the second topic touched on the American strategic behavior towards the security of the Gulf region, and in the third topic the researcher pointed to the future of American policy towards the security of the Gulf region, and finally the conclusion.

The problem of the study starts from a main point, which is how important the Gulf region is in China’s strategy, and what are the goals and constraints of this strategy and its success rate? The research hypothesis is that the Gulf region is of great importance in the Chinese strategy because of its geostrategic, political and economic ingredients, which enable China to achieve it`s goals that it aims to at ascending to the ranks of the great powers in the international system.
The research included an introduction with three axes, which dealt in the first axis defining the Gulf region and its importance. In the second axis, I touched on the strategic environment of the Gulf region, which includes the occupation of Iraq, turmoil, crises, and the armament race. As for the third axis, it included the Chinese determinants and strategic objectives in the Gulf region, which included the Chinese strategic determinants in the Gulf region, and the Chinese strategic goals in the Gulf region.

The Iranian-Gulf relations are considered one of the most complex types of relations among countries, and many historical and political effects or influences overlap in those relations. International factors play a significant role in influencing these relations and directing them to the destination that serves their interests and not the interests of the countries concerned, and any improvement in those Relationships is accompanied and coincided with a behavior of international powers towards disturbing those relations, especially by the United States of America, which sees in the Gulf region a region of influence of its own. Associated with this that the Gulf Arabic states even separately or by the Gulf Collaboration Council (GCC) are often consistent with the American vision in determining the shape and nature of their relations with Iran.
The research consists of an introduction and two axes, which dealt in the first axis: Iranian-Gulf relations in nature and determinants, which deals with the nature of relations, and the determinants of Gulf-Iranian relations. As for the second axis, the security dilemma in the Gulf dealt with opposing visions, which includes first: the Iranian awareness of Gulf security, secondly: the Gulf vision of Gulf security, and third: the American vision of security in the Gulf. And then the conclusion of the search.

The importance of this study came to try to define indicators and the course of transformation in the Gulf region and the directions of action of regional actors and their compatibility with the new reality in order to understand the developments of confrontational patterns and the escalating challenges in the region. And the importance of this topic. Hence the problem that the study starts from. "The reality in the Gulf region has proven that there is a clear imbalance in the structure of the Gulf security system's work structure and its regional interactions, and its most significant features was the crisis of Qatar and the existential challenges it had revealed, so the regional active powers became aware how much that could reflect on their interests in the region. The answer for these questions starts from the hypothesis that "the continued state of tension and turmoil in the Gulf region constituted a directing intrance for the escalation of regional interactions in general and the Gulf in particular, especially among regional actors with vital interests and thus activating their options to meet the challenges." As for the research methodology, it is necessary for us to deal with this issue using more than one method as necessary. The descriptive method was used during the study of the nature of events and developments in the region in general and the Gulf in particular. The inductive method was used to understand the transfers in the Gulf region at various levels, with the emergence of the phenomenon of alliances. Consistent with the foregoing, the research structure will be distributed to three sections including the introduction. The first topic focuses on: the escalating of Gulf chronicle tugging manifestations and the absence of a credibility gap. The second topic: Engineering the transformations of the external domain as an updated approach to balance the threat. The third topic deals with: the impact of the expansion of Gulf interactions and their impact on Israeli interests.

One of the most important achievements of modern science in this era, and the greatest benefit for man is the Internet, and the many benefits achieved by information and communication technology in the field of sophistication and human progress in most aspects of life. On the other hand, these developments led to the emergence of a new form of legal conflicts, which contributed to the emergence of new forms of evidence for proof and condemnation. My research included an introduction and two topics, which dealt in the first topic: the theoretical framework for electronic evidence, and included the concept of electronic evidence, and regulations for the use of electronic evidence, while the second topic touched on electronic evidence...a legal argument, and includes legal formulas for electronic evidence, electronic evidence and the crime law In Palestine, and Arab legal experiences for using electronic evidence as a legal argument, then the conclusion of the research.

The Russian Federation is a strategic partner for the Islamic Republic of Iran, and supportive of its peaceful nuclear program, also Russia is strategically aligned with the Iranian moves and positions in the course of the Syrian file, and is not concerned about the increase in Iranian political and military influence in Iraq.

This research deals with the fateful event in the history of Iraq and the region, and what are its developments? What are the reasons that led the PMF. To transform into a striking force that broke the back of terrorism ?, and how the Iraqi government dealt with this force , and did it adopt it and defend it in front of the challenges of local and international powers?.
The research is exposed to the answer of an important question, which is: Has the PMF. succeeded in being an important and essential part of the Iraqi forces and in the priorities of the Iraqi military strategy, and what are the measures of the Iraqi government to achieve this purpose? The research ends with recommendations about the importance of the PMF. and strengthening it`s position in the future of security and military of Iraq, and the research ends with a conclusion and recommendations.

Change is the term for the hour now, because the world is going through an outburst and revolution of change in everything, until it is true that everything is subject to exchange or change except the law of change, it is a constant and inevitable feature. Previously, the famous British politician, Winston Churchill, said: “Improvement means change, to be complete, you have to change frequently”.
The research included an introduction with two topics, which dealt in the first topic with the concept of change and alteration and its patterns, and included two requirements, the first requirement dealt with the definition of change and alteration, and the second dealt with the characteristics and stages of change, while the third requirement dealt with the determinants of change, and touched in the second topic on motives and forms of change in the international system, divided into three requirements, the first includes the motivations and concepts of change, the second requirement addresses the forms of change and its factors, while the third has touched on the obstacles of change in three comprehensive places, and then the conclusion.
