The current research aims to determine the availability of the quality of simultaneous thinking in light of the evolutionary learning of science teachers in the primary stage from the point of view of leaders administrative educational. The researcher relied on the descriptive analysis method. To implement the study, the researcher developed a scale for simultaneous thinking n light of evolutionary learning , which included (58) items distributed in three areas: (information storage capacity, information processing speed, development of learning information), The study sample consisted of primary school supervisors and principals, with (75) principals and supervisors, including (55) principals and (20) supervisors, affiliated with government schools in the Directorate of Education in Dhi Qar Governorate/Sukkar Castle Education Department. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability The quality of science teachers' synchronous thinking was highly available and average Weighted arithmetic (3.41), as it ranked first in the field of information storage capacity with a weighted arithmetic average (3.72) and with a high degree of availability, speed of information processing, and in second place was the development of learning information with an arithmetic average (3.44), t came in first place in the field of information storage capacity with a weighted arithmetic average (3.72) and a high degree of availability, and in second place was the field of developing learning information with a arithmetic average of (3.44) and a high degree of availability, and in third place it came in the field of information processing speed with a weighted arithmetic average (3.08) and a moderate degree of availability. The principles of scientific research methodology have imposed on those who seek to open its locks characteristics and qualities that the researcher must possess on the one hand, and conditions that the interpreter must achieve on the other hand; To enter any world of the missionary system, the final: whether a discourse, a text, or what is above them in value and holiness, which is the Holy Quran, and these are qualities and conditions that took multiple titles and concepts in the circles of reception, such as reading, dissection and deconstruction sometimes, and analysis, interpretation and exegesis, or the fields of hermeneutics and methods of criticism at other times, so their secrets of revelation varied on the qualities of the researcher and interpreter themselves without a difference, as if they were one in the field of Quranic theory and scientific research, so they were internal and subjective, and external and acquired: psychological, mental, cognitive, cultural, etc., entrances and layers to clarify the intended semantic meaning.

The article deals with a topic that addresses the problem of the disagreement between the schools of jurisprudence regarding the issues that arise from entering ihram by aligning the miqat with an airplane. Which is considered one of the most important new and emerging issues in Hajj, as the research emphasized the clarification of some important introductions through which it is noted that most of those who fell into a state of confusion were as a result of not noticing these introductions. Then the research delved into a detailed explanation of the issue by presenting the opinions and sayings of the scholars of the schools of thought. Jurisprudence and its evidence with its jurisprudential analysis using the method of jurisprudential reasoning, and the research concluded with a statement of the correct opinion. This removes the state of confusion and illusion resulting from incorrect applications of the research topic.
On the basis of this, the subject of the research was to compare the opinions of the two parties on the issues that introduced ihram, such as aligning the miqat with the plane, and to come up with the correct final result after presenting the evidence of the two parties, discussing it, and analyzing it jurisprudentially.
The research contains three sections: the first section dealt with an explanation of some preliminary demands, the second section dealt with: the ruling on entering ihram from the miqat, and the last section dealt with the jurisprudential foundations of the issue of ihram from the line of the miqat on an airplane.
Thus, our research has corrected the path followed and guided specialists to the paths of guidance, and from God Almighty we derive help and guidance.

Deviation is a stylistic contextual departure that has dominated creative texts in ancient and modern times, and linguistic studies such as grammar, rhetoric, morphology, and semantics have been full of it. This celebration was the reason for its appearance in modern linguistic and communicative studies, especially since linguistics deals with creative texts as the material that should be a field for stylistic and communicative creativity, in which the creative movement of the transmitter appears. This interpenetrating application between the two studies has led to a great convergence between deviation and some topics with communicative standards, such as speech acts and communicative implicit coherence. It appeared to the research that they are a departure from the apparent composition to the implicit meanings in the environment of the text as a whole, without cutting the texts or dividing them. This convergence appeared clearly in some Qur’anic texts; Because the condition of contextual departure is linked to the creative ability of the producer to succeed in employing the criteria of departure so that the modified text becomes a new artistic image inspired by the expressive energy of the language and the creator alike, while leaving sufficient space for the recipient to navigate in the interpretation of the modified texts.

This article aims to study the linguistic reasoning, a grammatical-semantic study in names, according to one of the imams of knowledge of religion, interpretation, language, and literature, namely Abu al-Qasim Mahmoud al-Khwarizmi al-Zamakhshari. Grammar scholars competed over the cause until it became a kind of personal mental sport, and Al-Zamakhshari was the most prominent of these scholars who delved into the texts of the language to explain and explain its phenomena. His theories in explaining grammar were worthy of research, investigation, and study. Based on this, our research into linguistic reasoning according to Al-Zamakhshari (a grammatical-semantic study of nouns) was determined to discover the effects and opinions of this world, to whom language owes many of the controls that he placed in the foundations of parsing, and which we are interested in discovering, clarifying, and clarifying. The researcher relied on the main sources in Arabic grammar in general, and Basra and Kufic in particular, and the research was divided into four main sections: linguistic reasons in parsed nouns, linguistic reasons in constructed nouns, linguistic reasons in defining and indefinite nouns, and finally linguistic reasoning by methods, where the Studying the reasons for nouns from different aspects, the study reached a clarification of those reasons and detailed them from a grammatical-semantic perspective. Al-Zamakhshari presented the special grammatical reasons for constructing nouns, which are: the reason for constructing a noun due to a quasi-letter, the reason for construction due to a quasi-letter, the reason for constructing a connected meaning, the reason for constructing an active form on a fraction, and the reason for the fact that nouns are not circumstantial, to cover the aspects of the reasons for constructing nouns in a comprehensive explanation that guides every scholar to The field of parsing and its provisions.
