The research seeks to reveal for humanity of man in Imam Ali speech from the perspective of the both sides of the speech because Imam Ali speech is a correctional valuable speech and the perspective creates a valuable incompatibility. This incompatibility generated a valuable contention detect the knowledge system and this tension between the contradictory values represents a pictures from contention pictures as well as the contention picture in one self which forms from itself another self and this separation was because of variability of situations which require stability of values with situation changing. The principles enunciated don’t be applied because the principles don’t based on the constants knowledge take its place in the soul but intended to worldly benefits and this leads to conflict in the one self the picture of conflict of principles enunciated and inaction the values in situation.

The speeches marked-especially the guidance speeches having guidance and knowledge dimension which «human» filled its space as humanitarian discourses and Imam Ali speech forms according its values a humanitarian discourse was characterized by inclusiveness, pertinence and practical application its speech addresses the humanity at all times and places and the values which showed by Imam Ali speech is a qurani values urged by Allah Almighty divided into:
Moral values like love for good, collaboration, advice and sacrifice.
Knowledge values like science, knowledge, thinking which achieve for human his humanity and without it he will get out from his humanity and the research seeks to declare this values which forms human in the concept of Imam Ali speech and this reading forms the graf to reveal for two parallel lines between sophistication and degeneration and the criteria that separates between moral and knowledge values
And the research finds to reveal for the humanism of Imam Ali speech which represented by <> and <> and <>.

Research in the light of Imam Ali covenant (peace be upon him) to Malik Al-Ashtar (God rest his soul) its not easy to integrated the research in the religion it self and the complementary of this religion until be come was reflected in Imam Ali (peace be upon him) ideology and personality and knowledge dimensions have multiplied in this personality to become rich material to searching in its ideology and vision and it established on the basis of divine school its curriculum the holy Quran and its teacher is the greatest prophet (peace be upon him and his family) a personality linked science and work its all attention the religion humanity, a free and decent life and the justice in rule interacted with social reality and its various aspects so his personality had been accompanied by his name high personality-Imam Ali Ibn Abi-Talib (peace be upon him) with he become a pioneer in the justice and humanity and he based it by his covenant to Malik Al-Ashtar and he regarded it as a constitution for a just society it organized the running of this country and contribute to the building of its behavioral value system and him self formation to fell free in his slavery to Almighty Allah in the light of this knowledge reference to Imam Ali (peace be upon him) personality and the importance of what it contained the text of his blessing covenant the main thought of the research aims is born and it’s the knowledge of the complementary value pattern in the content of the covenant and the knowledge of its evocative reform effect in the level of formation of behavioral self of the society.
So the research divided into two researches the first research deals with the study of conceptual entry points of the research determinants and the other research deals with the study of practical sample of research and the research ends with conclusion included its most important results and conclusions.

This research shed lights on one of prince of true believers (peace be upon him) speeches and its «Al-waseela speech» which gathered in it jewels from rhetorical treasure by prince of true believers (peace be upon him) and his eloquent wisdoms and we addressed an important aspects from this speech and nature of this subject required dividing it into introduction and three researches and conclusion the first research deals with the concept of the preachy speech and its tools and second research entitled the preachy approach in the biography of prince of true believers Ali Ibn-Tablib (peace be upon him) and the third research deals with» Al-waseela speech» in several axis and it is:
1- Backing and the most important references
2- Its title and history
3- The central of leadership cause in «Al-waseela speech»
4- Aspects of the preachy speech in «Al-waseela speech».

Imam Ali (peace be upon him) established the divine justice during the period of his rule in spite of many wars were imposed on him by his opponents because they definitely lose what they are hoping for if they live like. Anyone else in that state and because the justice was the strong foundation which he built his state on. so he interested in the selection of judges and walis because they are whom apply the justice that he want (peace be upon him) and from this the mention of both are frequented in Nahj Al-Balaghah and despite of his selection (peace be upon him) who was selected by him with recommendations devise from it the qualities that he want in whom he chose and he is by this he puts some of basis which form the foundation for nation building from one side and from the other side silences the objection for the stalkers on whom he chose to work as judges or wali. The Imam(peace be upon him) has based the chosen of them and determined their qualities in the covenants which he sent for who chosen as judges or wali and he entrusts him the selection of the judges for his work and he is by this puts to Muslims in general what he wants from qualities in judges and we depends on interpretation approach in reading the qualities stands on capture the central vocabularies in the texts and re turn to the Arabic Lexicon to identifying the indication and the suitable meaning to the context without standing on the apparent meaning and by this the indications of the texts open up in a way show em up the richness of the meaning that carried by one quality without burden the texts or uploaded it with this reading and its reflect what we believe that Imam(peace be upon him) select from the vocabularies what he sees the ability of reflect what he wants from the qualities meaning in it which he want displayed by using language in his speeches, covenants and wisdoms contained in Nahj Al-Balaghah and elsewhere from Muslims references.

Imam Ali (peace be upon him) covenant to Malik Al-Ashtar forms a landmark in texts and speeches both at the level of leadership governance or on the level of individual leadership and this covenant important because its formulation of public policy for the Governor and his citizenry its reduced the religion and life with this brevity and based on that formation of oratorical givens in its linguistic horizon one of them was deliberative dimension which had the theme «working mechanism for the wali» to turn into-that speeches- codes of texts and rules organize the wali working and his citizenry and the deliberation comes with what it gave to the context and social situations through language using to help widely to accept that text and its lordship in fluence. By unanimously the narrators that the most knowing, working and understanding for the book of Allah and its sciences after the prophet of Allah is prince of true believers Ali (peace be upon him), as prophet of Allah told «the most knowing from my nation after me is Ali Ibn Abi Talib» until the templates of conveyance had been varied in narratives and news through his companions and his contemporaries and everyone who heared about him and this is the noticeable and followed in tracks and narrative and explanatory groups. And one of that tracks and groups is Nahj Al Balaghah. Book which is gathered and organized and arranged by Sir AL Sharif AL Razi (he died at 406 Hijri) in several parts and kinds involved on speeches, covenants and educational wisdom which are made by prince of true believers during years of his government with rhetorical method. And it involved beside the rhetorical method in the first section of it (the speeches) on the most important rules of Quran science as : the types of Quran science, the Quran virtues, leaning and teaching Quran science, ethics of reciting Quran, explaining , interpret tation and the language characteristics, arbitrator and the comparable, maintenance of the Quran from distortion and other kinds of Quran science which arrived to us by innovative way the researchers worked to record it in the sections of Quran science and they considered that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) us the first leader in mainstreaming that rules and classified them according to what had been narrated from him from tracks in the most of explanatory and narrative groups included sixty kinds of Quran science rules and under four hundred verses from the holy book.

We are peeking in our research through an important window enrich science and enhances the nation trust in her cultural heritage which it is The question with its importance in building and acquisition of knowledge and through the investigative approach in the texts of Nahj AL-Balaghah we concluded that the question which is represent knowledge machine which had its own forms, methods, precepts and ethics also the respondent and answer so the results of research are as following:
Firstly: the question is an essential psychological need in human. Secondly: the question is a channel for transfer of ideas and science from generation to generation. Thirdly: the question is a successful educational method because it communicates with emotional need in human. Fourthly: the question is a successful method in alerting the listener so it draws his attention and brings out his curiosity instincts.
Fifthly: the question is a successful method to break the monotony and routine so through the question inducing effect in the listener. Sixthly: the question is Qurani method has replicated by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) so a lot of blessing verses carry their implication in templates of question for what the question method have from beauty and effect on the listener. Seventhly: for the question there are literature and arts and who have mastered the art of question and its method will bear the fruit of that as success and knowledge. Eighthly: the questioner ethics: we can summarized in Nahj-Al Balaghah as following:
1- The goal from the question is to know the truth so the ideal and typical question which flows from desire to go into science, looking for knowledge and to grasp to true. 2- The question must be for knowledge and work in what is require to do. 3- The question must be about important things which it’s the test. 4- The questioner must ask a good question that mean to know the question art and ethics because the question is half the answer. 5- The questioner must be nice in his asking so he must ask his question with politeness and kindness and strayed from roughness and harshness.
Ninthly: as the questioner must know the question ethics so the answer also must know the answer ethics and art:
1- Respect the questioner and the question and this is an important ethics we must understand and realize so the answer must show his respect to the question and the questioner and don’t make fun of him because its making fun of science and knowledge.
2- Saying I couldn’t answer if he don’t know the answer it›s not shame for human to say «I don’t know»
3- The answer must be suitable for the questioner and appropriate for him.
4- Clear up the answer as possible for the question.
5- The right answer must not be given within a lot of answer; Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said: «if there are a lot of answer the true will be hidden».
