The issue of disobedience has been dealt with in terms of its concept، linguistic definition، rulings and cases، and because disobedience is one of the matters that was and still is the focus of the interest of jurists and scholars of Islamic law. She had many cases، one of her biggest problems was the disobedience that occurs on the part of the wife without regard to what this situation causes of dispersion and family loss، which is not only between the spouses، it may pass to the children and to the families of the spouses themselves from quarrels and hostility that may be the cause of many accidents And criminal crimes، and Islamic Sharia has given full and complete care in order to encompass this problem and try to reduce it by addressing the problem and trying to contain and reduce it. Through the research، we found that there are several effects of disobedience، including social effects and effects related to the family itself and how to dismantle it because of the problems caused by disobedience. Also، disobedience، as it revolves around being a problem that threatens the family system، but this problem can be contained by finding successful solutions to try to find a practical and theoretical framework from Through it، we can reduce the percentage of cases of disobedience and the negative effects that this situation causes.

The study aims to know the role that Muslim women can play in economic development as an important part of the Muslim community، and therefore it is their responsibility to play a major role that is no less important than the role of Muslim men in achieving sustainable human development، including economic development.The economic role of women as (the research sample) focuses on every economic activity that they perform inside or outside the home with the aim of satisfying the needs of the family or society through achieving economic benefit، meaning that this activity has an economic value that can be measured or estimated.. Islam has been very keen on the development of man and the development of his economic resources، so that he may enjoy a good، dignified، happy life full of achievement and good deeds that bear fruit twice: once in this life and once in the life to come. One of the most important findings of the study is that Muslim women، despite all their energies and capabilities، still face many challenges in our Arab and Islamic societies that stand as a barrier between them and effective participation in economic development processes.One of the most important recommendations of the study is that it calls for the establishment of cooperation between all civil society institutions in order to correct and amend the prevailing idea about women’s participation in public life and put their mark on the development process، especially economic ones، and coordinate work to create a solid ground of awareness and public culture.

The family plays an important role in society، as it is the basic foundation for building and growing individuals capable of bearing the difficulties of life and the prosperity of societies. Therefore، the stability of the family has positive repercussions on individuals. The intimate relationship between spouses، which is based on love، harmony and participation، deepens the marital compatibility between them، and this is reflected positively on their psychological health. Women feel happy and satisfied، which makes them able to adapt to the requirements of the environment and work to achieve their goals and maintain family cohesion and the continuity of the relationship for life

The research aims to know the level of electronic violence directed at women, and to find statistically significant differences for electronic violence acquired according to the variable of occupational status (working - non-working), and also aims to reveal the manifestations of electronic violence that women acquire, and to detect the effects of electronic violence on mental health and its impact on her character. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a tool for the behavior of electronic violence, consisting of (24) paragraphs divided into three areas, and the research sample reached (100) women, the tool was applied to them, and the researchers used the statistical package (SPSS) in the statistical analysis. Electronic violence among women, and that manifestations of violence are high among working women compared to non-working women, and that married women are more affected by the manifestations of electronic violence behavior. The research also identified some effects on mental health that affect the personality of women, including neglect, indifference and the acquisition of aggressive behaviors.

In our research, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, by collecting data and information related to the subject from its various sources, then analyzing it and drawing conclusions from it.

The research adopted the descriptive approach through the deduction method, which is based on deducing certain ideas from a general idea and mixes that with a realistic analysis linking the diagnosis and
treatments on the one hand and the reality on the other.

Women have suffered، and are still suffering، from being subjected to the most heinous forms of physical and sexual abuse during armed conflicts، in the eyes and ears of members of the international community.
Despite the existence of a number of international legal rules that are the international basis for providing protection for women in the context of armed conflicts and the mechanisms and ways to provide them with protection because they are subjected to the systematic and systematic violations of the parties to the conflict in order to achieve military، moral or ideological victories or a change in the demographics of the regions disputing; As a result of the conflict، women pay the price in many ways، including murder، injury، abuse، sexual violence، rape، forced pregnancy and abortion; Therefore، the international community has sought، through the Geneva Convention and its protocols، to work towards providing protection for women and criminalizing various types of abuse during armed conflicts، as well as providing protection through the role played by the international judiciary to punish international criminals who violate women’s rights during international disputes.

The current study aimed to identify the political and social obstacles to empowering Iraqi women. And to identify the impact of education on the empowerment of Iraqi women. The study sample was 276 individuals and they were selected from the Iraqi community، and the researcher reached the following results: Amending laws (and the constitution) to remove provisions، omissions and contradictions that perpetuate discrimination. Confronting the culture of domination and marginalization and spreading a culture of peace and tolerance to eliminate violence against women in all its forms and put an end to its continuation as part of the accepted culture. And providing new opportunities through reforming the lending system in public banks، abolishing the condition of ownership as collateral، and strengthening banking services that benefit women. Reform educational systems and curricula to change society’s view of violence against women and instill a sense of shared responsibility to end it. and expanding access to microcredit and home-based businesses for women with little education and training، rural women، elderly women، and widows with families.

The woman is the first school for the family and from it radiates the light of goodness and sound education، so the legislation took care of the family and the woman in order to protect them and thus protect the society in order to avoid the woman falling victim to violence and protect her according to those laws and legislation to the extent that provides protection for her from domestic violence or the violence she is exposed to outside The family، and if we discussed the role of Iraqi laws in protecting women، we tried through it to explain some laws and legislation that aim to protect the family، especially in Iraq، by clarifying its importance in terms of international and national laws and the role of the legislative institution in confronting the violence that women are exposed to.

Today، society is experiencing an explosion of knowledge and openness in the means of communication، as Western culture has invaded society and has a clear impact on the behavior of members of society through their blind imitation of the ethics of Western society. And since the supreme goal of a righteous woman is to create a generation in which all her values and goals، and her insistence on continuing the missionary path in the face of major challenges، the most important of which are: how to raise her children، and the Internet and global satellite channels have caught them، and one of her first tasks is to mold the new generation according to the vision of the owners of these Internet networks? She began to realize that she has a role، and that there are responsibilities and tasks that no one else can perform، and among these tasks is the upbringing of children on the principles of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them)، and on protecting the sanctities and preserving religious symbols. In defense of religion، sanctities and homeland. And not only sons، there are husbands، fathers and brothers، old and young، each according to his specialization، to support the battle with all kinds of logistical support.Therefore، the research came with an introduction and three axes، where the first axis included: the status and role of women in societies and civilizations and their comparison with the Islamic society. The second axis: includes the roles of women in human life and what they provide through these roles. The third axis: ensuring women، the components of building society، and their role in the process of change. The end of the research is framed by the conclusion، including the conclusions and what has been reached regarding the topic of the research. Finally، the sources that are necessary to support the research.

The research aims to know the nature of woman’s work and the stress on their psychological health and family relationships. The dangerous social situation that threatens the society exposes it to psychological disturbances. It will be unable to reach its goals and continue its developmental path. In all of this, woman is the main pillar to create a stable family. Woman’s work is related to the essence of life, as life is not straightened without work, and work affects her mental ability, which makes her feel more anxiety and tension, since society allows women to work in return for not violating her family roles. The working woman has a clear impact on the level of her psychological and social compatibility, including her family relationship. Therefore, family system is linked to the cultural, social, economic and political changes of society and that the stability of the family is linked to the psychological stability of woman because it represents the first pillar, which is half of society and educates the other half. The descriptive approach was used and the results showed that there is a close correlation between work, mental health and psychological support for the individuals in general and women in particular.
